Having read of their reputation and interesting in Irish cocktails. I brought few friends from Dublin. A totally captivating experience, great atmophere in the evening, The Irish menu is amazing illustrated and the team is very happy to share some lovely stories. it was a great experience all round and I can certainly see myself returning in future.

An absolute gem! From the stunning coral walls to the beautiful tableware and glasses, everything is on point. But what really makes this place special is the atmosphere that Gio, the manager, and his incredible team create. It feels like being part of a family—they’re warm, welcoming, and genuinely make your night feel special. The cocktails are on another level—each one perfectly crafted and looks as good as it tastes. You can really tell they care about every detail. If you're after top-tier drinks, a stylish vibe, and a place where you’re treated like family.

Absolutely adore the coral room! Gio and his team are second to none! Absolutely fabulous cocktail, service and hospitality- I can’t recommend enough!

We booked a table for post dinner cocktails. The decor and ambience were very good and we were given a nice table with 4 chairs rather than a cosy couch which seemed to be for larger parties. My wife caught her leg on a protruding nail on one of the chairs, but no harm done. The waiter brought us glasses of water and took the chair away. He took a while to come back and take our order, and then we had another wait for our drinks to arrive. It was over 30 minutes from arrival for our first drink, which was in fairness, pretty good. We then tried unsuccessfully to order a second drink, but it seems there was only one waiter and a manager providing table service. We settled up and left after an hour and one drink each. Disappointed.

Hidden gem! Only 2 minutes from the tube, its Negroni week so popped in to see what twists the bar staff had out on a classic, wow super tasty!! Cosy atmosphere, music and lighting.

The Lady with white hair is very rude towards customers. What's wrong with these casino shops? Why do they always hire this kind of arrogant staff? Come on you are surviving on the customer's hard earned money and in return you treat them badly? Shame on you. Have some common sense and learn how to treat customers

Dreadful. Receptionist rude. Such an unwelcoming start. Booked table for drinks at 2. Still waiting 35 minutes later. Seemingly they run out of paper when order taken, no apology for appalling service. We left! Staff couldn't of cared less

Best bartender in London! John is so amazing, friendly, energetic, makes you feel completely welcome and very attentive to anything that you need! This was my favorite part of my trip to London! I will absolutely be back to visit the Coral Room and ask for John as your bartender

Stopped in after meeting a friend staying in hotel. Beautifully decorated space. Five start service from barman and staff with good drinks and snacks.

My Sister and I had a wonderful Champagne Afternoon Tea in the Coral Room, and it was a super experience, made very special indeed by Joel, our very kind, attentive, caring and professional waiter. We had a bottle of Champagne, and enjoyed numerous glass top ups by Joel as it was a Birthday celebration, and he presented us with a lovely platter with chocolates and Happy Birthday written in chocolate. The sandwiches, and teas, were perfection, and the cakes were plentiful, delicious and so pretty. We ate them too quickly to photograph, sadly. The Champagne was perfect. We whiled away a good 3 hours in this most beautiful room and others there looked as happy and well cared for as we were. Thank you !!

AVOID!!! Staff here are super unhelpful and rude. Place is hot and stinks. Also machines here are even more fixed than high street bookies and have higher odds of you losing!

La gerencia parecía querer asumir poca responsabilidad por permitir que esto sucediera, personificado por el hecho de que todavía intentaron cobrarnos 30 por el servicio. No estaban de acuerdo en que un bar que sirve 15 bebidas en una ciudad conocida por su crimen debería poder controlar cuidadosamente quién entra y sale (a pesar de que hay un hombre en la puerta verificando las reservas cuando llegamos), arriesgando la seguridad de todos los futuros clientes. Como compensación, nos ofrecieron una ronda gratis de bebidas la próxima vez que fuéramos (valor de 60), pero dado que claramente no regresaremos, pensamos que era ridículo. Al final acordaron eliminar el cargo por servicio y ofrecer un descuento del 10%. Mi encantadora hija nos reservó aquí esta tarde como una sorpresa temprano: té de la tarde de cumpleaños. Qué tarde absolutamente fabulosa en el entorno más maravilloso. La bienvenida fue cálida, el distanciamiento social y los protocolos de seguridad de Covid - 19 fueron acertados - sensatos pero no atemorizantes (también discretos) y el ambiente fue sublime.El servicio fue impecable, nuestra mesa era perfecta, el blues - jazz era tan encantador y nuestra comida era increíble. El té era delicioso y refrescante, los sándwiches frescos y sabrosos, con los bollos más increíbles que jamás hayamos probado. . . y las tartas, soberbias.Recomiendo encarecidamente pasar un tiempo precioso en este lugar maravilloso, elegante y que induce a la felicidad. . . I have walked past this place so many times, then one day decided to come in. I was strangely surprised that this amazing bar has been here this whole time. The atmosphere and the drinks are amazing.

We love to come here for a Sunday afternoon drink. So relaxing and lovely service from all the staff. Decor is pretty and drinks are made so well. Our 3rd visit but many more to come.

I usually don't go to such places but the Coral Room is cozy and beautiful. Every food and cocktail I tried was full of flavor. I have never tried anything like this before, I recommend, It's worthy to try something in there for sure. And on top of that bartender named Marion made my experience in Coral Room even better. She was really kind and funny. By people like she, full of friendliness and pasion, everything is better! When i didn't know what to order I asked her if she could suprise my with a cocktail and she made the best one i ever tried. That's so imprssive. In addition i can't forget about her skills, it was attraction for me to watch her making all cocktails. I really enjoyed time in there and I hope one day I'll visit the Coral Room again with Marion working there. :)

Had no initial plans of stopping here, but SO SO glad we did! Service was spectacular, drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was so cool. Marion was our bartender and she was THE BEST! So attentive, friendly, and a very talented bar tender. We were in amazement at all the cool tricks Marion could do behind the bar and how quickly she pumped out complicated drinks! Not only was she an awesome bartender but she recommended the appetizer sampler and it was amazing. The truffle honey with manchego was perfection. The Coral Room will be my first stop (and second and third) on my next trip to London thanks to Marion!!

I stumbled upon The Coral Room by accident my last evening in London. Marion was wonderful, entertaining, warm and personable. She really made my last evening in London quite memorable! It was the highlight of my trip. I loved the vibe and, ambience of the bar. The service was outstanding. I just cannot say enough about Marion and how well she treated us. Truly a wonderful, warm and caring person. You can tell she is extremely passionate about her job and making everyone enjoy the experience of The Coral Room to the fullest. After a suggestions of a friendof mine I went to try the menu of the coral coral . On the arrival, our waitress Madalina greet us with hospitality and smile. we had couple of rounds of drinks and they were all amazing, especially the full bloomer, that comes with a bubble on top . I really recommend this cocktail bar with highly professional staff.once again ,thanks Madalina !

Lovely setting, but the table service was hopeless. We managed to get one drink in an hour and had to rush our second drink because they repeatedly got the order wrong (two glasses of white wine - not exactly complicated!)

My mum and I visited this place back in January for an afternoon tea which was brilliant! We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and last but not least the great customer service. I visited with family the Coral Room for afternoon tea. We were seated in a beautiful corner and received attentive and prompt service throughout the afternoon. The scones and sweets were delicious and sophisticated. In addition to traditional sandwiches beer bread with a turkey mousse was served. Everything was refillable but servings were generous. Excellent choice of teas and coffees were also available for non tea lovers.

I find The Coral Room as very unique. The interior is very stylish, the sofas are very comfortable. There is a range of drinks and cocktails. The service was very good, which made me feel valued as a customer.

Durante nuestra estadía en el Bloomsbury, nos ofrecieron cócteles aquí, pedimos sentarnos en otro lugar que no fuera donde nos mostraron y nos dijeron que tendríamos que compartir con otros, pero nos permitieron sentarnos en un sofá, nos dieron menús y luego los ignoramos durante 15 minutos, intentamos para ordenar en el bar pero tuve que esperar para el servicio de mesa. La música era muy alta y no era lo que esperábamos dada la decoración. Para cuando llegaron nuestras bebidas, tuvimos que beber e irnos como debíamos al teatro.

We spent an evening at the coral room, trying out different drinks. The offer is really interesting, with a very varied and complete selection of bottles. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the barman, Antonio, who entertained us all evening. I strongly recommend it.

A special mention to Antonio & Daniele for making our wedding anniversary so amazing as we felt utterly spoilt! The cocktails are amazing as is the showmanship. The bar had a fantastic atmosphere and topped off a 10/10 weekend.

The Bartenders were friendly and willing to make anything you wanted them to, or offer creative suggestions. Their bartending skills were pretty great, too. Someone has done an excellent job training this crew.

Had a lovely afternoon tea with my mom who was visiting London. We were treated like queens by the Maitre D, I believe his name was Diego, and the place is gorgeous!

Went to Sunday brunch so my son could taste British sparkling wine. The menu was short but each dish was fantastic and we’ll priced. Club sandwich, eggs Benedict and other dishes were cooked perfectly. The wine and sparkling list was excellent. Everything was well priced and the atmosphere was wonderful.

We really enjoyed the cocktails there, but service speed could be improved, especially considering the cost that you’re paying for them. Also, if you’re vegan, be careful - menus don’t mention that some cocktails have milk and others egg white.

Beautiful space. Gorgeous color and furniture to lounge in as you sip on your favorite drink or one of their brilliant concoctions. Late evening weeknight wasn't crowded. The cocktail waitress was well-informed and assisted us in choosing perfect drinks to end our evening. Make the time. It's worth it.

I booked an afternoon tea for my girlfriends birthday. Jenny with her big smile made sure our waiter joel was aware it was a special day and they went an extra mile surprising us with a little cake. Really happy, will return!

Took my mother for Afternoon tea as a birthday treat before the theatre on Tuesday! We LOVED the new autumnal menu and our server Joel was fantastic he explained everything to us in such detail including the delicious exclusive preserve! We had ample amount of tea; which was topped up dutifully by Joel without ever having to ask and when we asked for him to take a picture he couldn’t have been more thorough making sure we had every angle! The food itself was delicious one of our favourite afternoon teas that we have done! I will be recommending to friends and family alike. The setting was also lovely; beautiful artwork, roaring fire and not too crowded, will definitely be going again! Thank you for a lovely afternoon!

I brought my three friends visiting from the states for afternoon tea. We had such a lovely time, I need to gush about it. I believe we were the first people to try the chef's new Autumn tea. He came out and discussed each item and wanted to know our thoughts. The food was beautifully presented and we loved every morsel. I love the high-end interiors with non-stuffy atmosphere and attitude of the Coral room. We had a fabulous time and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Really beautiful venue and interior however service was very slow, orders were forgotten and had to hunt people down to be served. The brunch was tasty however the portions were very small and overpriced. Might come here again for cocktails however wouldn't come for brunch again.

Nydelig mat, helt ferskt, sconesene var fremdeles varme, nydelig clotted cream, lekre smørbrød og kaker, stort utvalg i forskjellige sorter te. Servitøren, Joel, guidet oss gjennom måltidet, og ga oss beskjed om å ta oss god tid og bare nyte. En av oss spiste glutenfritt, det var ikke noe problem for kjøkkenet. Hennes «tefat» stod ikke noe tilbake for de andre. Vi vil veldig gjerne komme tilbake hit.

I had been meaning to come here since 2017. I regret not coming sooner. Christ was without a doubt the most outstanding bartender I’ve had to date. I highly recommend the Apples and Pears cocktail, passion fruit daiquiri, and the gin lane if you like sweet fruity drinks. 10/10

Mi amigo y yo tuvimos una experiencia verdaderamente maravillosa tomando el té de la tarde en este magnífico lugar. El personal era acogedor y encantador. No tengo ni idea de lo que se queja el crítico de abajo porque el té de la tarde fue perfecto. Los bollos fueron algunos de los mejores que he probado, y voy mucho al té de la tarde. ¡Los bollos de vainilla eran celestiales! No dudaría en volver a The Coral Room. ¡Absolutamente me encantó! Gracias a todo el equipo por una experiencia muy encantadora y especial. Realmente agradable!

Habíamos visitado antes la Sala Cpral; ¡Esta vez vinimos con un amigo y disfrutamos la experiencia! ! Los sándwiches eran deliciosos y disfrutamos una segunda porción. . . nos complacieron y los tés se reponían con frecuencia, una taza de té fresca que estaba riquísima, pero no tanto después de que el té se hubiera empapado. ! ! Y el pan divino que se sirvió con el pollo de coronación la última vez, sentimos que el pan era demasiado abundante para el aderezo. Esta vez, una porción única de un pan magnífico, mucho más, ¡fue mucho mejor! !

If I want the best cocktail quality in London this is definitely the place to go. We walked and were welcome by Gabriele who looked after us - big thank you to Alberto who not only made our cocktails but also made our evening relaxed and enjoyable. The evening was topped off by some very nice music. We will definitely come back when we will be in London next.

A friend recommended the Coral Room for drinks and music and I wasn't disappointed. What a great room. Makes you feel stylish the minute you walk into it. Playing great music at as great bar. Great service, friendly bartender. Had bar snacks, generous servings. Try the Devils On Horseback. The hotel called a cab for the ride home. I'd go back in a heartbeat

poor service and expensive drinks which were not great. Aperol Spritz was small and lacked fizz in the prosecco so had to buy another glass of prosecco to make it fizz and no lack of service charge for late drinks !

I brought my mum to the Coral Room for afternoon tea and we had a wonderful time. Our waiter, Joel, was fantastic and couldn't have done more for us. I have a few dietary preferences and these were handled very well. The sandwiches were served on different types of bread which made them more interesting. The scones were warm and served with clotted cream. One of the better afternoon teas in London (and I have tried many of them!) and definitely worth a visit.

We had a great night with the girls. Our waiter Christos was really nice and catered to all our drinks desires. Would be back soon.

Beautiful resaurant bar with breathtaking decoration and a dj. Though the best part was how great the service is, our waiter Christos created a friendly and warm environment with his smile, proper behaviour and sweet personality.

This place has to be one of greatest welcomes you could ever ask for when out In London. It’s like you part of one big family and team of people looking after you with smiles all round... Jack Phillipson greeted all of us from the door, he didn’t just show us to our seats or point and throw a menu down , he made sure each and everyone of us felt special and welcomed us to a beautiful room, got his team to lay everything out and insured we all knew what was what. This went a long way with the group ! The type of service you’d expect in a private members club you’ve paid £££’s for. The simple check back on us was also a lovely touch and made sure our night was perfect ! Even so much so we were the last to leave.

I have visited The Coral Room many times since it opened. Located just one road off Tottenham Court Road, the trio of bars/restaurants of The Bloomsbury Hotel, namely The Coral Room, The Bloomsbury Club and Dalloway Terrace, are three of the most elegant places to have drinks in London.

We went here for a friends birthday drinks and the place was great, the decor really feels special and different. The staff are amazing and you really feel looked after. It’s a great vibe and very relaxed. Definitely recommend for drinks for a special occasion or just to hang out and chill.

Went there for mine and my friends birthday. It has a lovely atmosphere. There was a dj but the music wasn’t too loud so we could talk to each other without shouting. The guy serving us was really nice and friendly, when they found out it was our birthday we got a little cake each for free. Cocktails were yum

We had an afternoont tea. all walls are painted in coral color.

I took my young American for Afternoon Tea at The Coral Room last week and we absolutely loved it! The variety of sandwiches and the different types of bread and rolls were delicious, fresh and original. The scones were fantastic - warm and delicious, served with raspberry jam and clotted cream. In many of my previous Afternoon Tea experiences, the little desserts were lovely to look at but not wonderful to eat. At The Coral Room, the little desserts were pretty, original and delicious. We ate everything and were offered replenishments. We could have had the same again if we had the room! We started with coffee (strong and wonderful) and finished with tea. Our waiter, Joel, was friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. With Joel’s excellent service, the amazing Afternoon Tea and the beautiful room, we really didn’t want to leave. In fact, it was all so incredible that I’ve booked to go back in a few weeks time.
