This place was incredible, all the staff working this evening were so kind and could not do enough to make our experience plesent. Even more so the food was outstanding. Thanks guys can't wait to come back soon.

Ordered 3 deserts as an afternoon treat : Sticky Banoffee Cookie Dough Triple Treat Cookie Dough Salted Caramel Meringue Cookie Dough All were fantastic. Prices are on the high side once you add in delivery / services charges hence the indulgent treat. Overall cost expensive would have cost £33 if i hadn't of used an uber discount voucher

Called the restaurant in advance with an enquiry and the gentlemen I spoke to was friendly and polite. Once my order was placed I was told it would be an hour but it arrived in 45 minutes. I had ordered the cookies and cream waffle with the same ice cream. The waffle was nice and fluffy - delicious!!!

Ordered desserts tonight, delivery time was great. Food on the other hand was shocking. My crepe came the texture of a stale poppadom. Knife & fork couldn’t even cut it, it was so hard & cold that ends were just snapping off. We ordered my daughter the cookie monster I think it was called, from the kids menu for about £4, the two tiny cookies we seen when opening the box was laughable. My partners cookie dough was fine. £17.70 including 20% off, shocking.

lovely offer on Tuesday buy one get one free cookie dough which makes me happy. not sure why their shop is always open during the mornings as I rlly wanna try their breakfast.

Every morning I drive past with my family secretly hoping it’s finally open for breakfast yet it’s always shut. Shutters down and everything. What’s the point having a breakfast menu if you’re not open til the evening. Bakvas. however when I usually visit on the odd occasion during evenings desserts always nice. Too pricy for Sweet though. Some female staff are stuck up too.

We waited over 2 1/2 hours for our dessert. Ordered at 19:35, the ETA given was 21:05. Received at 21:50. Ridiculous

We ordered the med stack and the big feast stack- both were delicious!!! Only reason I have given this a 4 instead of 5 is because the toilet was horrid!!! Other than that the food was amazing!!

We recently visited Sweets and we will never be returning. We sat down ordered our desserts, 15 minutes later still no desserts or even the water we ordered. A total of 30 minutes later after following up on our order we receive our 3 icecreams or should I say milkshakes. The icecream had all melted and was not edible. We asked why the icecream has melted and were told the freezers are not working!!! We were infuriated that after being seated, placing our order and waiting 30 minutes we were told this. We walked out of the places without any dessert and 3 children in tears who were looking forward to this treat. Shocking customer service!

Found this little gem on our way back to London as we taking the back roads! And I wasn't disappointed.. We went in and it was quiet and the lady server was very friendly. Our order was quick and promt. The lady server has a very welcoming smile which is a must in this industry, she will go a long way and her customer service approach and skills are amazing! My waffle and ice cream was to die for! Will definitely be back next time am in the Midlands.. Chapeau to everyone..

Went to collect a telephone order only to be told part of the order they didn’t have. When I asked why they didn’t call me back or tell me when I ordered the staff just laughed. I then spoke to the manager who also wasn’t bothered. Once home the food was not good. Won’t go again but will certainly be doing my best to stop folk using this shop

Came in for a family occasion and had the best experience. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic especially Mr Ali who served us! Desserts were delicious and presented well on the plate aswell. Over all we had a really nice evening

my brownie tasted so good, and was nice and filling. Would definitely recommend for an enjoyable dessert. Presented on the plate well and the service was great. Definitely be back soon

Went recently for a dessert with some friends and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, desserts were really nice - overall a really nice experience at the store and will be coming back again soon!!

Been going to this place since it first opened. Initially, the desserts were delicious and adeqaute in quantity and were competetively priced. Lately, sizes of portions have decreased, prices have gone up considerably and customer service has sadly gone down. Now, another well known franchise of desserts has opened up in Walsall as well. Sweet need to pay attention to the above to stay up in business. Hope i see improvement in the next few months.

will not be coming back.. food is overpriced and portions are really small, i bought a cough dough and the cookie was so small 2 spoons and it finish not haapy for the price

I visited this branch on Saturday night the desserts were amazing, the service was fast and prompt I would definitely visit again. Absolutely demolished my cheesecake as you can see in the picture lol. The place is a modern dessert place and not like th we typical dessert parlours. Our experience was great x

I’m even being cheeky by calling this a milkshake! Then called the guy who had the cheek to question my knowledge on what a milkshake is!!! Judging by the pics, I suggest anyone not to even bat an eyelid at this place. The milkshakes equally match the service, vile

Overall a positive and modern experience. Interesting wall features and dim lighting enhancing the mood. Served straight away, pro active staff. When we wanted to spilt the bill there was a bit of confusion and delay which could of been avoided. Pictures aren’t that great as we were really tired.

Awful service !!! So we made an order for the ticket never got put through for 55mins . We asked for water and tea and we got nothing . Then the desserts came 1.20 mins later . Still received no water or tea. One desser camr another 12 mins later . Two desserts where wrong and we only got 3 waters and no tea . The place needs a manger implementing standards in the store . One or two errors is fine but seriously everything was awful . Every time you go into store it’s just kids always working there looking lost .The actual desserts are not bad but the service is so horrific I wouldn’t bother going in there again .

The venue is clean and smart appearance. A wide range of ice cream and deserts available. I had an English tea with a small chocolate cake with a pot of custard. The food and tea were out of this world, I have never tasted anything so good and pleasing.

After visiting sweet almost every weekend for the last 3 months. I went to try out their new menu on monday.

Tried to order online via just eat. after 35 minutes i get a call from just eat to tell me my order was cancelled by sweet. ordered elsewhere and recieved delivery within 20 minutes. wont bother coming here again

Visited Sweet Walsall with client, relaxing place for a coffee and dessert. Good choice of desserts and sandwiches. Friendly staff. Will visit again

First england's world cup game win we decided to celebrate it at sweets it was great service great desserts a bit pricy but worth it thanks guys

I visited here a few weeks ago. Have to say it is nice and cosy inside. Had they brownie cookie dough and nutella hot choc and have to say it tasted amazing. Service is good fro. Staff. Very impressed and would deffo visit again.

Whats with the blue gloves??? We ordered a mohito through Just Eat. Arrived Sunday evening, fairly busy. Took a while to actually find the order but then sat down and waited ages and ages. Watched everyone who came in after me pick up their waffles and disappear out the door. But still no mohito. Had to keep asking where it was. But what really shocked me was that all the staff wear these blue gloves, which are supposed to be hygienic. Whilst I was sat in the take away area, one of the girls dropped her blue gloves on the floor and picked it back up and proceeded to carry on with the orders. I was horrified. Another girl, was putting together an order for a lady who had a nut allergy. I actually saw her pick up a slice of cake with both her hands (with blue gloves on). Surely they should be using a cake slice. These blue gloves were used for everything and never taken off. They must be germ ridden. Why not just use clean hands and a cake slice. Im always wary when I see catering staff wearing these type of gloves. Waited 15 mins took 10 seconds to do my drink, which was very nice by the way.

Great customer service. Food is presented very well, tasted delicious too. Best gelato i have tasted i really recommend the bubblegum or kinder bueno gelato.

Amazing desserts, full of quality. The service in Walsall is great, was served by the manageress herself, you can see the passion and pride she puts into her job.

Visited Sweet this evening- gave our order and waited 40 mins for our desert to come out and 1 out of 3 was cold (not how a cookie dough should be served).

Was told 10 mins for delivery was advised first order out lie!!!! The two cookie doughs were rock hard and ice cream was all melted. After complaint was advised they were re- heated so I understand y it was rock hard. Pathetic.

I visit today with my wife and kids, staff took the order in a pleasant way but then when they were going to serve the desert it was no cutlery on offered on the table after waiting for them to do the needful eventually my wife helped herself as staff seemed to be lost what they need to do or how to give proper customer service. My wife ordered coffee and a cold desert as her order instead of serving cold desert first they served coffee first and desert arrived 5 - 8 mins later when I enquired them shouldn't coffee be served after the desert I was told 'we serve coffee first unless told otherwise' well they should've asked while taking the order how we would like our food to be served but like I said there is no customer service at all. When it came to bill they tied to overcharge first without giving a proper bill and just told me the total amount when I challenged the total and asked for a proper bill the staff gave me a bill and with that they tried to charge me slightly extra. Paid the bill but never ever going to visit this place again. My honest advise to everyone is to 'Avoid at all cost' !!!

We went to the Aldridge branch as soon as we entered it says wait here to be seated although there were 4/5 staff around and only 2 other table in no one came over so we just sat down. I visited the one toilet which both sexes have to share the toilet was dirty. The fan has cob webs and the toilet roll was out. The toilet area had not been checked for a while. We ordered deserts and drinks. The lady serving us was not very welcoming and one of the deserts was not available. One drink came by itself and then 5 mins later the others. The deserts were tasty and well presented but if you go on overall service and cleanliness then it’s not going to be my first choice.

Visited Aldridge today with my wife and 3 year old daughter. Arrived to find 2 life’s working and only 1 table taken in the restaurant- very quiet. Sat in a booth and gave our order to a very pleasant young lady, but was where the positives end.

We took my daughter and her friend for a treat.

By far the best dessert place in Walsall! The food is to die for, nice comfortable place and excellent service. Will be returning soon x

We were running late so we placed order on phone once arrived quickly served and the quality of the desserts was excellent considering we came late the staff were very attentive and the place was very clean it was very pricey but the cookie dough was so good with custard we didn't mined about the price can't wait to go back soon

It probably had about 7000000 calories in it but the dessert I had at sweet was absolutely fantastic.

Been past this since before it opened. Always said we should go in, but never had the time or space. Went in today and I had the Banoffee Waffle & my wife the Berry crepe. Both were good and the waffled cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back. A great place

I'm so shocked that something like this is on our door step! It's amazing, fabulous in side super modern and fresh loved the lighting and the whole feel of the place.

Whether it be a week night or weekend, sweet is always busy with sweet desert lovers. Although it's not situated in the best part of town, it does have the best deserts so don't let the location put you off. There is something for everyone on the menu, from chocolate sundaes to strawberry and banana fresh waffles. Highly recommended. We love visiting!

We have been to Sweet many times since it opened and always had good food and even though it's expensive i am a believer"in you get what you pay for". Today was our 2nd visit since the new menu (i did not pay last time so can't comment) a latte coffee has gone from £1.99 to £2.75 and you now only get vanilla gelato with everything. I asked where the banoffee gelato was with my banoffee waffle and told i had to pay an extra 50p for that. My daughter swapped her gelato on her pancake and it cost an extra 50p ( they did warn me tho) why is this when looking the gelato costs the same per scoop. It's still great food in a nice place but please don't be to greedy or you may loose custom.

I've been going to sweet since it has opened in Walsall. The shop itself is beautiful decorated and the smell is hypnotic.

I've been into Sweet in Aldridge a few times and it seemed an ideal choice for my daughters 9th birthday party. We were able to have the whole place to ourselves for a couple of hours so she and 12 friends were able to celebrate without worrying about other customers. We received first rate service, both Vicky and Chloe were great at looking after the girls and creating a real party atmosphere. The food was excellent and served quickly so no-one was kept waiting. We were able to play lots of party games and the room was decorated for us with banners and balloons. All in all I would definitely recommend Sweet Aldridge and all invited thought it was the perfect place for a party!

Food was nice. Delivery service and customer service is terrible. Took over 2 hours for the delivery when it is only a 10 minute drive away. No communication what so ever. Will never be ordering from here again

Normally no issues with sweet before now. Delivered 2 desserts. Cold and should be warm. One dessert was completely wrong (should have been a raspberry and white chocolate) and the other is chocolate and Strawberry and had white chocolate on too. Disappointment as had to deconstruct own dessert to warm this up. Poor service. Very disappointed.

Family visit for my 12 year old birthday. Party consisted of 2 x adults, 3 x children (aged 12, 9 and 7).

We visited today and we had to wait over 30 mins for order to arrive!! The staff are very laid back. Not friendly service at all. Food was presented beautifully and tasted perfect. But service was very poor. I would never visit again!

As just eat online not working , decided to order direct. What a mistake. Driver lost in West Brom , no communication or lack of update on delivery... Kids running a business not professional !

Went today to try new shop in Aldridge opened early August. Ordered 3 sweets plus drinks forrero roche cheesecake, forrero roche waffle and a berry waffle plus coke, tea and a late. Once seated and order taken waited about half an hour for drinks to arrive. Waffles arrived quite quickly, cheesecake came about another 5 minutes later said they had a problem with the ticket printer. Paid £23, think it is overpriced compared to other desert shops.

When I first visited the waffles were not up to standard they were more like ready made now they make them fresh and they taste nice overall desserts are nice but is quite pricey for a little dessert shop in Walsall

I would highly recommend a visit to Sweet great desserts that are served quickly and are delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a shame the parking isn't easier as I would defiantly visit more. I have visited other dessert shops this is the only one I have gone back to several times.

My partner and I have visited Sweet on a number of occasions now, although the deserts are nice, they are slightly over priced for what they actually are, and each time we visit we seem to be slightly underwhelmed in comparison to another desert shop we like to go to in Small Heath.

I have been here twice with the kids and totally amazing service can be slow but this I think a more technical as they only have 1 pancake heater on so have to wait if ordering more than 1 staff are amazing very helpful and happy I'm planning on returning today as a last visit as Aldridge opening tomorrow lol xx

Me and my wife always visit this place when we go to Walsall. On this occasion our experience was terrible. Firstly, the waitress took more than 15mins to come and take our order (place wasn't busy and there was plenty of staff). I think this may have been because 3 of the female staff were gathered round a table with guys chatting away to them.

Placed an order for two desserts waited abit but well worth the wait. For taste quality 10/10 and my cookie dough was nice and warm. Thank you sweet
