Good, friendly service, food is good VFM. Great selection of drinks at reasonable prices (particularly Jack Rabbit Pino Grigio!).

Kelly is a great waitress always helpful and makes the experience enjoyable , food is always excellent Will be returning again.

The staff are amazing, so friendly, polite and accomadating. The food is very good, and never had any issues over the last few years of staying here on business.

The service was good and the staff were friendly and polite , I checked in today and am here for a week , hopefully the works credit card pin number comes to my home address so I can eat here again while I'm here

Stayed here for work trip, huge hotel with loads of parking space, bit of a wait to get checked in, but hey ho. Ate at the inn and was surprised by the portion sizes yet again! (In a good way) All the staff were welcoming and warm, jo on the bar made time to conversate with me which didn't seem like too much of a hassle, the rest of the staff Dan, Rachel, Clanisse and Kel all made time to acknowledge your presence. All in all not a bad little(massive) stop, Definitely stay again.

On arrival we were greeted by marjan and pora on check in both very helpful and kind both remembered it was Janice birthday she was given chocolate and prosecco very nice thing Later on we went to the restaurant as we always do to see George and the girls jan got a hug from George Kelley's daughter Rachel was her usual bubbly self nothing to much trouble great to see you all again

This place is kind of attached to the Premier Inn so guests are heavily reliant on grabbing some food there. Imagine my delight when I get to the bar just before kitchen closes on a Sunday….9pm (I was stood at bar at 8.55) to be told ‘kitchen closed now’……and the little lady with the attitude would not be moved. “Plenty of takeaways around” she says. Grrrrrrr!

I've been visiting this restaurant since it opened (so many years now!) and can honestly say it's the staff that keep us coming back. The food is great but the staff are exceptional. Alex greets us like family and always has time for my Mum and I. Kelly Kelly, Rachel, George and the rest of his team go out of their way to be professional, warm and kind. The staff have a good morale and this shows in how well they look after their customers. It's a busy restaurant which makes for a great atmosphere. Had a buffet style suprise get together for my mums 70th birthday. Cannot thank waitress / Manager Kelly, bartender Brandon and the kitchen staff enough for making the afternoon such a special one. We had our own private section. Definitely recommend for any such occassion. Great food at a great price with fantasic service from the staff.
