Auntie Anne's in Coventry

Been there 3 times now, absolutely love it. The food is good and the atmosphere as a whole is nice. Highly recommend it

This has happened a few times now but it’s getting beyond a joke. Unable to provide 2 plain salted pretzels despite there being 40 whole minutes until the stand was due to close. Completely unacceptable and pathetic. Not happy at all.

The pretzels were delicious but we were served by quite a rude person. The salted pretzel we asked for was lying on part of a pretzel with meat on it but they wouldn’t change it for another since myself and my friend are both vegetarian and prefer not to eat food that has touched meat. Overall it was ok but could’ve been better.

The mini pretzel dogs were absolutely disgusting the sausage undercooked and the bun burnt how does that even make sense and on top of that oil residue everywhere. Ew

Wanted to ask what the items were as they did look and smell so good but the ladys response was too quiet and incoherent, everytime she spoke. Eventually it was too much effort so i jus gave up and went elsewhere

The food is completely over priced, almost £8 pounds for a hot drink and a hotdog. This is west orchard not Selfridges

I order here everyday 5 times a week, I have multiple coffees or hot chocolates and breakfast 3-4 days a week. I spend £10/12 pounds a day here daily, usually I get 10%off as I work local and come very often. However I won’t be coming anymore or spending any money with you and neither will my colleagues “as we have been receiving too many discounts”. The greed, most mornings we are your only customers. Well no longer. You’d rather lose a tenner a day then allow someone to save a pound. Also the front of not telling us in person but passing the message along to staff. Sincerely your neighbour

Picked up a Too Good To Go bag from this store, delicious pretzels and friendly service. Would visit again!

Lady with short hair , on the counter was so rude , it’s horrible how can you treat your customers rudely without any reason

They serve an old pretzel that’s made don’t know when and got hard sitting, need to atleast have an analysis of till when it’s softer. They don’t make fresher ones even when you ask for.

I went to Auntie Anne's in Chicago and loved it. The branch in Coventry didn't disappoint, the food and coffee were delicious. I went back and got the same great service and delicious food.. definitely recommend.

Burned food solid rock food ,rude staff

The food we had was hard, chewy, non eadabile and cold. It felt like it had been under the heat lamp all day.

Ordered 4 cheese dogs and all was not cooked properly. Absolutely disgusting

Took one bite and had to throw the pretzel in the bin because it was so stale and hard, disgusting!! Waste of £4!! Can’t believe they have the audacity to sell food of that quality, really disappointed - 14/03/22

Ordered through too good to go. I had ordered two bags. I told this to the lady serving but she only gave me one even though I paid for two. Food was nice but not received what I had paid for.

Had a blonde (couldn't get your name) but must say, you the greatest. She was alone but had to serve many people, during the time there wasn't anything such as the mini hotdogs or the cheese pretzels available at the time. She had to make them fresh while serving other customers Pretzel was fresh what can I say it was delicious

Staff are very rude and never have a smile, prices are ridiculous and food sometimes cold, Should be decent food not taste cheap

I miss Auntie Annes pretzels in quarantine. They are SO good. Any type of pretzel just is outstanding.

I had wanted to try out Auntie Anne's for a while and was excited that there was one located in Coventry. To start with the positives, the staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the location was nice (although quite busy as in the middle of the shopping centre). Unfortunately that was all the positives, the food itself was very underwhelming as the vanilla pretzel I had selected tasted fine but, as though it had been sitting around on a hot plate for some time as it had a slight "stale bread" texture. The actual flavour of the pretzel was quite tasty though. As usual I opted for a hot chocolate but this was equally disappointing. The hot chocolate wasn't bad by any means, but there was some sort of extra ingredient in there that I just can't out my finger on and unfortunately it ruined it for me (and it wouldnt be winning any beauty competitions either). Even though the texture was nice and velvety, it was a meh overall. Price wise, the total was £5.70, which wasn't worth it in my opinion. In future, I may have to give it another go and try the slushie and cinammon pretzel, but alas, overall I would recommend choosing Mr pretzel instead as their pretzels have always tasted amazingly soft and fresh.

Auntie Anne's is ok the food is a little too stodgy for me, though the flavours are great. If you like stodgy then it's going to be a hit for you. .

Always happy and friendly staff here. Often giving out samples as well. Food quality is excellent it's the best AAs I've been to. If they had more offers this would be 5 stars

The food is alright but way to pricey one pretzel is 3.15 which i honestly think is bad the only reason I’ve rated it one star is due to the terrible customer service me and my friend took a free sample and after coming down from the 4th floor went to get another one the lady must’ve recognized us or something or i dont know but she looked at us and turned around and gave free samples to the other people we just waited next us and we could see her looking at us in the corner of her eye and ignoring us- it was extremely rude and she could’ve said sorry u can only have one instead of embarassing us - 1 star you guys need to work on the behavior of your employees.

Always fresh baked and handing out samples if you want to give it a try. Can do a no dairy original option.
