Sweet Flamingo in Arun

Lots of flavours. Huge scoops. Lots of different cones. Happened to have a sunny day so after some chips we came across this place and sat in the sunshine outside. Recommend

The desserts are absolutely fantastic, as is the coffee and tea, but it’s let down by the rude staff. We felt very unwelcome here.

Having been very disappointed at another ice cream parlour we chose this place, we hace a very large group and they all found a flavour (or two) they loved, it was too windy and cold outside so we dined in. They service was good there was plenty of variety and the prices were fair. I would recommend this as a good stop,

Fantastic waffles and ice cream and stand out coffee. This is a must visit when in Bognor Regis. Will definitely return next time we are in the area. Not good for the waist line, but who cares. Excellent all round. Only thing to mention, there didn't appear to be any sundaes or waffles that included cookie dough ice cream, but they would probably do this if asked, very friendly chap serving.👍

Wow , what a find , very friendly staff , what a choice - so many amazing deserts and milkshakes. We had various amazing knicker bocker glories , banana splits etc - so delicious and so tasty Highly recommended and cant wait to go back.

We visited here for an ice cream on a sunny day in January. My partner had honeycomb flavour and I tried the mince pie flavour. The ice creams were delicious and big servings. Nice place serving waffles and sundaes as well.

A friend and I visited for a coffee whilst waiting for our taxi , My friend said the ice cream he had was amazing however the double espresso I ordered was bitter and tepid with no La creme at all and at a whopping £3.75 making it more expensive than any London train station , when I Politely mentioned to the guy behind the counter the coffee was tepid he simply said " what do you want me to do about it and shrugged his shoulders and turned his back. When returning I will go elsewhere.

I wouldn’t waste your time visiting. Super rude man serving. Shop brought cakes, Ice cream is ok but nothing special enough to have to endure the customer service. Made to feel like your a massive hassle by simply ordering ice cream!

Cracking ice-cream with very friendly service, hope people respect the use of their tables outside whilst watching the kids in the fountains

Very rude man. Had all the tables and chairs, plus boards out, which indicated they were open. However when I went into shop to order, was very abruptly told not open. Appreciate if a place not open, but the way it was said was very rude. Won’t bother to go back in there, plenty of other places to buy coffees and cakes in Bognor!

We received a lovely welcome when we entered the Sweet Flamingo. Our aim was to have an ice cream and we were not disappointed. There was a lovely display of different ice creams and all looked scrummy. Choosing which one to have was very hard decision to make and we settled for 2 scoops of rich, smooth different flavour ice cream. We sat inside the Sweet Flamingo to consume the heaven in a tub, which was a total pleasure as it was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Can't wait for the next visit and try more flavours

Went in the other day & were made most welcome. I had a very indulgent piece of cake, while my other half had two very generous scoops of gelato. All first class.

Excellent choice of sundaes and other desserts. We had 2 fantastic malteaser sundaes and there was a good amount of ice cream and sweets. Friendly gent behind the counter who bought out a bowl of water for the hounds which was much appreciated

Delicious array of gelato ice cream flavours to tickle the taste buds for all ages! Actually you could be mistaken you were in Italy not Bognor! Fantastic service, the lady serving was lovey and the gentleman making the ice creams was jolly and extremely knowledgeable! You could also hear him in the background happily singing away.. The ice cream here is of the highest quality. An excellent range of flavours all homemade on site. Stuart the owner was very welcoming and offered great service. I highly recommend sweet flamingo for all the family.

Wonderful ice-creams, all made on site. There’s a huge choice, including some really very good dairy free options (which is unusual in many places!). We only tried the ice cream but they also serve brownies cakes and other delicious looking goodies. Would highly recommend!

Sweet Flamingo is definitely the best gelato shop in Bognor and the surrounding areas. Their Sundaes are to die for. I treated myself to a strawberry sundae and was in heaven. Weather warm and able to sit and enjoy my treat on the beach. Yes, I have commented before and visited many times since my last comment. Never been disappointed so commented again.

“Brown Derby” ice cream/donut dessert-donut was very stale (days old). Cold chewy and bland. Bounty ice cream-definitely not “bounty”. Artificial coconut flavour, soapy. Hugely disappointing.

Went here as a casual date for ice cream. Loads of flavours to chose from and very generous portions (would definitely recommend the honeycomb one!). It was only £2.50 for a waffle cone and one (very large) scoop and the staff were all very friendly....
