Ta Ke Sushi in Ealing

Great sushi and sashimi place with lots of options on the menu. It was obviously a favourite with the locals, which was evident from the early dinner time rush. The staff was young and friendly with good knowledge of the favourites. The rice and chicken was also very tasty.

I have been to this restaurant for a Sunday lunch with my partner and we enjoyed the whole experience. Great ambiance,great food and great customer service. 10/10

Booked this restaurant at random during a stay locally for a wedding. It didn’t disappoint! Food was tasty, very reasonably priced and the staff were exceptionally helpful at recommending from the menu for our family that hadn’t eaten in a Japanese restaurant before. Portions were really generous - 12 pieces of maki , 4 gyoza , Katsu balls , 2 ramen , 1 seafood udon and 1 stir fry with rice plus sake plus bottle of wine .. all under £140 which included service charge . Brilliant place, would very much recommend if your passing through .

We had our Bento Box lunch each which was delicious. Especially vegetarian options were plenty, unusual for Japanese restaurants. The vegetable tempura was lovely and the service was excellent too by pleasant attentive staff. The only negative issue for me was an unisex toilets in the restaurant where you have to share the communal space, which I found slightly uncomfortable and disconcerting. (Some ladies may find it awkward and the restaurant should address this.)

Quite. Ostly, but good quality food, although I had to wait an hour for my meal as take away deliveries take priority there.

I have ordered a Chicken Katsu Donburi from this place; worst mistake I ever made. The Chicken was cold, the breading was soggy and not crispy at all and the curry sauce was cold and tasteless with barely any trace of potatore and what not I called the restaurant to make a complaint and the manager Jack was lackluster in his response at best, offering me to send me another of the same plate with my next order; order that, useless to say, will NEVER happen given the terribile experience - if you fail a customer the less you should offer is a refund at least..proof of the fact It was uneatable in the picture.

My family and i come to this restaurant pretty often and we love it every time. The food and atmosphere here is great. I would recomend it to everyone.

First visit here on a Monday night and won’t be the last. Excellent food served all night. Ribs, chicken, prawns all great. Lovely black cod, chicken Katsui and mixed veg, egg fried rice. Beef teriyaki was outstanding. Lovely desserts too, especially Japanese pancakes with custard.

Had many deliveries from here and it quickly became our favourite sushi in Ealing. Tonight’s order was not as good as before. Toro at £9.50 per portion had a line of hard, inedible gristle through it. Not cut correctly and not a good piece of fish, especially for the price. Prawn tempura were very soggy and not nice - don’t expect the crispiest batter when delivered but this was worse than normal. Tuna tataki was nowhere as good as it used to be. I can only imagine how hard it is post pandemic for a restaurant but sadly this was not worth the £50/per person price paid. Will think twice about ordering from here next time.

The staff who work at Ta Ke are fantastic, very helpful and always in a good mood! The food speaks for itself. Nothing but the best quality and have never been disappointed! (You can tell I'm a repeat customer)

Visited on a Thu eve at 6.30pm, so not too busy inside, but observed several deliveries being prepared for takeaway. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Very wide menu & took us a while to choose but staff did not pressure us to order. They were also happy to answer and explain the menu. Menu had lots of pictures and was in English & Japanese. We ordered the surf & turf bento, prawn katsu curry & chicken katsu/salmon teriyaki. All came with the misu soup. Food was served quickly and were all very generous portions. Really tasty and well prepared. We sat inside & we were well spaced out from others so felt comfortable with covid etc. There was also seating outside. Negatives - We visited with a 9yr old and it was only after we paid, we were made aware of a childrens menu. This was not shown to us during our visit so we had to order an adult portion for her which seemed wasteful. Would definitely visit again!

Incredible sushi and ramen. Will be returning anytime I fancy sushi out. The atmosphere was great as well and the decor really thoughtful. Perfect meal out!
