Nice pizzas but massively over priced

Wanted a delivery, after 2.5 hours and three phone calls, I said I’d collect it. Went in and they lied to us about our order, they delivered it to the wrong address and blamed us say we got our address wrong, erm we know where we live. Foods ok, just the staff are challenging to the extreme.

Went their just as they were cleaning up and closing and still let me order food

We ordered via the app and I had accidentally ordered to the wrong store. Kieran was able to resolve my accident really quickly and we had our order within 15 minutes! Very kind and very helpful and I really appreciate his help

Domino's pizza is the best pizza

Pizza was good but, I think it was a bit expensive.

We ordered on Saturday night, the order was wrong upon delivery 1 of the pizzas was wrong so hysband had to wait for his dinner while we all ate. we had to call them and they agreed to send it ASAP. . We then realised that they had given use 2 garlic breads instead of some cookies. So when we called back, they said OK we will send them as well. They called back to say we had to give the garlic bread back to the driver. So after messing up the order they have the cheek to ask us to give food back during a covid 19 pandemic. Crazy!

We ordered 2 pizzas. They arrived really quickly and were still really hot when they arrived. absolutely delicious.

Relying on these during the lockdown. Unfortunately the couldn't careless attitude of the staff and the 'company policy' that did not match the dominos Bridport 'company policy'. Ok onions on pizza, that could have triggered an allergic reaction on one night and way too much sickly sweet BBQ sauce, and lacking in the other toppings. Switching to papaohns in littlehampton.

Service as expected has been phenomenal. However, the pizza whilst they tasted great, unfortunately the next day, we had come down unusually ill - stomach problems - despite everything in the world at the moment, it isn’t related. Fortunately I’m very well travelled and had different upset stomachs around the world but haven’t had one like this in a long time. I’m not pin pointing this at dominos nor am I going to make a claim, just think it’s odd considering the measures of health and safety they comply with and cannot workout anything but this that myself and my mother had the same (dominos but different pizza) and have the same symptoms, 3* for the service and reliability and the lady in the store who was great, not higher due to not knowing why we’re not well the next day. Won’t be put me off trying again though!

Took 2 hours for an order of two chicken dippers, a hot dip and sprite to arrive (something that is obviously premade and only needs reheating). Finally arrived with the wrong size and type of drink and no dip. The chicken was cold as well. Useless

Hmmm, bit disappointed if I'm honest. I usually like a Domino's but my Pepperoni Passion was very lacklustre last night. Not sure why exactly, perhaps not enough tomato sauce? It certainly was a bit short on pepperoni.

Picked up buy one get one free 18.11.19 rustington young lady who served us was very friendly. It was ready when they said it would be. No problems

I think you need to look at your advertising regarding buy one get one free I just bought pizza for £10 large pizza then I asked the person who was serving me can I have buy one get one free then he wanted to charge me £20 this is not buy one get one free false advertising so 2 you get this right because it's false advertising I won't be using Domino's Pizza again thank you I await your response

Used this place a couple of times, soggy pizzas appear to be the norm, last time I felt sick after eating one. Best off getting one from Waitrose next door and heating it up yourself.

We have used them for over a year with no complaints. That luck has now ended. The last 4 orders have been incorrect/missing items. The food arrives lukewarm at best. We had to complain recently and was given a £10 off code. So against our better judgement we rang and placed an order. We were told it would be 40 mins, this was due to their drivers having to cover the Goring area too. An hour and 25 mins later I called to be told they have lots of delivery’s and were sorry for the delay. Then the food arrived. It was barely warm and the toppings were not satisfactory. A regular customer has been lost this evening. This store used to be great, now it’s a joke. Don’t bother wasting your money and time here.

Ordered a large pizza and got a small worst store ever!

Absolutely appalling, couldn’t organise a p*** up in a brewery. Order took nearly 2 hours, was wrong 3 times and absolutely clueless on the phone when I finally got through. Complete and utter shambles. Never again. Avoid avoid avoid.

Honestly so disappointed with dominos in rustington.. every order I have had from there has been wrong,I have had a lot of delivery problems but I kept giving them the benefit of the dout and kept hoping it’s just a one off.. but now I ordered last night and everyone who ate it now has food poisoning,I really really really DO NOT RECOMMEND

Visited on Saturday night on the spur of the moment. When we entered the place, the staff were shouting, and deriding junior members of staff, so sounded more like a kindergarten than somewhere to eat. We placed our order, but had to repeat it 3 times yes 3 times as the person taking the order said she couldn’t remember what we wanted. From the time of placing our order to collection was 30 minutes. If you must eat an already cooked pizza, phone and ask for delivery.

This store is outstanding! I have never had a bad order and the deals are great, 2 pizzas for 20 pounds. Sure I could buy them in a supermarket but dominos make their pizzas with love and they always taste amazing. Pluss a great thing is that they are local so it only takes about a 15 minute walk there and back or just 15 minues waiting for it to be delivered. I highly recommend this dominos it’s just so good.

Needs closing down avoid at all cost go to wick or goring one

Honestly the worst run store in the local area, no clue, no management. Arrive before it's ready, watch it go green for ready, watch it disappear, wait another 10 mins for them to hand over the items that you've been watching sat there getting cold all that time. Head to Goring or Littlehampton if you want edible food.

Came here on Saturday night ordered a pizza waited normal time 15/20 mins, a lady comes over and says "your pizza will be ready in 2 mins" I say " ok thank you" 30 seconds later a man said oh I've just been told there's no pepperoni! They let me sit there for 20 mins and then they tell me that! Hardly even apologies service is a joke! I ask for a refund and walk out I was fuming more the fact I didn't get my pizza and wasted my time! Won't be going back any time soon!

Quick bite on way home. Service was ok, had to wait around 15 minutes for pizza which was fine as was freshly cooked. Would have been nice if they advised how long my order would take. Pizza was hot and delicious. Restaurant is very clean and has a few tables in case you wanted to eat in.

Service was very slow and they kept us waiting about half an hour. They gave us the complete wrong pizzas in the end too!

Visited branch, ordered, waited and took back to hotel to eat. Sicilan pizza and garlic bread. Clean store with helpful happy staff. Order quickly processed a good quality Dominos.

Ordered in store, stayed and ready in 15 minutes. Took advantage of a great offer so fairly cheap too. Tasted like all Dominos do.

Delivered quick but literally ruin every single order, everytime i have ordered they always get it wrong. Strongly advise anyone who is ordering from them do so through paypal. and claim the money back when they inevitable screw it up.

Wrong order received twice (in one night), I only complained as I hadn't had a BBQ stuffed crust correctly received since the store opened and had had enough. Asked for them to collect pizza but they refused. I was promised a refund, chased after a week was told they couldn't agree refunds... was promised a call back the next day but never got one. Chased again to be refused a refund. You did not deliver MY order, this is a breach of the CCA act and further to that the customer service is abhorrent, no attempt to listen to calls or rectify the outright lies, no attempt to be legally compliant, not an ounce of remorse and refusal to escalate higher.

Worst dominos ever took 3 delivery to get the order right cold waited 2.5 hours to deliver burnt from now on I'll call the littlehampton one
