This is a classic Chinese takeaway, exactly what you need on a Friday night. The Chinese curry is a new favourite, the crispy chilli beef is great and the chicken wings we had for the first time were super. A tasty classic British Chinese takeaway!

After new management took over they tarted the place up, put their prices right up, and customer service has gone right down with constant silly mistakes. I ordered food for myself and my family. For myself I ordered egg fried rice and beef in blackbean. I asked them to put NO CHILLI, but instead they put so much chilli it burned my mouth and took out my favourite part - the green peppers. As a result I got half a tub of main meal, and enough rice to feed the whole family. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called to give them a chance to fix it on the next occasion. I said if they sorted it next time I wouldn't leave them a poor review. A few days later we called and I ordered the same again. They said they'll do the beef in blackbean for free but charging for the rice. Seeing as I didn't eat more than a few mouthfuls of the last meal and the rice went to waste, I dind this insulting, so here is my review. Hope it is worth £3.80 (ridiculous price for rice) for this review. Great job at alienating soneone who spent money with the previous owners on a weekly basis. I won't be returning. I am now sat in my car waiting for the Golden Jade round the corner who were 30% cheaper and actually have better food. Do yourself a favour an aboid The Swan Chinese. It's not what it used to be. Its just a money grab now wirh no customer swrvice at all.

Myself and family ordered yesterday from our favourite chinese shop it’s now under new management the food was disgraceful, first thing all portions are a lot smaller I could handle that but they have change the quantity for very cheap poor quality to make max profit for example..... the seafood rice have replaced the lovely prawn balls for crab sticks and only 2 crabsticks you can buy 10 crabsticks in a shop for £1 and other things has been changed too and the ribs were cheaply cut and horrible the duck chow mein recipe has been changed I could go on but you get the idea, I’m never buying for this chinese again. 😡😡😡

This used to be a great take away place with good food. A few months the ownership has changed and now the food is not very good anymore and it is completely overpriced. Previously I was able to get a dinner with rice for £5 to £7 on average all included (main and side) now I had to pay for the same £10.50. It is now impossible to just get a small portion of rice. I had to order a full size rice dish to go with my main course. I have tried them 3 times now. Last night was the last time. I will certainly not return there again.

Passing by, the płace looks like a storage room for unwanted toys, bikes etc, uninviting and dirty. Food ok, cheap and generally corresponds with the feel of the place. Wish they would spend some money to bring the premises to the 21st century and remove the clutter. Makes one wonder what is the state of the kitchen.

Great little place that we use when we’re working. The duck spring rolls are seriously good and I don’t know where they get their fresh green chillies but they are out of hand!!! Avoid the chicken satay starter though. “Got to love the Swan”.

The Swan has been open for years and years. It is a very no-frills cash-only place - what you see is what you get - but it is constantly busy. This is because the food is amazing! Lavish portions, beautifully cooked, always the best of fresh ingredients, so much choice, such great pricing. I have never known them to skimp on content. They don't mind a student coming in for one portion of chow mein, or a large banquet order - everyone is treated with a polite welcome and a fast turnaround. Family run (expect the odd baby or child playing football) and the jewel in Isleworth's crown - try it. You'll keep going back.

Exactly what you remember to be a Chinese takeaway to be and sometimes that is all you want. However, they do cook fantastic CHIPS! I think it must be something to do with the oil they use but they beat local fish and chip shops hands down.

Este solía ser mi favorito chino, pero he encontrado el último pedido pocos decepcionante. Arroz frito especial con nada mucho, salsa de ostras y más parecía aguadas y mangetout brotes de bambú que los langostinos del plato principal. También pedimos botones más que me dieron cuando ordene. . . . No es bueno. Se buscan alternativas en el futuro.

great places bad prices. if you have the money i would recommend you go also i love the owner and her baby it is so cute.

Great service, great food, highly recomemded... The price is good and well worth travelling the extra few miles to get such a great meal.

We quite often get our Chinese takeaway from Swan as it's our local. The food is good and there is plenty of choice. Also prices are reasonable!

A nice local take away. Nothing too special but it has its place. The staff are friendly but the place itself has seen better days.

Lovely food friendly staff really good price lunch 4.50 or £5 with a good choice would recommend they open between 12 and 2 for lunch so it's quiet a small window unlike most that open until 3

We ordered a few dishes for ourselves as we had a quiet night in. Food is always delicious from here, the meal deals are also good and staff are willing to adjust the dishes to suit your tastes

Cheap and cheerful and great food every time! We go here regularly, have tried a number of the dishes and they're all very tasty! And excellent value.

This place has been here forever! And every time we order we get fast service and yummy food. I have used this takeaway for 5 years now and always get nice food.

The most disgusting Chinese I've ever eaten! The chop suey was rank. The chow mien tasted like dirty oil, the chilli beef was very vinegary. The only edible thing was the pancake roll. Would not recommend and will never eat here again. Awful.

Another of my lunch time haunts. Going at least once a week. Food is very nice and good value for money and manager very courteous and friendly. Definitely recommended.

I am using this takeaway for the last eight years and it is always good and the quality is constantly high. The service is always friendly and the customer recognition fantastic.The portion size is good, the food is always fresh and customers can always add special requests.Not only is it nicely located on my way home from the train sation but as the quality is perfect I will always come back here.

Never had a bad meal from the Swan in 22years of service. Plesent family run restaurant, always plesent and portions are great, always piping hot and good quality meats, fish and vegetables used. Also they are happy to adapt any orders to your personal choices. Well worth a try if you havent previously.

Without doubt the rudest service I've ever come across, to the point that I think I've wronged the 'lady' behind the counter in another life! 1st chance, 2nd chance, never again. Bad food, worse service! Just don't!

This Chinese take away has been open for must be 20 years or more.With a few improvements such as delivery service, upgrade on menu, cuisine and preparation it could be excellent..!!That said it provides a comprehensive typical Chinese menu at reasonable prices.I would like Thai dishes added to the menu.
