Recently started going in here. Fantastic. Beautiful cold strongbow. Fabulous atmosphere. Friendly staff and customers. Also known as Bob. This pub has the most friendly staff. I have a lot of health problems they are only too happy to bring my drink to the table. Excellent coverage of sports on different screens throughout pub

This pub is terrible,everyone in there is doing drugs,off there heads of drugs not a nice place if you jusg want to go have a drink and chill,if u want to be a druggy perfect place

I've never felt more welcome in a pub than I did here. Was over from Ireland to see friends. Got talking to the owner Stephen and was telling him that I drink carling at home and that we don't have it on tap. He came back to me a while later and gave me a carling glass so I could have my drink at home In it 🤣 and a Guinness hat. He is a gentleman. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Band was great and the pints even better 🙈 brilliant atmosphere. Will 100% return the next time I am over.

Excellent customer service from all staff, specially from Rob, many variety of drinks, safe and peaceful environment for customers and their families. 10 star pub. Food, service, music, D.J , amusement facilities like pool tables, vending machines, I'm rating this pub 10 stars. People of all colours, races and genders etc, Are most welcomed at the Swan pub. The only true local left in erdington.

The time I visited it was quite full, so had to sit down the bottom by the pool table, unfortunately it had a strong smell of cannabis wafting around, think it was coming from the exit doorway where a small group were gathered outside....the cliental mainly consisted of builder types who looked like they'd just finished work n was avin a few after graft.....little bit rough round the edges but nice honest high street boozer😉😉👍🏻

Impromptu visit to the Swan when shopping on Tuesday. Very friendly staff. Wouldn't call it a family pub.The manager was helpful and patient whilst I decided on on my drink. Cheap and cheerful.

Quite a nice place, reasonable prices and the staff are friendly.

Reality hit as we walked in on a 70th birthday party ,what a night staff are amazing people were great invited us to join them made to feel so very welcome toilets were clean will be back this week

This is a really good pub, but unfortunately the aircon hasn’t been working for ages. It gets too hot this time of year especially when it’s crowded. It’s not fair to staff and customers and really needs to be sorted before the regulars go elsewhere. Come on Stonegate, sort it out!

Went Swan for first time. Was met by Charlotte the barmaid who was brilliant. She was very friendly helpful and polite. Beer was a very good price and was great. Would definitely return to the Swan as its a great little pub

Visited the swan recently which had a friendly atmosphere. The staff were also very welcoming Helen was very polite and friendly and very efficient and Sophie was very bubbly and had good banter.
