Sweet Spot in Coventry

Charged for a delivery which never turned up. Have an order number from the just eat app , called the store and told that i’ve made the order number up as they haven’t had any order for that address, yet the app shows order ordered, the time and states it’s delivered. Called again and the staff just kept hanging up the phone

Terrible, went for ice cream and the lady got confused and added cream instead of ice cream. Waffle with no ice cream. Rubbish!!!

Food ordered: Biscoff sundae. Bit disappointed that the 'caramel sauce' in the menu description came to be a biscoff sauce that was beaten mercilessly to leak the slightest sliver of resistance to the otherwise dry and mundane sundae. The soft serve was nice, as it usually is - but was unexpected in a sundae, which usually comprises scooped ice cream, sauces, toppings, and other furnishings to create the art that is the ice cream sundae. None of that. Soft serve vanilla, biscoff bits and sauce. Expected more, hit the spot but not the 'sweet spot'.

Cookie dough in a box is awesome! Just what you need on a hot day! Tasty and hit karak chai as well. Recommended!

Food is always 10/10 service and delivery drivers are always polite and friendly. Has to be my uncles favourite place to order from and he enjoys it every single time. Thank you :)

Amazing deserts. They are small for paying 7£ but if you like deserts then this is your place. Nice little spot with friends and staff is lovely.

Walked into this place and shop looked empty, didnt think anyone was inside until a staff member popped up when she heard us talking. Didnt look happy to serve us and took ages to make just two milkshakes. We were planning on dining in but didnt want to keep her off her phone so we left after 20mins for a take away!!

Really nice, ordered the strawberry cookie dough as I had a late night craving, and was absolutely delicious. Will be ordering again 🤍

Me and my girlfriend come here regularly, we have always had a good experience & good customer service. However, the opening times claim that the shop is open till 12.00 on Saturdays, at 11pm we came to get some dessert, when we arrived the light was on and there was bags(including an ordered nandos) on the table so we assumed they were open. After trying to enter the shop and realising the shop was closed, one of the workers approached us very passive aggressive and continued to wave the keys in our face & shouted at us that the shop is closed, she was extremely rude, we are never the Karen’s to right bad reviews but the way we were spoke to was infuriating, never been spoke to or approached so badly from a worker in my life. The desserts are always amazing and the owner is always very lovely to us, but this lady should not be working in customer service if she cannot display adequate manners and politeness. My girlfriend works in customer service and has been trained to deal with customers, and suggests the lady have some training in how to deal with situations better. It could have been a simple “sorry we’re closed”. It seemed she shut the store early and wanted an early Saturday, unacceptable.

The cookie dough was phenomenal and the staff was really friendly :) Will come here again for sure!!

The milkshake was not what it was, plus I had to wait over 30 minutes without informing me of delay. Would never go again.

The woman on the phone was very rude and she did not let me speak on the phone when I called them to say that the food they delivered was not up to standards. I ordered a cookie dough with bananas and strawberries and it came plain with no fruit. The attitude of the woman was atrocious and very appalling. No good communication or customers skills. I will not be ordering here again.

I've said this about the one on Gosford Street but I'll say it again. This is the best dessert spot in town, everything is so delicious and at this point I think I've tried almost everything in the menu. Never disappointed me and my cravings for brownies, love it

Nice soft scoop icecream however charging 95p for a drizzle of sauce on a cone is unheard of, most other dessert shops in the area give sauce on your icecream for free

Stopped here after lunch.A gem of a dessert shop.Had Churros which were flaky and warm.would definitely come again to try other stuff off the menu

I’ve been ordering food from sweet spot for years now and today I was let down. I have ordered a large cookie dough and the food didn’t even fill half of the tray. When I called I was told that I had to request a refund via Uber eats but Uber eats can’t process this refund. I’m definitely disappointed!

The lady there was the sweetest, very good gelato too!

Sweet Spot have varieties of delicious desserts. Had Mango Waffle and The Classic which tastes both heavenly! The staff is friendly and helpful. Will surely visit again. A must try!

A fabulous delivery order this evening being in isolation. Quality of cheese cake, waffle and Karak Chai was spot on. Delivered on time and portion sizes are great 👍 Thank you guys

We stopped here for a drink and some people in the group also had a desert. I had a hot chocolate which had cream on top and marshmallows. This was really good and would have it again as it was better than some other hot chocolates I have had from other places. Overall the place is small there is a couple of tables inside and isn't very warm but is good to sit in and have a drink and desert. Staff were friendly. There is a good selection of desert available which come in different sizes.
