Visited here today to warm up and shelter from the rain ahead of a walk up Primrose Hill. The staff were lovely and friendly and the toilet was clean. Best cinnamon bun in London and what a generous measure of hot strong coffee! The toasted sandwiches looked amazing will definitely have one next time ❤️

I had a matcha to stay in and I was doing some study while I was having my drink, I stay there for about 1,5 hour, finished my drink, then the one I believe was the manager asked me indirectly but directly to leave the table because I have finished my drink, and was also raining outside. Couldn’t have felt more humiliated than that. For sure not coming back even living near by

We had the carrot cake and cream icing from here last weekend and it was perfectly delicious! The carrot cake was super yummy and moist, with the best and freshest ingredients! The cream cheese frosting/ icing was divine. Just the right balance of sweetness. It is by far the best carrot cake (and cake) I have had in London for a long time! A must try! Divine! Sweet Things is perfect for cakes, breakfast, lunch, coffee, tea .. hot chocolate with friends, family or some time to treat yourself!

Horrendous attitude from manager/staff. We were there today, a sunny saturday, with two babies. After we sat down we were told we couldnt stay since the prams were taking place. Mind you there was another couple there with a pram. Then we were told WE HAD TO WAKE OUR BABIES UP TO PUT THEM IN CHILD SEATS so that prams can be taken outside. I have never ever experienced such rude and unnecessary and just plain psychotic treatment from a cafe. Naturally we walked away and had a fabulous brunch down the street at LA FERME who were more than happy to accommodate us. After all, it is primrose hill on a sunny Saturday- high likelihood of families with kids right?

Sooooo delicious, especially the cinnamon buns ! The almond croissants and the Nutella croissants were delightful as well. We wish we had more time to try everything... Their different coffee and hot/cold chocolate recipes were very tasty. And the icing on the cake : the girls all are very friendly and welcoming ! We will definitely come back on our next visit to London !

A place with such a bad service that it doesn't even deserve one star. Besides, they sell coffee more expensive than other places, but on the other hand, they try to sell a badly made coffee almost by a force. When you object, they say the problem is with the customer. Although my home is far from this place, I came here today just to have a good coffee as I love the taste of coffee in this place. But when I saw their sarcastic and bad behavior today, I regret that I came. Although I specifically stated when placing my latte order, I "I want it extra hot and without foam". The lady who makes the coffee, she made it opposite what I've asked. When I said I didn't want it that way, she said she was a bartender for 10 years. She also told me that the coffee "I drank every day" was something impossible to make. 🤔 And she laughed sarcastically. When I said why are you laughing, she said it's fun for her. Unbelievable ! It's true, they piss you off by not making the order you gave them and they make fun of it. I found this behavior really ugly. The only place I will never go to again... I just want to ask, If it's impossible, why are you taking this order? Besides, why would I ask you to do something impossible to make? You can be a bartender for 10 years, but you don't listen to the customer. You don't care what they want. As far as I can see, 10 years has created a self-conceit in you, not a good experience. Also, I bought the coffee which you said was impossible, from Black Sheep Coffee place a little further ahead, from a smiling bartender, and drank it. It's a pity really. I only condemn you for your behavior today. Because you ruined my day. You may not care about me by just reading one customer, but one customer equals ten customers. You lost ten customers today. Me and my friends whom I have recommended and sent before. Of course, if a situation is your concern!!!

We only ordered scrambled egg on toast with mushrooms, half an hour wait and not even busy. Chased food as waiting for a train, waitress less than helpful. Food arrived, mushrooms cold, egg hot, toast tiny! Not good value, complaint not well received - no apology for delay. In fact, she was fairly argumentative too.. Didn't eat the food, paid only for the coffee. Would never return.

A very welcome lunch stop. We were thoroughly enjoying a walk in the Olympic Park, but feeling peckish. OK it was lunchtime, but I fancied the breakfast in a box. Which was warmed up for me. Back home (150 miles to the north), it would not have rated very highly. But in London I wanted something not vegetarian, and it rang my bell. There was the bacon, tasty sausage, beans, tomatoes, something potatoey, what was once egg and some green stuff (?) But it was warm enough, tasty, filling, and actually I quite enjoyed it. As, and when, we return for another walk I would probably choose it again. Incidentally the staff we friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy.
