Great food and value for money. We had the bottomless option as a family of 6. Most of the food was delicious . Edamame needed more time cooking and the grilled stick chicken was not so nice but all the other dishes were grab. Very friendly and attentive staff

I was there with my wife and my baby son and we love this place. Bottomless brunch menu great choices. The food was so delicious, amazing cocktails we had Lychee Martini and Skull Island. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I want to thank Henry who looked after us. Can't wait to go there again 😁

Attention : RESTAURANT AND HEAD OFFICE IS A SCAM !!! Firstly our bill was £205 for 5 adults and 2 kids but we have to leave the restaurant halfway through our meal as the ordering app was broken down and they cannot process the ordered food , the manager on shift HENRY assured that the head officer will send the voucher for the same so we can come back and enjoy or dinner as a family so we paid the whole amount of £205.48 which included service charge as well . It’s been 2 days since our visit today 11/08/23 we got a voucher of £20 please check the photos . If anyone has issues on the day of visit please sort it out then and there , the head office don’t care once the customer leaves the restaurant.

My daughter was keen to eat here. I warned her that some of the online reviews weren't positive but I was really pleased with the whole experience. Service was very polite and kind. Food came swiftly and was good. I'm not a sushi expert so I can't comment on purity etc but I've had enough sushi in my time to say that it was very pleasant and certainly did the job. We had the 'bottomless' menu and I walked out extremely satisfied. I would certainly go back.

We have been getting takeaway from this restaurant for years. It closed for a refurb and after it re-opened I placed an order online. I paid online. My order went through I was given confirmation it would be ready for collection at 8pm. When my wife arrived to pick up they said they had not received the order. They would not accept we had placed the order. I then had to go round with the email to show the order and the payment. The manager was rude and aggressive. He threatened to call the police and refused to apologise saying it wasnt his fault. Eventually he reluctantly gave me my money back. Appalling.

awful service, putting plates down on the table as if they were doing us a favor. waiter was ignorant and did not care about costumer service. food was horrible as we ordered "all you can eat for two", first dish had a ROCK in the rice and the other one had a big fish spine in the sashimi. when confronted about it, they just made excuses saying that it is how it is. when asking the manager he said the same thing but apologised for our misfortune. tho i don't call this misfortune, i call it being lazy and serving food that isn’t clean. fried oyster tasted really bad, i don't think it was fresh. we were disgusted and couldn’t bother to order or eat any of their food. so we decided to leave (after being there for 15min or so). THEY CHARGED US £31. for "all you can eat", but the only things we ate were DISGUSTING. i felt scammed, by the audacity to charge us for that food. i ate there many times before and it never went this badly. but i'm never going back there ever again. such shame.

My friend and I planned lunch, which was quite a challenge because I'm a vegetarian and she's pregnant, so she's very picky now. We went to Sushimania because she loves their Wakame seaweed salad. I was not very pleased that they do not have a physical menu there, but you have to order through an application. After we ordered, the food was prepared very quickly. We were alone in the restaurant, but the staff was not very interested in us. I was really thirsty there. We ordered the Horenso no goma, which I really didn't like although I like spinach a lot. The pumpkin croquettes were okay. I loved the vegetable gyoza, that was perfect. Usually I love a vegetable spring rolls but I didn't like it there. The Sushimania salad and Yaki soba stir fried with vegetables were tasty. My friend enjoyed the vegetarian garden roll uramaki and seaweed salad.

Me and my partner just came out for dinner at Golders Green branch. Service is appalling, rude even. There is no fresh taste to the food, ordered California roll which in the menu says includes prawns but couldn’t see it on the plate. Asked the manager to take it back straight away. 15 min waiting with every order while the restaurant has 5 tables occupied with customers and still don’t get the waiting. Food is taste-less. It’s not my first time at this branch and if I can recommend, go to Whetstone, is cheerful, nice ambient, amazing staff and gorgeous food every single time! Don’t waste your money or energy at Golders Green Branch.

We booked for 1.30pm but were running 5 minutes last due to trains. We sat down and were told to order everything using an app, which was very slow and wouldn't connect to the server. So basically it is self service, even though you pay a 10% service charge. After 55 minutes of being sat down and finally getting to order some food on the slow app, the very rude waitress ran over saying "The kitchen closes now (at 2.30pm) if you want to order more you have to order NOW". To which I replied "I'll just have a quick look through the menu". Her response "No, no you have to order NOW". Never once when booking or entering was I told our advertised 1.5 hour timeslot of ordering was actually 55 minutes because the kitchen closed. Our bill came to £51 with service. Which in my opinion doesnt match with the tired interior, terrible service and only being given 2/3 of or designated 1.5 hour time slot. The app style ordering business model is a very bad system as you spend most of the time on your phone trying to make your order, being very rude and disconnecting with the person you are sat with. I go out to a resteraunt to socialise and spend quality time with the other person, not to spend most of my time on my phone. Truely a terrible dining experience. Will never return to any Sushi Mania again and will in future stick to my usual Ai Sushi in Finchley.

I went today to this horrible restaurant in Golders Green with a friend for the All you can eat menu, and I feel embarrassed with myself for eating their food and spending time in this place. The staff just stares at you while you eat and making the overall experience very uncomfortable. The whole restaurant looks dirty and cheap, and the staff is rude, not welcoming and not attentive to the customers. We were only able to order from one phone and all our food came in a shared plate even if they were meant to be one portion for each of us. The food was very low quality, sushi is very questionable and the hot food is deeply fried and full of oil almost inedible. After few hours of being there me and my friend are feeling sick with stomach ache and vomiting. Please don’t make this same mistake as us and stay away from this restaurant!!!!!

The food is as good as ever and a really wide choice and plentiful we were 7 handed as we took the kids out for a meal just as well they were with us because you have to download an app onto your phone which I had left at home to order your dishes which then get delivered to your table and when you finish them you re order on the phone it works and is worth the hassle if you are young and technically inclined but not for wrinklies Much as it grieves us would not go back without young backup although you can get help from the staff

I visited your restaurant Saturday 11 December I attended your restaurant and was asked by your staff to prove that I was exempt which you cannot do it’s breaking the law under the quality is at 2010 you cannot ask for someone’s GDPR and medical history you are breaking the law by doing this and you could be fined up to £9000 so I suggest that you speak to your staff and their approach should be more civil and remember that some disabilities are not visible So to bring a claim of discrimination against yourselves I have within six months, less one day of the discriminatory act. It is therefore extremely important that in these circumstances, I can seek specialist legal advice urgently. I do feel I have suffered from disability discrimination and will seek advice regarding, This so I will contact a specialist solicitors in the discrimination law department. You have seven days to reply to this and change your ways or I will take action against yourselves You can and must not act in this way to people with disabilities and people that cannot wear masks

I attended the Golders Green branch as I had a great experience at their whetstone Branch, however this was not at all a great experience. Never have I felt so uncomfortable being stared at while I ate. I do understand waiting staff must be available to clear plates but surely they can watch from a distance and appear busy and not just gawp from the opposite table. And as soon as the last piece of sushi was lifted it was like a shark descended on to the table. There was no music, or background noise it was eerily silent. In addition, sushi cones were much smaller than from the whetstone branch.. I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend this branch to people.

We have visited the restaurant several times prior to COVID, however the primary reason for me writing this review upon my return on 1 August 2020 was the various measures the restaurant has put in place regarding hygiene/social distancing. For example, all ordering is done via a convenient personalised mobile app - I was very surprised to see they had moved to such a sophisticated ordering system. In addition, all soy, wasabi and garlic are now provided in packets upon arrival. The staff were courteous as usual, and the unchanged all you can eat menu for £19 remains of great value. Was very impressed by the overall measures taken place - thank you

I been with some of my friend to this sushi restaurant It will be my first and last visit. We took All you can eat, the price was quite balance for London area but the quality of the food was minimal. 1) Sushi itself was quite bad not very fresh and the rice was sticky and gummy like 2) A thing that shocked me was the fact they didn’t gave us the proper soy sauce bottle but just sachets not only that but even ginger was in sachets, surely I didn’t expect that from a restaurant. 3) i went to the bathroom during my stay. It was very dirty, floor was sticky and ceiling with cobwebs and spiders 🕷🕸 4 The wait between an the first order and the second one was too long expecially because you only have 1h and 45min before they kick you out. If I have to say something positive about this place is just the quality of the hot food that they do is a bit higher than average. My final opinion is: there A LOT of better place in London where you can have fresh Sushi. Final score 4/10

I just left few minutes ago but I had to write down this review cause I've never been treated like this:(golders green branch) I came with my partner and I friend to celebrate my 24th Birthday. They kept saying the kitchen would close at 22.30, we understood that and we placed our last order around 22.15. We were still eating 29 minutes before closing and I saw the waiter giving the bill to any of the tables in there, I was shocked cause all the waiters were looking at us waiting to leave and I felt to embarrassed and not comfortable at all. I just wanted to eat a piece of my BIRTHDAY CAKE, it would take not even 10 minutes but when I was biting it(was about 10 minutes before closing) a waitress came to us saying 'paying cash or car?' I didn't even finish to eat and we paid (WAS 23.01) I felt they were kicking us out. I said to the MANAGER that I wound not come again cause was the worst service ever and he just 'bye bye'. I was littery SHOCKED cause was my birthday dinner!!I WILL NEVER COME AGAIN!I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Top all you can eat sushi place that I know, I dont think you can argue with the quality of the sushi on offer, a great selection.App doesnt always work which is annoying but staff then provide you with a paper menu. It's a busy place and there maybe isnt enough staff.Love the sushi here no complains about food or waiting times.

Booked a family lunch for my wifes birthday treat. Was for 1.30 at Edgware Outlet. Called the restaurant as we were getting late. Someone answered and said no problem. Made it at around 1.40 and was told we were late... informed that we had called and informed. Was left waiting for about 10 mins for a table. Then about 5 minutes later when we asked for a menu we were told you are too late and cannot order for the eat all you want menu (which we had booked) as it was too late. I've never had a worse experience in a restaurant than this one. The service is terrible and the food is not fresh and not hygienic. We have been suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea since our meal. Cuando llegó el momento del pago, expliqué que no deseamos pagar el cargo por el servicio, ya que el servicio recibido era deficiente, ya que tuvimos que esperar demasiado tiempo para obtener nuestra comida. ¡Su respuesta fue muy agresiva, gritaba haciendo que todos los que estaban alrededor se sintieran muy incómodos! Dijo que no tenemos que venir aquí en absoluto. También que no nos servirá la próxima vez! Le expliqué que, como cliente, tengo derecho a no pagar el cargo por el servicio si no siento que el servicio fuera al menos de categoría, lo que en este caso no fue. ¡En la parte superior del personal incompetente y el servicio tardío, uno de los camareros comenzó a limpiar las mesas junto a nosotros y rociando los químicos que iban directamente sobre nuestros platos! ¿Dónde está la salud y la seguridad? ! booked a table for 12 as it was my friends 22nd showed up and they said we booked a table for 4. asked us if we wanted to sit on two separate tables. finally sorted it by just pushing two tables together. when ordering food and drink it took to us having to ask them 3 times to order and they kept forgetting drinks and food items that we still got charged for. when the waitress brought over the food we kept asking what it was and she would reply with I don't know? this happened for every dish she brought over. all staff where so slow and confused have no idea how they where even hired in the first place. food was ok but very overpriced not happy with having to pay a service charge when we had to do everything our selves. will never go back again.

Fui con unos amigos a cenar y estábamos llenos como nadie de negocios. El servicio era amable y eficiente, todo era como un reloj. Aunque sí, era un buffet, la comida era sin duda abundante, nunca llegamos a la tercera ronda, y tuvimos que cancelar la mitad de la segunda, considerando que llegamos hambrientos. Todo era fresco, sabroso y bien presentado. El ambiente era relajado, no estaba ocupado en absoluto, por lo que no había presión ni nada. Definitivamente regresaría pronto:)

Been toa few of these now and this seems to be the only one I've seen that does all you can eat. Pretty good for £16.80. I took full advantage of the offer and the quality of the food is perfection from appearence to taste. 10 out of 10

Made the most of their lunchtime offer came for a quick bite had some tempura and the tuna donburi which was really tasty. They brought it out within 10 minutes of ordering which is pretty good and i did say i was pushed for time.

Saw the promotion on facebook and the food looked so good. Everything tasted great looked as it did in the pictures. the restaurant is simple its not too fancy but immaculately presented.

my friends & i went for a birthday meal (this wasn’t our first time) to avail of their “bottomless menu” but was met with the worse treatment we have ever experienced in a restaurant ... we followed the instruction of “max. 6 items at a time per page” rule of this particular promotion ... when we were about to finish the food on our table, we ordered for the next 6 items so there won’t be a gap with out orders ... mind you, there were 4 hungry persons digging into tapas like serving portions ... when we gave our next orders, a person named nampreet (?) who we later learned to be the acting manager of the night approached our table and asked if we have received all our orders because we have already sent 2 sets of orders in the 20 minutes we were there ... seriously ??? ... they were promoting “bottomless menu” and to keep track of what we were ordering (and actually eating ang not wasting food) was a disgusting show of zero customer service knowledge ! ... she further continued that our orders were blocking the orders of the other customer ... again, seriously ??? ... if sushi mania could not cope with the order demands of the customers, should you be doing a “bottomless menu” ... we felt she put our orders on hold as it took a good 20 minutes before any more food came to our table (at this point, there was not a single food on our table !!! ... this nampreet (?) also implied that we will be wasting food ! ... like i mentioned earlier, this was not our first time in sushi mania and our previous visits have always been pleasant ... AS LONG AS THIS PERSON IS EMPLOYED, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE .. she gives this restaurant a bad reputation ... a poor front of house choice ... it may just be 4 of us never returning to this branch but i have to let everyone thinking of going there to look out for this person and request for someone else to deal with you or your group !

If you want to wait an extra hour after the delivery time for your food to arrive, this is the place for you. I ordered from them at 7:30pm and they are about 10mins away. Delivery time was 8:40pm. Still nothing at 8:45, so I called the restaurant. The woman tells me the driver is on his way. She will call him to find out where he is and call me back.

Whetstone branch. The service was appalling. 15 mins before we were even brought menus and then there was a menu missing. 45 mins before we got our first course. The place was reasonably busy but not very. Gormless half asleep waiting staff. It all was taking so long that I had to leave and come back halfway through the meal to catch the supermarket before it closed. After being in the place for a total of 2hrs and 20 minutes I gave up waiting for the table to be cleared and for the bill to be brought by one of the no less than seven waiters and waitresses and went up to the till myself. I asked for the usual (dishonest) supposedly “optional” service charge to be taken off the bill but this meant the manager had to be summoned. He asked why I wanted it removed and when I told him that I object to the practice of automatically adding such “gratuities” to bills because having to complain to have such charges removed means it stops being a gratuity and simply becomes an extra and unjustified charge, his answer was that lots of other restaurants do it as if this suddenly makes what amounts to a mild scam acceptable conduct. When I told him that in any case, the service was also very poor, he didn’t even reply and just walked off.

Came here for dinner on a Sunday night and it was very busy. Really noisy and it didn't quieten down until about 10pm. Sushi is ok and we had the all you can eat menu which comes to around £37 a couple Inc service. Great if you are starving but you tend to over eat as there is a threat to charge you full price if any food is left. I don't think it's a pleasurable experience dining this way so will not rush back. All the servers were polite.

En realidad, la comida es buena, no es la mejor del mundo, pero se está bien, pero el servicio es terrible. I visited Sushi Mania with my partner and we were both super excited to check out their food (and the menu has brilliant choice). The food was incredible and came out at a good time (the waiters kindly topped up our waters) and were overall very friendly and efficient.

Not sure where to start, but I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The place was three quarters empty so we asked to sit at a quiet table (away from a large loud group) and the manager said no as that table was ‘reserved.’ By the time we left, the table was still empty. It took twenty minutes to get a simple miso soup and the food was poor quality. The sushi wasn’t fresh (at least it didn’t taste fresh) and all our favorite traditional rolls (such as volcano roll for example) you had to pay extra for! Almost half of the menu had additional charges on top of the flat rate for all you can eat. I’m fairly certain it wasn’t authentic sashimi either and some other cheap fish alternative. We had to follow up for our drinks (water and tea) and keep checking items that they seemed to forget. To top it off, the television on display is broken with half the screen blurred. Very disappointing!

Sentí que debo decir lo excelente que es este restaurante. Voy allí con bastante regularidad para el almuerzo y nunca me decepciona. Las cajas Bento tienen muy buena relación calidad-precio, vienen con una buena sopa Miso, ensalada y arroz, y también vale la pena probar las especiales diarias, que son muy generosas. Este ha sido nuestro restaurante de lácteos kosher favorito en Londres. Tomamos el viaje subterráneo durante 40 minutos para llegar hasta allí y encontramos el restaurante cerrado. We followed friends' recommendations to come for the Bottomless Menu and came on a Saturday for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and selection of food on the menu. The rules of ordering were a little bit complicated at the beginning, but after one round of ordering, it all became clear. The e-ordering was efficient. The food was very tasty and fresh, comparable with most other west-end Japanese restaurants in London. We tried most items on the menu and were satisfied. The experience was positive, and the dining was good value for money for both big and small eaters. I would recommend it.
