Milano Pizza in Coventry

Food didn’t come. Incredibly rude staff telling me to ‘get lost’ like a child because I told driver to come to the front. I can’t walk due to leg injury. Driver wrongly marked food as delivered and I still haven’t got a refund. Pathetic.

food was lovely just shame the chips were a bit on the cold side this time would be nice If you could swap the fries for onion rings aswell

The delivery driver was the best, he was so friendly and smiley, delivered to my door ( didn't have to chase him in the neighbourhood like others do) and the fries were really tasty today, I assume because of the good delivery time they were still hot and crunchy!

The food was ordered at 5.20 received almost 7pm only edible part was the pizzas slightly warm the chicken nuggets and chips were all that overcooked you couldn't bite into them without almost breaking a tooth let alone being stone cold, absolute waste of my money. No offer of anything for being over 40 minutes late I've ordered several times before always been lovely but tonight has put me off for good.

Food took about 50 minutes but was piping hot when it arrived. ordered pizzas and lamb donner. both were lush. price very reasonable! recommended!

Overall good quality and very prompt and friendly delivery, but need to revise the confusing menu (especially the deals - 4 toppings mandatory? no purpose in choosing a pizza type? unnecessary extra buttons?)

Pizza was burnt with absolutely no taste in the pizza. Just seemed to be like a mix of spices sprinkled over the burnt toppings. The pizza was cold and very dry. Happened second time since last order. Thought to give it a try a second time however it happened again and will not order again from this place.

Milano is a decent pizza place with a number of options that won't break the bank.

Usually okay, very late and not very hot.

Worst company ever do not recommend, cut the call on me, sent food will never ever come back here, save yourself your time and money and do not order!

I ordered pizza and asked them how long it will take for delivery he said 45 minutes I waited 80 minutes pizza was cold sauce was not like garlic sauce. Will never order again waste of money.

We’ve ordered from here this evening, food never arrived and when contacted restaurant said it wasn’t their responsibility that food wasn’t delivered.

The food was good but i ordered a kinder milkshake and i found plastic in it. It wasnt a little bit either there was loads i found out because i choked on a piece. I would like to take this review further and get some compensation. Thank you

good was late and turned up cold. the Turkish meat wrap wasn’t nice and tasted like old meat. the chips was cold and the meat tacos was burnt. all they offered me was £6 back although i paid 15

The pizza tasted dry and lacked flavour, we didn't even finish it. The cheese in the stuff crust needs to be Mozzarella and less cheddar like. The pizza needs more sauce. The chicken was also dry and not very spicy. Everything was just dry. Feel like I've wasted £30. Store bought pizza is better, very disappointed.

Said they called and waited for 30 minutes. No calls were made. I called the restaurant and they said it's my problem and to message justeat. I checked the number on the delivery and it was correct. Very rude

Unfortunately the 20" pizza we ordered was well overdone. If it was my shop personally I wouldn't have sent it out to the customer and started again. Such a shame because I know it would have been amazing if it wasn't burnt. I'll try again and give them another chance.

I ordered a tandoori chicken 9” pizza and they sent me half of the pizza, attaching pic with this review. I ordered Diet Coke n they sent me regular coke. The food came after 1hr and 27mins of ordering. Tried to ring the takeaway but no reply. Would never order from here again.

Our food has not been delivered. We’ve waited over a hour. It’s now saying enjoy your food which we don’t have and have no to speak to about this.

up from 3 stars to 5, they have improved i had no issues since the last few times i went. the food always nice only sometimes the chicken donner is abit tough or over cooked or just reheated. the mix donner burger is my goto, the pizza is nice also. decent price and this only place i go to in cov. the staff are great too friendly.
