I went to Sutton fish & chip shop on the evening of the 04/01/2023 and ordered patty peas, chips. I asked them if the chips were hot, they replied yes, when I received them they was warm. To my annoyance the owner quoted that the reason they was warm was because I took longer in applying salt and vinegar to my meal. I asked for a fresh batch of chips to be put in, he then refused to serve me and handing me my money back, embarrassing me in the process. I then drove to Sue downs fish & chip shop which is just around the corner where I received great service and receiving an enjoyable red hot meal in which was all I wanted in the first place.

It is always a pleasure to come here and buy a high quality good value fish and chips tea. The staff are excellent in every way and make every customer feel special. And there is no problem with cash only as there is a cash machine close by.

saville streetAs always we had a great time in this lgbt friendly cafe bar. Friendly chatty staff fun atmosphere (there's often a drag act on or dj) and most of the prices are cheaper than weatherspoons.

193 Cottingham RoadWent here on Valentine's day, incredibly vibrant and cozy atmosphere and very kind staff! I was impressed by the wide range of food they had on their menu, especially the meat share platter as seen in the photo, really well cooked food and some of the most delicious beef I've ever eaten before. Quiz nights are also really fun and well organised. Sports are also on TV here
