Each time I get there, I feel I'm caring for myself

Poor_ some of the order was missing and there was no way to contact just eat to get it delivered_ only on the app promising to get back to us in 2 days. Pointless as we wanted our food tonight! Won't order with just eat again.

I went to this restaurant a few days ago and it’s an absolute garbage !! First of all , The cashier didn’t help me with anything even tho I was struggling to find my order and she just stared at me struggling with miserable rude face no hi no can I help you ! I never worked as customer service and I can do better job than u and your chef !! She dragged her feet to tell me it’s not there after all this time 🙄 I was like okay , I wanna have chicken teriyaki . I was given my order on their counter , and I went to have some sauce then the sauce table has a hole in the middle for garbage!! And it was dirty supposedly the little space I need to put my tray with ketchup and garbage juices , I was like fine I lost money already what can I even do . She watched me annoyed and i pointed at it for her to clean but she didn’t do anything, she was like SORRY .. No comment , after that the meal size is smaller than my hand and it costed me 8.99 £ ! and it was the saltiest , most hard rice , dry veggies, and most smelly and unsettling chicken smell and texture ever !! Again I’m not chef nor east Asian but I guarantee I can cook it better and anyone with brain and hygiene can do it at their convenience at their home , never again 😩 and they let weirdos into the restaurant and sit on chairs that they earned nothing for sitting, a man didn’t order anything and sat on my seat while I was looking for working USB plug and I had to tell him to get up because that’s my seat 😤!! He sat on another chair for 10 minutes with bags then got a text then left ! ((THEY DON’T HAVE SECURITY, WOMEN BE SAFE DON’T COME HERE )) And lastly no USB plugs working , dirty sticky tables and expensive drink 2.25 £ 🙄 all that for food that’s worse than dog shit!!! Never seen such a horrible place and team . Even the chef passed by me and didn’t look or make interaction to ensure the food is right . She looked like she doesn’t want to talk with foreigners or look at all because she can’t stand them and just want their money by the look of everything..

Staff friendly and helpful. Overall setting was very clean and calm. Great shout if keen for sushi and somewhere quiet.

It was a very nice meal and the staff were friendly and helpful. The decor and atmoshere are both fine but nothing special but overall good value for a quick but filling meal.

Healthy food in itsu. But you don't understand is it korean, Japanese, or a Chinese food?

Disapointed! I am an usual customer at Itsu Ealing Broadway, ordering online or visiting the restaurante, today I had ordered a meal and my deliver was Miso (half in the container and half in the bag) had leaked out of the container, so, I lost half of my miso, and the Chicken Teriaky was not well cooked, the rice was hard, waste of taste! Unfortunatelly this comment will not make any change in my loss, and I don t believe anyone will reply to it. I would appreciate some care closing the containers in future.

While eating sushi salmon full house set i got a salmon bone which was stucked in my throat and damaged it. I am quite disappointing from the food controls in itsu Ealing Broadway. After the bone wasn’t able to finish the set……

I loved the food. It’s tasty and healthy. But it would be nice if I get a quote big quantity which itsu needs to work on. I pay 8.99 and get this. That’s not very good.

Got the chicken teriyaki and it was 80% the beans and tasted awful, what a joke

Hello all items were delivered- afraid the dragon rolls smelt and tasted like they were not stored correctly. We did not eat the item and happy to submit images. Please arrange a refund. Thank you

Good selection but the Shusi was dry some guess you pay 10 pounds but not fresh

The food was at room temperature which is usually the opposite when I order from Itsu. Just a feedback. 👍

The sushi was pretty nice, especially the salmon nigiri which was delicious. The chicken teriyaki rice bowl was really bad though. Worst one I've had. Everything from the packaging (similar to a ben and jerry's ice cream box) to the taste just made me feel like I was eating a ready meal that cost 4x the price. So good sushi, avoid the rice bowls.

I was today at the store and had some sushi towards the end of the day but while eating it it tasted very stale , wouldn’t suggest going at this location, I usually have never had other problems at another one I go to but here the raw salmon was very stale and had to spit it out

For those who like to eat Asian, considering that it is a chain with affordable prices, the food is good and fresh.

Very unfriendly staff. I am very disappointed with this service. Never again I am not getting any food from them.

Very good food overall and fresh always. However I want to leave the feedback for the friendly staff in Ealing Broadway store. I visited the store on 14th Feb 2024 around 6pm and had some issues with my order but got a friendly female staff member who jumped to help me. As a result I got a free cup of Miso soup and I cannot be more than grateful. Her support was much appreciated.

Just Eat services has always been great! I have been using Just eat for a long time now and have always been very satisfied with the food and their quick delivery service. I never had any issues with just eat! Simply doing Great job!! Have a great Christmas Just eat!🥂👏

My order has not been delivered

The order wasn’t delivered! I was waiting for it for a long time, however, nobody arrived! I request a refund! It is such a disappointing service!

The one of the containers was broken and there was spillage. The driver couldn't explain what happened (or rather didn't want to; he didn't have any bag and all items were stacked on each other, so he probably drop them when entering the building).

I like eating at Itsu but I absolutely dislike the ordering system. Soooooo cold and impersonal and you don't see what you buy. A picture is not the same. Bring back the interaction with the customers!!!

I don't know if it was because I usually have the one with the Uddin noodles or if it was not that hot but the broth wasn't as clear and flavoursome as usual. I do however believe that there are some foods that shouldn't be delivered. Apart from that, all good.

I really liked this place. Great food and convenient service. I hope the entire chain has this standard, I do recommend it.

Interesting place I don't often sot in a Japanese resteraunt, I had Udon noodles with sauce Affordable at £5? And nice! Easy to digest.Very clean and with brevity inside.

We popped in for lunch, the staff are polite and kept it very clean. The food was, as always, fresh and delicious.

It's slightly different from other itsu's that we have been to over the years as their display unit is behind the counter so you cannot pick anything up to take to the counter but have to order everything from the machine. Everything else is standard and good. Ps both my wife and myself didn't like the taste of the vegan meatballs that we chose as an extra on the spicy Korean noodles.

I like Itsu a lot, but was rather disappointed this time, A sushimi and a sushi sets were not fresh this time. It is probably due to the hot weather…

Larissa, the manager, went out of her way to ensure we were happy when we had a slight issue with a previous order. All of the staff at this branch are great to be honest. I definitely recommend the Ealing Itsu.

This time was the worst. 9 main dishes. Salmon tasteless (3 full house ones). Both noodles containers (thai and katsu stir fry ones) were only half full at most… I am starting to doubt ordering again.

I ordered via takeaway some chicken and spring onion gyzou - dumplings and the tereiaki chicken rice bowl. The food was lovely. It came on time. Very good service

The food is good, but the experience we had today with the manager, definitely never going back. Ordering machine was not working and the manager was very unhelpful, very rude matter of fact, we left without completion of the order worth £85.

Meat gyroza was great but the sushi I ordered wasn't that tasty. Love the different sauces they provide for free. Service was extremely quick and friendly in the evening.

It’s not McDonald’s - sushi you pick with your eyes and the screens are detrimental. Whatever management decided to switch should be fired. Now I’ll only buy one thing I know as I can’t browse. Stupid move. Sushi is based on what you see - I’ll go wasabi around the corner. Slow clap for that move.

I have said my farewell to Itsu. I have returned after a long period and I saw that the fridges have been replaced by screens, the rations have been reduced and the prices have increased. It's really strange to see this empty space and these screens to order. Little by little the machines are taking over from the people, there is no more communication, no more humanity. It's not a place I like anymore, so long Itsu!!

Everytime I order there is something missing. This is unacceptable!

Some of the sashimi has a fridge taste fell frozen. After a closer inspection I saw pieces of avocado under de sashimi. That tells me they cut vegetables and fish with the same knife, this is cross contamination. I won't order here again. There are better sushi alternatives

Vegan dishes are awesome... Don't like seating as it's not comfy, but food makes up for it.

way to expensive and does not accept cash.the rice is dry but the place has a lot of free sauces and sesame seeds so its klm. wassabi is a 2 min walk away and is 100% better

Food was ok, but cant say the same about staff. We went there eat at 6pm (open to 9:30pm) and took smaller table in the back, cuz the others were taken. Then we heard comments and faces from female worker, who was so unhappy that they will have to clean this area again for closing. 3,5h before closing. I guess we should eat on standing position or leave to not make her do her job...

It’s quite busy tonight but that’s always a good sign. The service was fast and the food absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this branch for sure .

SOLO DUE PIATTI ADATTI AI CELIACI il che mi pare poco in un ristorante giapponese: riso thai con pollo e minestra di miso. A dire il vero, il riso era buonissimo, se riuscite a mangiare il cibo piccante. Il personale è gentile ma alla richiesta di cosa avessero che potevo mangiare mi hanno schiaffato in mano una specie di tavola periodica degli allergeni e mi sono dovuta arrangiare.

I order from here quite often but the food quality for the chicken udon pot varies too much. It's quite a gamble if you are going to get a tasteless watered down broth or a rich tasty broth. About 50/50.

Nice sushi for a fast food sushi place. And of course if you go 30 mins before closing time, everything is 50% off. (That’s 9 pm on Monday - Saturday and 8:30 pm on Sunday)

Very good Asian food for far cheaper than other restaurants
