Last, minute decision we went for breakfast the 5 of us went for breakfast. We were greeted by a very nice lady called Catrin. Ask us if we been before and so on. The breakfast was amazing so hot could not fault it. Carol we had good fun with her. Was busy but we did not wait long at all.

The only thing on the menu which had any flavour was the sausages...and they themselves were 3/10 on a good day. I would advise going to the Wetherspoons in Bangor if you want a cooked breakfast that you can taste.

What a shame this place has gone down hill. Got here and ordered food same time as my sister. Starters arrived 45 minutes after, arrived cold. We had to ask after half an hour again where are the mains. The staff waitressing absolutely have no care in the world and pull a face when asked. My sister’s main arrived and so did my nephews an hour later not up to standard. Me and my mother was waiting patiently and wondered 10 minutes after where is ours, surely you should have all food out ready for the whole table. We asked for our meals 3 times after this and waited patiently and they would say it’s on its way and it never was. We waited a further half an hour and still no food, me and my mum decided to leave the premises as this is unacceptable service. We went to the bar to complain to the waitress and she walked away while we were talking and disappeared to the kitchen she then came back and expected us to pay for cold starter and no food! No apologies just very rude! What a shame 2 and a half hours for no food and we were the first people to arrive at the restaurant and the excuse was they were short staffed even though we were the first people there to order and a lot of people got their food before us and even pudding! Shorted staffed is no excuse, if this is the case they should not open for service. Will not be going again what a shame. I would highly advise the staff need customer service training because the way i was spoken to and rolling eyes at me and huffing and puffing was unbelievable i was shocked to be treated the way i did.

Food was cold, onion rings were hard as rocks, they had been cooked several times, when we told them took all the food only the chips were hot, the mixed grill came back minus its eggs and grilled tomato overall very poor effort

As it's a midway point between our homes we meet friends there very 2-3 weeks for . lunch & a chat. Lunchtime menu is cheap & cheerful but adequate. Yesterday (12th) we arrived early for our booking & got shoved in a corner near the front door because "they had a big group coming"? Friends arrived at 12:30 so we ordered 'No Fish & Chips' -why? "Well the fryer broke before the Easter Holidays & HO haven't got around to approving the repair yet"? So we ordered 3 Sausage & Mash & a Curry (nb all microwave cooked!). 30 minutes later - 'Where's our food?' answer "It's just coming now" 45 minutes later = same 60 minutes later = same Manager proved to be a worthless little jobsworth so we left. Many people who came in after us left before we did having had their meals - why? Where we sat there were 12 people - 8 said they ordered Fish & Chips and couldn't have it. That's nearly 70% on a Friday who couldn't have Fish because the Fryer has been broken for more than 2 weeks! Reading the other reviews this past month it seems we are not alone - we went to Wetherspoons in Bangor & got piping hot Fish & Chips with a drink for less than this place & served quickly - says it all doesn't it?

We often meet friends here for a reasonably priced meal, however yesterday (12th) was an absolute nightmare ! I tried to book a table in the conservatory on the phone on the 11th, but was told, “we have a large group of people in so not possible” but said he would get us a nice table, however not so nice ! No fish and Chips again !!! We waited, and waited and waited, for 80 mins for our food, were told several times, “it’s on the way”. We eventually gave up, people that arrived after us had their food served before us ! We gave up and left ! We went yo Wetherspoon’s, had lovely Fish and Chips, free drink, and good efficient service ! Weatherspoon’s it is next time ! Why, if they knew they had a large group in, did they not make proper arrangements to ensure other diners were not neglected ? Why no fish and chips again ? Fryer broken over two weeks ago,and waiting for Head Office to sanction repair/replacement ! The outside is like a tip ! Rubbish, broken chairs and tables, the patio area is in a terrible state ! What has happened to this company ? Such a shame !

Absolutely terrible service. Went here with my two grand children aged 5 and 3 as a treat made to wait over half an hour for food kids bored. Complained said they only had 1 chef on since 5 pm. Wo nt go there again

Dreadfull the food was OK but staff attitude was totally unexcectable rude even nasty Shirley was rude only asked for some napkins for us to use with our ribs our bill was over 100 pounds I have experienced anything like it even when I asked to pay the bill iwas told I'd be lucky the assistant manager needs to take himself and all his staff on a customer service training course

The initial experience at reception, probably set the scene with a 15 min wait to check-in. This was then followed by us booking meal for 6pm, it is presently 8.31pm and we still havent had our main courses, although very happy to keep serving drinks, feels like they are under staffed… Not sure what to expect for rest of the stay, wish I hadnt booked breakfast in the morning now as see that being similar carnage…

Second time i've visited this year and left without ordering, some members of staff could benefit from a customer care course! The staff member who "greeted" us was rude and very miserable! We were shown to a table and sat there for 20minutes, clearly forgotten about! Won't bother visiting again, which is a shame as the food has always been good!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Very very rude staff, waited an hour for our breakfast to arrive, after asking 3 times if it was on the way. Food arrived 2 dishes were wrong order. No apologies. Staying at premier inn next door, see, reception are used to complaints . Said they are getting pulled down by the bad staff/food experience from the pub as they are connected. Avoid!!!

Child size portions, very overpriced, cold. 3 meals & 3 drinks were £63. KFC would have been a much better option. Never again!

Small portions cold food and overpriced for what you receive pathetic cold chios burnt burgers and when you complain all they say is its a new chef and still charges you full price ...2 burgers and chips and pie and chips 3 drinks 62 pounds never again stay away

Absolutely shocking service, waited an hour for food, after asking 3 times, only to be told, it’s not our fault…well, yes..yes it is. No apologies. Food then arrived wrong. Was staying at premier inn next door, seems they are used to guests complaining about the restaurant, as the staff member said they are dragging us down. Recommend the premier inn, but do not eat appt this pub next door…very very very rude staff! And very long waits for food. Wish I could give no stars..

Disappointing Mothers day meal, Been coming here quite often so was looking forward to a special Sunday roast for Mothers day, It's was really busy so did wait 40mins for food to arrive and when it did the Beef was so tough! We had to ask for a doggie bag to take it home for the dog, also food was only warm, very disappointed.

Ate in here a couple of times during our stay at the Premier Inn next door. The staff were lovely on each occasion, the food was tasty, but there was a long wait on each occasion.

Visited on monday great food Staff were so dry and came across a little arrogant.

Nice little pub and decent value for money, it is however a little run down and service can be quite slow from time to time, but providing your in no rush it’s a lovely place to eat!

Not recommended for a family visit. We waited more than an hour for our food with no explanation, (i did state to one of the staff that me and the family had to be somewhere in less than an hour and a half) This isn’t the first time they are horrendously slow with serving food. When food arrived the chips were slightly cold and the rest of the food was alright. Some of the staff were lovely but some seemed a bit run down and annoyed with us. Clearly short staffed from what I’ve seen and would not recommend.

Overall, we had a good experience - that was down to Shirley though. She was so attentive, really helpful and made sure that we had an enjoyable meal. She is a real asset to the team and why we would give it 4 stars out of 5. Issues we had were one missed meal, a wobbly table, the table was sticky and there was food underneath it. Shirley is amazing and if we were to come back, we would want to be served by her.

Decided to come here for tea with my two young children (7 & 2) for a treat as their dad was out for the evening. Table booked for 6pm, we arrived at 6.05, apologised and were eventually seated at 6.10pm. Nobody came to the table so I went to the bar to order, was assured waitress would take my order at the table. At 6.20, I ordered 3 pretty straightforward meals, no changes to what was on the menu etc. 6.45pm table next door to us had their starters (ordered 5 minutes after us), 6.55pm still waiting and have two very hungry children. Table opposite is were waiting for food too and we're expressing their feelings to the waitress. 7pm, still waiting so we got up, went to the bar and said we were going and I just wanted to pay for the drinks. Waitress became very flustered etc which took another 5 minutes and our food still never came out of the kitchen. It wasn't even that they were busy! I've been here in the middle of the day before, very quiet, and still had to wait almost 50 minutes for our food. Really bad service! I will not return.

Walked in early Saturday afternoon a few weeks back, was left standing for 10 minutes to then be told it was bookings only and no walk ins. Which was strange considering it was half empty and have never had to make a booking before

Not very impressed. We were shown to our table very quickly then we waited and waited and waited, no staff around. Went to the bar to order food and drinks to be told to sit down and they’d send a waitress over. Waitress finally comes along, but starts clearing the table by us and taking their dessert order. Finally we order. Food was tasteless and poor quality. Would have ordered puddings for the children but nobody around and didn’t want to wait as was getting late, paid at bar and left. Won’t return. Prefer weatherspoons.

The whole trip was spoilt by the food options available on this site. Being three miles outside of Bangor the Parc Brittania restaurant next door is the only option for food unless your willing to drive into Bangor. This is also where breakfast is served. The service and food were appalling and spoilt our stay.

What a SHOCKING PLACE!! Waited over an hour and 20 minutes for food that I wouldn't even feed to my dog. The steak my partner has was unacceptable and all the manager could say well we can't make you a new one as too busy do you want a bowl of chips instead. Sorry how dare you. Robin the manager here did not want to help with the situation. Just insulting us offering a bowl of chips. We paid for the meal deals at £24.99 each and there was 6 of us. So not a cheap sitting. I can't believe how disgusting the manager was to us. Telling us he shouldn't be on the shop floor because he's a manager. Then calling us liar's because the food was freezing cold in the middle. Then telling us there was nothing wrong with the food and it was warm. Hats of to the ladies that were serving the food and drinks. They have to deal with all the bad press while the manager is hiding. They were polite and could understand the situation. I stay in a lot of premier inns and I've never once had this issue before. Robin needs a lot of retraining, infact he needs sacking! Who let's this person be a manager needs sacking as well! Again the bar staff and waitresses were spot on and very understanding and they do know how to do there jobs.

Service was good considering they looked short staffed for how busy it was

Been many time with family for breakfast, lunch and dinner always welcome and well fed good value depending on what your there for if its all you can eat breakfast for 9.99 with two free kids or a cheap lunch for 11.49 for 2 mains.

I went to Table Table tonight to celebrate my birthday with my mates, and we had a brilliant time. Sheila and Robin served us; they were both proper professional and helpful. I tried the green curry, which I’d never had there before, and it absolutely stole my heart. It wasn’t too spicy, the rice was cooked just right, and the sauce was creamy and lush. I’d definitely recommend it

Last minute, we went for lunch today did not book did not have to wait for a table. Robin showed us the table, a very pleasant and friendly guy asked us about if we had any allergies which one of did. Drinks arrived fast Matt served us. His service still are amazing as the kids where bring naughty. Could not fault tht food or service. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Had a Table booked for 5pm on 17/01/24 arrived around 4:50 had to stand and wait in the que which at start was around 6th party from the podium, and then around 6 parties behind us, the que quickly disappeared to people that simply had enough of the place and walked away, however we where still waiting for 25 minutes before anyone came to see us and showed us to our table. Once sat down we then waited for 45 minutes for someone to come to us to offer us if we even wanted anything to drink. We then gave up and packed everything up and went elsewhere, informed a member of staff and they couldn't even be bothered that we were going.

I arrived at approx 4.20pm on Friday and ordered a Thai Curry and an orange juice. I waited 40 mins for my food, which was very average when it finally arrived and seemed like it looked like it had been prepared but not brought to me as it was Luke warm!! This is my second visit to Table Table and probably won’t go again it was looking tatty and in need of a good clean and the service was poor.

Food was not good. Very cold, heating not on at 6pm. Place could do with a good lick of paint, walls are filthy. Wont be going there for a while.

The food was over done and over priced. After staying there for 2 nights me and my fiancé went for a morning brew at the restaurant after checking out in the morning and the 2 young women who were supposed to be serving ignored us until my partner was told that they wouldn't serve us because all the tables were reserved when it was empty and that' was a blatant lie. I went to ask myself for the brew only to get looked up and down in disgust by one of them and ignored and told they wouldn't serve us

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service today , went expecting it to be good as it usually is but no not today , we went in got seated then waited 20 minutes for our drinks order to be taken after that we waited 15 minutes for our starters the 10 minutes later our food came out but then after that we orders some puddings and we waited 40 MINUTES!! for 3 puddings and it was not even that busy so after waiting the 40 minutes she must of over herd us speaking about the puddings and she came back out so we asked her how long will the be and she goes . Do you even want them before we start making them . No apology for how long we had waited or anything ..NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE £75 for 3 drinks 3 starters and 3 mains . Will not be coming again !

This is a lovely restaurant that's well decorated and has a lovely feeling to it. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful. There's a good choice on the menu with all of the traditional pub classics. There is plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans. Our food came fairly quickly and was well cooked, I had the Green Thai curry. I added the fake chicken but wouldn't bother again. It was a bit dry and would have been nicer without it. The prices are about average for most places in the area.

Truly an awful experince. Food was barely warm, portion size was questionable. The Manager was extremely rude with poor Managerial skills. I'm not surprised reviews recently have been well below average. Although a full refund was given (I barely ate a quarter), he did try and argue I had eaten some. Having been taken out for lunch by my sister and brother in law, it was highly embarrassing. The waitress however was very polite, perhaps she could give the Manager some tips! I shall not be retuning or reccomending.

4adults,3 children 25th November 2023. Early evening meal. AWFUL. 40 min wait to be served.Kids pigs in blankets half raw and cold, all chips cold, mash potatoes cold, 1 adult meal completely inedible-- burnt steak burnt gammon,egg white runny like snot,cold chips,burnt pineapple and onion rings. Staff offered replacement which was declined due to another 40 minutes wait. American hotdogs itself was edible but the bun wasn't. Complaints made but some didn't reach the managers little by way of refund. The price of kids pigs in blankets, bowl of chips and the raw meal were refunded. Nothing else! Will never go there again.

If we lived in this area we would definitely be using Parc Britannia Table Table on a regular basis. We recently stayed at the Premier Inn next door to this great pub (separate review added) and took advantage of the meal deal that is offered with the Premier Inn package. What a pleasure it was to use the Parc Britannia for 3 evening meals and 3 breakfasts 24-27 October. Every member of staff was polite and helpful and gave great service whether it was at the evening meal or at breakfast time. The food was excellent, served hot and presented nicely with enough options on the menu so that choice was not a problem. The choice for the continental breakfast was also excellent with items being replenished on a regular basis so that nothing ran out. Thanks to all the kitchen staff that work so hard behind the scenes and probably don't get to see much of us public out the front to get the thanks they deserve. All in all we had 6 separate dining times at the Parc Brittania and could not find fault, although perhaps the toaster at breakfast could have been a little quicker but we were on holiday and not in a rush so we just chilled and put the bread through twice. Great value for money and thanks to all the staff . We will definitely revisit if we are in the area again.

Booked a table for 6:30 ordered food and waited a hour to get dry burnt chicken and a chicken and ham pie not a cheese and onion one as ordered. Got up walked out and refused to pay for anything. Will never go back there again not the first time we have been and had issues with food.

Just arrived and waited to be seated. Restaurant was very quiet. After 5 minutes I asked the bar man if we could just sit down, he very abruptly replied "no, someone will be with you in a minute " and shook his head at me. After another 5 minutes waiting and nobody coming to seat us we left.

Yesterday my family and I were at restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had pleasure to be served by Gemma. She was so professional lady with a beautiful smile. We spent such a great time eating and talking in a great atmosphere. Thanks Gemma.

Lovely range of breakfast, cooked fresh, with fast service. The range of continental breakfast while not vast was more han adequate. The only down side was no black pudding.

Stayed in the Premier Inn next door first night everything was fine apart from no one coming to ask if i wanted anything after they had cleaned the plates, wanted the bill so ended up going to the bar. Second night again food was fine although slow to come out. Starter came and then about 2 minutes later brought my main out so had to take it away.

Came to have Sunday lunch here. I had pre booked my table. When I arrived we were given a table which was in a dark room. The pub wasn't. I asked if it would be possible to move to a table in the lighter area. Which had about 7 tables and 2 were occupied. I was told I was unable to move. Ordered food waitress very polite and made sure we had everything we wanted. I ordered a go large Sunday dinner gammon and others ordered a standard Turkey. When the meals arrived. It was poor. I got one piece of gammon, which was full of fat, and turkey plates got 4 slices each. I asked the waitress I went large and got less meat. Her reply was that they were cutting portions due to rising cost!? Only gammon tho!

We usually visit the Caernarfon restaurant, however due to its lack of cleanliness we decided to try this one. We had a Sunday carvery and 3 steaks with chips. All the food was lovely and the staff were all really nice and helpful too. This will be our new choice when we decide to go out for a quick tea.

The food was fine, when we got it service was diabolical, and the roasts had all sold out. This is not the first time, but I'm hoping it's the last.

I’ve not been to this Table Table in years! Decided to come here today with the family for a meal and was not disappointed! We had to wait about 10min before someone greeted us by the door, but we could see it was very busy and maybe they were short-staffed, but that didn’t put us off. I cannot commend the lady who served us enough, she was amazing and very polite. Didn’t catch her name but she had brown wavy hair done up, and a lovely accent - nothing was too much trouble for her. After ordering and unbeknown to us, she noticed we could have two meals in a deal, she also went out of her way to bring a missing food item to the table without us having to ask. An absolute asset. The meals looked great, were very tasty and reasonably priced. Toilets were clean and all the tables were swiftly seen to after the customers had left. We will definitely come back! Diolch!

Worst breakfast ewe've had in a long time. - 30min wait to take our order - 40min to deliver the food - cold bacon with a strange rancid taste - grey poached egg - tiny portions of cold scrambled eggs, apparently fried almost solid Finally, I mentioned a food allergy and the manager said "I'll tell the kitchen, it SHOULD be ok." Great way to instill confidence! I wouldn't recommend eating here if you have a serious food allergy. I would not eat another breakfast there if you paid me!

Totally deliberate appalling service by Britannia Inn. Family group of six and baby crammed into an out of the way corner of the restaurant then totally forgotten about. Took over a half an hour after chasing up to get our breakfast ordered then over half hour after chasing up to get food served. Loads of items missing from order. While watching newly arrived customers get service before us. Totally forgotten about. Offhand remark about mistakes being made, by staff member before disappearing quickly into kitchen before any reply could be made.

Rubbish - stayed at premier inn next door got a meal voucher. They were turning people away last night at 10.25 saying the bar was shut. At least 2 couples were turned away. Very busy so took seats in the bar, expected long wait as was packed but starter arrived super quick and was piping hot. Main was big stack burger was tasty and enough as we'd had starter but I think big is a slight exaggeration and id give the profiterole sundae a miss pretty tastless no choc sauce on them. However was good all in all and the speed of service was amazing as was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff

The curry was floating in water. My husband mix grill was far over priced. However the waitering staff was extremely polite and helpful. Not their fault on serving microwave food. The place can do with a deep clean. Won't be visiting for a long time!!

Came for breakfast said there fully booked and only cater for premier in guest first priority, worked in table table before in Caernarfon and you must take all guest premier in or not, you can’t turn down walk ins, very unprofessional

I have visited here a few times and each visit has been brilliant. The customer service was outstanding. The food and vibe is great. I've only ever visited with friends but it has a fun family atmosphere too! You won't be disappointed.

Came in for dinner, sat down on table after half an hour of waiting still hadnt been seen to take food and drink order. Table nxt to us had their order taken and food out and still no1 came to do our order, a table that had come in after us had their drinks and food out befour us. Manager was very rude when my partner approched to ask why no one had taken our order its was like he wasnt botherd... Customer service was awful. As we was coming in a couple with a baby was waiting a long time for their order to be taken aswell. As a local i wont be visiting here again. Ended up leaving
