Went here with my family and had the most amazing food and service. The food was excellent. The sushi was fresh, presented well and plentiful. The cooked food was made to perfection. The service was amazing and it was very easy to get the attention of staff when needed. The staff was very attentive overall. A big shout out to the manager Alan, he done an amazing job in making sure we were happy with our orders. He has an excellent customer service and knows how to keep his customers happy. My family will definitely return and even my son wants to come back to have his birthday dinner here.

Daughter treated me for Mother’s Day, we weren’t disappointed, it was a buffet served to you. You tick 6 items at a time which is freshly cooked and served to your table. The food was amazing. Only issue were had to wait to be asked for drinks, as got forgotten. The welcome into the restaurant wasn’t great. But definitely go again great food great price

Awful food . The worst gyoza and tempura we’ve ever had , sent it back as so greasy . Sushi was warm . My chicken katsu curry was not pleasant. Husbands Ramen bowl had fat all in the top of the broth . Toilets were dirty . Would definitely not go back here or recommend either . If we had of known this restaurant had a zero hygiene rating we wouldn’t have walked through the door.

The food was delicious, while here we had a mixture of sushi dishes as well as enjoying the Korean style bbq. All of it was wonderful. The only thing that let it down was the speed of service. This may be down to the time we visited or that being a larger group, we were sat a little out of the way, however it will in no way stop me from visiting here again.

I recently visited and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory, especially being my dad's birthday. The food was very poor quality. I understand people have different standards or preferences for what they consider to be good food but if people are rating this food as good, they must of have had limited exposure to high-quality cuisine and, as a result, are more accepting of lower quality food! The lights kept going out and was sitting in the pitch dark quite a few times - this is in Essex, not Palestine. I hope this feedback can be used to make improvements to the overall experience for future customers. On a positive, the staff were lovely people.

Ok value for the buffet but too much rice! Doesn't feel like authentic sushi. Service was friendly enough however can be slow considering it wasn't awfully busy at the time.

Quick bite for lunch so didn’t fancy the all you can eat option. Watched people around us eating vast amounts and clearly getting value. Ours was average and it is quite clear the value here is in quantity rather than quality, it is an all you can eat that has a standard menu not the other way round. The food is OK.

Absolutely shocking sushi makes tesco packet sushi look excellent. Old dry starchy rice and that’s about it hardly any filling. Hot meals where really greasy and bland. Service was shocking had to go up to ask for drinks and had to ask for ginger and wasabi no one asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything and waited 40mins to clear table and get bill only 3 other tables where occupied, staff where just talking to each other and they expect you to pay a 10% service fee on top of over priced food. Manager did not care and tried charging my 8 year old adult price after I expressed my feelings, joke!

During July 50% off food menu attracted us visiting, from Sunday to Thursday only. Place was simple decorated but lacked of cleanliness, order was simple as we all knew what’s to have! Average portions for our Korean BBQ and sometimes confused who ordered as they put altogether in one plate. Quality is also average cos they only charge half price, maybe better quality if you ordered from a la carte menu. Overall is acceptable but service can also an issue if place get filled up.

Our first visit, they have 2 menus; a la carte and all you can eat. Both were explained and we didn’t wait long to order drinks or food at any point. All of the food was amazing, we especially enjoyed the gyoza and noodles. But it was all good. If you want to book the Korean bbq, book early as the tables get booked up. We booked too late for this but the annoying thing was that the group didn’t turn up so we could have had that. Not the restaurants fault at all but this is the second time we have been to restaurants recently where this has happened so I do wish people would have the decency to phone up and cancel

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday at 5pm, two of the wines we ordered were out of stock. The gavi we then ended up having to order from lack of chice left wasn't very nice, so avoid that. The food was really really great... The worst part for us was the music, for a Japanese sushi bar they have the wrong play list that doest suit the ambiance of the restaurant. Each to their own with music choices but defo not from us!!! A few little changes could make a massive difference! We eat out alot at various restaurants and bars... the music has ruined the general vibe in the restaurant, something you should look into.

Arrived for a 5pm booking on a Sunday for 2 people. Only two other tables at this time in the restaurant. Sat by a lady who then went on to work behind the bar for the evening, however she explained how the all you could eat sushi worked and left us to decide on our first order. After about 15/20 minutes out first order was taken including drinks order by a server who looked like he would rather be dead than working. Nonetheless the food arrived as and when is was made/ready and was amazing, delicious food. It took about 15/20 minutes again for our order to be taken the second time by the same server however no replenishment of drinks was offered. The second server who was working came a by a few minutes later and offered drinks. Once again the food came out as and when it was ready and was excellent again. By this time I believe we were one of seven tables in the restaurant.the was a loud table of six who seemed to dominate the second servers attention and for the most part the first server stood the opposite end of the bar seemingly avoiding any tables. We had our third order waiting and required further drinks however after 25 minutes every other table had been seen to and we were completely ignored. At this point we decided to leave and went to the bar to request to pay so we could leave. We explained that the service was poor and the lady behind the bar became upset and explained this was and ongoing issue over the weekend. We were offered no kind of resolution and paid and left wanting for more. As good as the food was I don't think we will be returning any time soon a I hope the 10% gratuity that was added to the bill finds its way to the chef's as they are the ones who deserve it.

The sushi rolls were nice but filled with so much rice. Greasy tempura (made my friend sick) and service awful. We were over charged by £60 so make sure to read the bill properly. Also charging £5 for a small takeout box. Won’t be returning.
