I have ordered a mojito, it was the worse mojito. Also, the forgot one plate, when i asked for it the lady told that it will be soon and will be on the restaurant,but then waitress changed and I was charged full amount.since that we have never come back. Sad because it has good atmosphere.

Thursday 14/03/2029 Just visited with Daughter - “Closed” Sign one door “Closed for refurbishment Local person advised Shop would not be reopening - Sweet Cafe- has Closed for good. He was not sure what place would reopen as. Great loss! Really good food & super friendly staff.

Me and my mum visited here a few days ago, and have to say we were amazed by the range of vegan choices - there are so many places we go to that only have one vegan item on the menu, so it was really nice to have a bit of choice. Everything looked amazing and the whole place seemed nice and clean! The lady who was working at the time was incredibly helpful with it being our first time there. The only think I think they could do with, is a few low or zero sugar options. My mum is diabetic (type 1), and we kind of assumed that there would be some croissants or scones at the least that she’d be able to have, but there wasn’t. I understand that the name of the cafe is ‘Sweet’, however, we just thought with them being so catering for other dietary requirements, this would have been a priority too. So would be nice to see some diabetic friendly cakes and patisseries please. On the whole though, we had a lovely time there, and I would highly recommend the warm chocolate orange pudding!

Today was our first visit to this establishment. Myself and my husband both had a coffee and a cake for £5. We were not expecting a huge cake for the money, but what we received was a Masterchef dessert! The cake was a Rockslide Brownie, which was delicious, but this also came with two scoops of ice-cream (different flavours), cream, fresh strawberrys, chocolate flake, white chocolate over that with icing sugar!!!! The cup of coffee was a large one which was excellent quality. We were served by two lovely members of staff who were friendly, polite and made us feel welcome. This was a lovely visit for us, we will definitely be returning, but next time we will be taking our daughter!

Visited this branch yesterday with my granddaughter who is always excited to have cake. We have been here numerous times. I was with my brother and we both ordered apple pie and custard, my granddaughter had a brownie split in half as she’s only 3 and there is far too much for her, the staff kindly boxed up the remainder for us to take away. The bad points are one drink was brought the other two drinks forgotten and had to be reminded, this on its own was ok, service can be a bit haphazard. However what I had a real problem with was our apple pie was brought to us cold, custard was cold everything was cold. Now this is not a massive problem, the problem was how it was dealt with. The server took it away and microwaved it as it was, brought it back and seems surprised when I asked why we hadn’t been brought fresh, she or us hadn’t got a clue who had eaten from what plate. When questioned the server with the star tattoos on her face got a little shirty and very argumentative. I asked why we hadn’t got fresh and she said there’s only one piece left, I asked why we hadn’t been given an alternative option, which she grudgingly said we could. She then proceeded to make under her breath comments to the staff behind the counter. He attitude left a lot to be desired.By this point she had spoilt the whole experience. We cancelled that part of our order. We paid the bill and left. The cost of our order would have been nearly thirty pounds for 2 deserts a plain brownie and coffee/cake/fruit juice so not cheap. Feel for this sort of money a better customer experience should have been had. The floors of this establishment could also have been cleaner. The plus point is the original server who was extremely courteous and polite. Won’t be visiting again, there are plenty of establishments in Stafford doing a similar thing, time to visit them I think.

Came here on Sunday with my wife and son for drinks and desserts. One thing that always puts me off is unclean things in restaurants, everything that we were given was unclean, from the cups and saucers for the teas to all of the cutlery we were given to eat with. Quite a simple thing to change. Food wise, the waffles were very crumbly and dry, but were well presented. On a plus note, the young girl that looked after us was extremely polite and friendly and was excellent with our little boy, nothing was too much trouble.

Had the Nutella and white chocolate cookie dough to take away. Blonde lady who seems to be the manager is lovely and polite. Food lovely and service great

I ve been there several times i really love decoration and service cakes are yummy love there and also love the sandwiches

First time coming to sweet, I thought that the staff were warm hearted, nice atmosphere while food on the other hand was was out of this world, me and my Girlfriend would recommend this to our friends and family to come and visit and try the amazing food and hot and cold drinks, they also serve jacket potato and paininis for people who don't want anything to sweet Worth a visit 2 Tipping street Stafford

Friendly staff, nice warm welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Beautiful fresh hand made cakes & drinks. Not just any old cake In a bowl these are beautifully presented too. Defiantly worth the visit. The price you paid is well worth it for the amazing cakes and drinks you get. Will be reccomending to everyone :)

Me and my family went to sweet because it is located near the new shopping centre and is close parking. The food and service was excellent! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to go to a dessert shop in Stafford.

What a fab place! We have been a few times and it has always been wonderful, staff are lovely and very welcoming.Excellent service and the desserts are amazing!

Best vegan dessert options! Gelato, different chocolate desserts and more. Staff are super friendly and helpful too.

Me and stepmom love it here. It’s our go to place when we meet up mid week. Have a panini or jacket potato then on to the cookie dough amazingly presented. Always warm and gooey just how I like it. The berry delight waffle my stepmom has was great. The staff where very quick and efficient when It came to ordering and paying and serving. I would definitely recommend it!!! 10/10 love it!

By far the best place for desserts and savoury, highly recommended by my family to go as they’ve been before and I would recommend to any one I have had the best experience with this place the desserts not to mention are delicious I was waited upon immaculassly food and drinks came very quick amazing place if you have a sweet tooth

Lacks atmosphere. Takes almost forever to serve food even when you're the only ones in the shop. After repeated requests do not sell decaf tea but do charge £1.45 for hot water. Served hot chocolate with chocolates that have suffered from the heat of the summer, not once but twice. Serve Nutella hot chocolate without the Nutella but still charge for it. They're contact form on the website comes back undeliverable and its impossible to find another means to contact they're head office.

This is our second visit and we just love it. Very friendly relaxed staff and nice surroundings. Wide choice of desserts for the non-calorie minded. We had various forms of the cookie dough - freshly cooked and presented in a small pan with ice cream......simply awesome !!! It is a little pricey, but for that little special indulgence it’s well worth it.

What can i say.......my first visit here after going past it on numerous occasions. Greeted by a warm welcome and smiles which put me at ease straight away. We was escorted to the table promptly and given menus. To my suprise followed the kids menu with some crayons with a picture to colour in on the back which i thought was a great touch. The staff were polite and very friendly and made my children feel welcome. The deserts were dellish amd my children enjoyed their treats. It may have been my first visit and most certainly will not be my last.

Visited today, group of three, mid afternoon. This was our first visit to sweet and we were very underwhelmed.

Food is always lovely, they’ve updated their not so savoury range, which is now much better. staff can be very friendly unfortunately for them over worked and understaffed, but they try their best so depending what time of day you’re there your service may be a little slow but the peanut butter stacks make up for it! We love Sweet for their non-dairy milkshakes. It’s a great cafe that offer loads of other delicious looking desserts. Would love to try them if dairy didn’t upset my stomach. They look amazing though.

A special Friday after school treat. The kids enjoyed the crepe and cookie dough options. Much to my surprise I tried the waffle and was blown away - delicious and light. Plus they do vegan options so having ice cream for me was a real treat. The staff were helpful, friendly and just lovely! Thank you we'll be coming again!

We had walked past this place quit a few times and always seemed busy so this particular day we decided to pop in. We were met by a friendly and welcoming member of staff who showed us to our table and gave us out menus but only gave us the sweet menu not the saviouy one which didn't really matter as we only went in for thr puds. About 15 mins later or so someone came to take our drinls and food order. After a few mins our drinks turned up then shortly after our food arrived. Dont get me wrong the food was great but in eyes not great value for money. Thr place was nice and clean and moderen

Love it here! My parents and I visit regularly as the customer service is so fantastic.
