Swanage Pizza & Burgers in Purbeck

Staff are extremely friendly amazing customer service 10/10. Would 100% recommend, delivery drivers are fantastic. Beats every other takeaway in swanage by far.

Ordered online and when the pizza arrived it had toppings missing. When we called to inform the staff we were basically called liars and staff were rude and unprofessional. After telling them we would leave a negative review they agreed to replace the pizza in 15 mins (after initially rudely telling us it would take an hour and a half). Sadly, the food overall was disappointing and we do not recommend ordering from them. We understand they may be short staffed, overworked, super busy etc. and anyone can make a mistake and miss a topping, however you do not insinuate your customer is lying and you do not be rude and dismissive. Customer service training would be useful...

Had a very tasty chicken and chorizo pizza all ready in 10 mins with some cheesy chips will use them again not a bad price either

I had the macaroni cheese and the vegetarian pizza once each in May & the vegetarian pizza twice in June. The staff here are always jolly and friendly and you can either get pizzas delivered or buy in person at the hatch. Usually only have to wait about ten minutes or so at the hatch. Pizzas are always piping hot with plenty of toppings & you can get additional toppings for a bit more money. Still the best readily available pizzas in Swanage. There are also good pizzas available from the shop side hatch at the Ulwell Road campsite but only on Friday & Saturday between 1800 & 1915.

Unexpectedly good pizzas, kids and adults very happy! Plus delivery for a small charge to save tired legs.

Had a great pizza here on the 24th April, Mark was really helpful and has a really good sense of humor and we had a great laugh.

First time we ordered from here it was extremely disappointing and quite embarrassing for them. Basic and bland. But have ordered again a couple of times since and it’s improved massively and would gladly order again. Great pizza, lovely cheese, Fresh toppings, good base and always friendly delivery. Downside is it can take two and a half hours some days for local delivery. Probably a good sign it’s to busy but would be nice to know the estimated delivery time Before ordering. Would highly recommend using if in town.

I visited Swanage Pizza & Burgers a couple of times in August. Ordered the macaroni cheese once and the vegetarian pizza once. The vegetarian pizza is still the best one I have found in Swanage so far. I think the macaroni cheese had bacon sprinkled on top this time but I was ravenous so I gobbled it up anyway. Friendly staff and efficient service. Recommended.

One of, if not the tastiest pizza I’ve ever had! Fantastic variety of Food choices (not just pizzas & burgers). Also a fantastic price on everything in an ideal spot. Only downside was that the service was a bit slow, however the pizza made up for it!

Our first time ordering pizza delivery in Swanage (we live here!) and we weren't disappointed. Everything arrived piping hot and fresh. Fabulous toppings on a nice stone baked type base. My son says: "These really are the best pizzas in Swanage compared to all the ones I have tried." We wanted them to be special as we were celebrating son's college results and they were delicious. Can highly recommend. Nice chips and wedges too. Thank you.

Honestly the loveliest people, food was lush and the price for a sea side town was a steal couldnt fault them! Accidentally forgot something on the order and bought it up straight away! I had the vegetarian pizza earlier this month while on another holiday in Swanage. Best place to get a pizza from I have found so far in Swanage. I tried to order the macaroni cheese this time but they did not have enough staff available to make it. I have had the macaroni cheese there in June on a previous holiday and it was very good. Another restaurant in Swanage called Deja Brew make an even better macaroni cheese but sadly I think they might have closed down permanently.

Had pizza delivery from here numerous times over the covid period. Really tasty pizzas, great wedges as sides and delivery for £2. Very good and will continue to order from them as the whole family loves them. Great value as well.
