I loved the fooood! I tried their butter chicken and it truly has the taste from Delhi which I can hardly find in London. The service and packaging was also really good, so highly recommend it!

Tried the biriyani and burnt aubergine curry, both exceeded our expectations. Simply delicious. Special thanks for the beer

We have been eating from Oki for probably a year now ( mostly delivery to be honest) and I can honestly say I am impressed! The value for money, the portions and most importantly the freshness of all the ingredients! I recently ordered from another local place with raving reviews but it was horrific so I am unsure why the lower overall rating and I hope those are old negative reviews and they have re branded since but I have nothing but amazing things to say for the food! We ordered different things from them and they are always amazing! Honestly dont hesitate to taste them ! I made the effort to find where I can review them properly rather than Deliveroo so must tell you something! :)

Awful curry delivered. Butter chicken sauce was far too sweet and the chicken over cooked. Lamb curry was bland and watery - we're not sure the meat was even lamb. One to avoid.

I am a regular customer of Oki in Wimbledon and have no complaints about food . However, the customer service is awful . Last time I was there , had to wait for 40 mins for my food which I had no complaints about as I ordered 4 udon noodles to go but after waiting that long , my orders was completely wrong . Then I had to wait for another 30 mins to get my right order. Today, I went there for lunch . The lady at desk asked me if I want to eat in or take away . I said eating in , then she gave me food without lid . Upon asking for the lid and plastic bag as I noticed that there was no empty sits for eating in, she was swearing in her language saying this girl said she wants to eat in and is asking for a bag and lid . As I speak the same native language, I understood and confronted her . I was shocked to hear the word she said .Such people shouldn’t be allowed to work if she don’t want to serve the customer .However , this experience has left me very upset and I won’t be going back to this place again . I couldn’t enjoy my lunch after this incident.

The food at this place is delicious and made with love - the restaurant is clearly run the same way! The naan bread is to die for too!

It is great for Asian cuisine. Amazing Kashmiri chicken wings. Tandoori chicken was great too, juicy and tender. Lamb curry was a bit sweet but my 6 year old kid loved it. Can't rate the service or the atmosphere as always did online order. Must try dishes I would definitely say Kashmiri wings and dhaba dal the authentic taste and flavor. Would love to try the other dishes like aloo chaat, paneer Tikka, Chana masala.

We had a good time. The Pina colada is one of the best in town. The waitress fixed my meal which I found to be over salted which was greatly appreciated. We will visit again

Don’t understand some of the negative reviews about this restaurant. Yes, service wasn’t 5 star but it was good, what really blew my mind is food. One of the best and fresh chicken Katsu curries I have had in a very long time & veg spring rolls were amazing…. 5 stars from me 😊👍.

Finalllyyyy a decent Indian takeaway I got in Mill Hill. I order from most Indian takeaways in Mill Hill and they all tailored their menu too much for western pallet however Chachaji was very authentic and deliciiooouuussss

Ordered for the first time and surprisingly delicious. We ordered the palak paneer and dhaba dal and it was yummy with literally no oil, the right amount of spice and not at all greasy - unlike most Indian takeaways. Would love to try more of their dishes.

Ordered takeout from here last night and it was delicious! I had the butter paneer which was so yummy and my partner at the lamb dish which he enjoyed and had a lot of meat in which you don’t always get with curries. The potato side dish and the naans were delicious aswell. Will definitely be returning!!

My family ordered from here on deliveroo- the saag paneer was our favourite but honestly everything was good, and the prices are very reasonable! We got two complementary bottles of peroni and green chilli chutney with our order too!

I recently ordered food from Chachaji and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. Ordering online was very easy and the food arrived on time, still hot and delicious. The menu had a great selection of dishes, and everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. The portions were generous, and the food was well-presented. We particularly enjoyed the Paneer Butter Masala which was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of spices. It's clear that they take pride in what they do and go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

It was my first takeaway from Chachaji and the food was very tasty with just the right amount of spice. I ordered the chicken and vegetable biriyani, butter chicken and aloo bhaji. The butter chicken was amazing and the raita was like no other raita I had tasted before. Definitely recommended and will order from them again.

Fantastic experience and incredible flavours . We ordered the chicken biryani and old Delhi butter chicken - so delicious! So pleased to have this take away in the area as been searching for a decent Indian take away for a while now. I can safely say as a proud West Midlander (and trust me we know our curries), this is the place to order from!

Unfortunately, I found it very disappointing. I had the lamb curry and the sauce was watery (literally - see photo) and bland. They only do plain boiled basmati (no pilau), which again was bland - I can do better at home. The spinach in the sag aloo was creamed to oblivion - no texture. I was looking forward to some North Indian flavours, but they didn't materialise.

At last a decent authentic Indian restaurant in mill hill! Food was so good that I finished it wanting more! Onion Bhajis on point! Only problem is it’s opposite where I live so I’ll be going there a lot!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a vegetable biryani and I must say that it is one of the best Biryani I have tasted in London. Portion size is generous and food is super tasty.

Amazing food, so great to finally have such a broad menu Indian take away in Mill Hill, with loads of vegetarian options. Food is just as tasty as at Baw (one of my faves), service is quick and portions are huge. Never been a fan of aubergine but their dish is delicious. The paneer and 5 lentil dhal was excellent and rotis were the best I have ever had! Really good value for money, would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering Chachaji’s again!

We had our first takeaway from Chachajis last week, rice, dhal, aubergine curry, paneer curry and rotis, the food was superb, well spiced, tasty and I would definitely recommend and cant wait to try other vegetarian options. Given our amazing experiences at BAW restaurant in Mill Hill this is going to be a roaring success also, well done guys.

We bought Teriyaki salmon bento.. my son’s favourite. Salmon was a little over cooked.. thus dry. But Bento size was plenty and enjoyable.

AWFUL! wish I had read these reviews instead of trusting deliveroos 4.7 star rating. How is this place in business? Awful food.

Meal was lukewarm. Added to the weather, meal was cold in no time. Service: Not allowed to enter pin - forced to do contactless. Had to ask for receipt. Preferential treatment for cash customers -opposite of new norm due to the CoronaVirus. Should have declined order at that point. Not offered ANYTHING to eat with. Had to ask, then given a fork - never offered chopsticks (preferred). Asked for a napkin. Told they were out of Napkins, offered blue roll. After eating and assembling bowl/fork/chilli and blue roll - placed on serving bench. Yelled after by another employee, ‘We told you before - no trash’ - BECAUSE OF THE CORONA VIRUS”. Left and returned to say * you NEVER TOLD ME anything! * paid full price * Not offered anything to eat with * No napkin * PUT A BIN OUT HERE - not that it matters as most do not clear their rubbish anyway. BUT WILL WRITE WHAT I DIDN’T say: IF YOU ARE SO WORRIED ABOUT THE CORONAVIRUS - why are NONE OF YOU masked ? They could EASILY TRANSMIT THE VIRUS TO HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE by preparing and serving food UNMASKED.

Lockdown Saturday Takeaway. We ordered Salmon Teriyaki and Chicken Bibimbap, the ration of rice, meat and veg was not right, and it tasted like a MASSIVE bowl of plain rice.

We are locals living in the area. Bought 2 lunch boxes today at around 1pm for takeaway and found that there is a plastic embedded in the chicken katsu batter! Thankfully our son didn't eat that bit!

went to the oki in wimbledon with a friend yesterday for the very first time - was disappointed to say the least - unfriendly staff , not enough seating but above all they do not provide any complementary sauces or condiments to go with the food - chilli sauce , soya sauce etc like all other decent eateries ( you must pay for small tubs if you want these ) - first and last time - will not be returning . I will stick to ITSU nearby !!

I went there with my son and my friend and his son for a pre-cinema dinner. We ordered food and some of the dishes were spicy. My friend’s son found the dish to be too spicy. We informed the staff that unfortunately we didn’t realise that the dish was that spicy for the children. Instead of offering to change the dish the staff told us it is written on the menu that the dish was spicy. Whilst I appreciate that it was written on the menu I was disappointed that they argued with us and never offered to change the dish. In my view this is poor customer service for the following reasons: 1/ Staff should be attentive and should remind customers, especially with children about spicy dishes when orders are placed 2/ It does not cost a lot to change a dish but it would cost to lose a customer. However, the food was tasty. Will I go back? Yes, I would. They should take this review as a feedback and not a complaint.

Owner appears to have a very poor management style which obviously affects the overall dining experience for customers (and one presumes the staff)! Please get up to date - Queen Victoria is dead and leisure industry staff are not Helots

I went last week and see bad situation the owner fight with staff and delivery drivers. My order is chicken katsu but is very less food into bow like nothing and more rice. The staff is very rude and ambience is bad. that day i meet with friends but not good place to eat. food expensive and 0 of quality. i recommend kokoro is best food around of wimbledon.

I should had known this place is poor when I saw the oversized NO American Express acceptance image. But they don't even like normal cards. Refused to give me the miso soup with the already very expensive bento box because I used a mastercard.. Then I asked to have steamed dumplings but was given fried. I paid extra £3.30 for my dumplings.. £15 all in all for mediocre lunch without a miso. What on earth are the owners thinking I don't even know. Avoid.

Absolutely tasteless chicken. The oil they use to fry the sides tasted like petrol oil. The miso soups seaweed and tofo tasted off. If you want to avoid feeling sick... Then avoid this place!

The food is appalling. Cold, microwaved, and not even cheap. It used to be a good simple option for Korean in Wimbledon but not after the takeover. In addition the service are terribly terribly rude. Never again.

Lovely reasonably priced food helpful friendly staff I had katsu chicken curry and miso soup lovely . Very clean ,prime location . Didn't try the sushi but the chef was making it fresh as I was there 😁

It is real shame this branch has such variable quality. The only thing consistent is that one miserable waitress who must learn to smile. Unfortunately that kind of service just sours the whole experience, especially when the rest of staff are quite cheerful around you. That waitress must have been trained by Wong Kei school of service.

Awesome local sushi spot in Wimbledon. Probably the best sushi in Wimbledon. Not to expensive either. Staff aren’t very chatty but the sushi is top quality. Chicken curry is also the best I’ve ever had.

Dicen que se tome 45 minutos para conseguir entregado así que colocó el pedido mientras yo estaba en la biblioteca y volví a casa 20 minutos antes de la hora de entrega y esperamos en mi casa. Después el tiempo de entrega que figura en app, recibí una llamada de comer solo call center el restaurante cancelado mi pedido en su propio y no contesta el teléfono cuando llame. Aparentemente, la entrega llegaron 30 minutos temprano, pero ni siquiera me llame que vinieron y no respuesta cuando llame. Me enojaban al principio que se canceló el pedido después me volví a toda prisa a casa 20 minutos antes de la hora de entrega y esperó. Entonces yo era como 'bien yo sólo orden de restaurante diferente'. Pero una hora más tarde, el restaurante me llamó, habló muy grosero y me dijo que la orden de su restaurante si no estoy en casa. Su culpa por no entregar en tiempo y viene en 30 minutos temprano y ni siquiera me llaman. Estoy esperando en casa ya que 20 minutos antes de la hora de entrega. Además, no puedo ni correr la orden si son o no en el camino. Muy GROSERO DE ELLOS por no pedir perdón al cliente por su culpa e incluso me llamó, hablé grosero y me dijo que la orden de ellos si no estoy en casa. Bueno, ESPERÉ EN PERSONAL manera antes del plazo de entrega indicado en app. Si su restaurante y personal manera de actuar que mantener al cliente, estoy bastante seguro de que el restaurante va a perder todos los clientes al final.

Fuimos un viernes por la noche con un par de amigos. Tuve el pollo chilli fideos de soba, que era marcado como "hot" realmente era. El tamaño de la porción era enorme y el té verde que tenía bastante agradable pero es una experiencia memorable. Intenta ser un wagamama, misma muy similares mesas pero la comida no es del mismo nivel.

He estado varias veces a Oki wimbledon y siempre quedo satisfecha con la comida y el servicio. Hoy, sin embargo, era una historia diferente estábamos sentados, tres de nosotros y luego a la izquierda solo menús dado. Entonces la camarera particularmente malhumorado corrió a nuestra mesa y nos informaron que necesita solicitar ahora, ya que la cocina está cerrando. Esto no fue mencionado cuando nos sentamos. We come here often and have the bibibap, chicken Katsu curry, spicy salmon tempura Maki sushi (wish is the best warm sushi I’ve ever had). There portions are really big and the food is super tasty and delicious.

Had the gyoza and the Beef Teriyaki Soba. All I can say positive was the meet was cooked; however, it was tasteless and tough. You get a lot of noodles, but one is too many.

Pedimos un pollo y cerdo don aquí, con altas expectativas, ya que eran asiduos. Sin embargo, cuando los dos tazones de arroz llegaron, nos dejaron el Amargamente decepcionado como estaban empapados en salsa dons que lo hizo más como que un ramen don. El katsu estaba pasada y horrible, pero nos hubiera tragado independientemente porque nos estábamos muriendo y no tuve problemas antes.

Hemos venido aquí a menudo y normalmente disfruta la comida. Hoy probamos dos dons (pollo y cerdo katsus) y eran horribles, ambos estaban bañadas en salsa o sopa de arroz y hacer la miga de todas empapadas.

Fui allí, ya que está frente a la gran cantidad de sabores heladería! Pensé que podría probarlo. Para mí, de una cierta edad los asientos es de mala calidad, bancos de madera muy dura y no es cómodo. La comida estaba bien pero nada como de primera clase, así que vamos a decir de la media.

Aquí pre-teatro llamado el domingo para comer tarde. Recibimos una bienvenida y un servicio razonable fue rápida. Teníamos un calamar pollo chili entrante seguido por katsu curry. Chile era preciosa y el katsu era una porción de buen tamaño y sabrosa. El lugar estaba limpio. Disfrutamos de la comida, y no dudaríamos en elegir para comer hete de nuevo. A un precio razonable.

Oki es un lugar donde puedes encontrar comida asiática. Aunque dicho restaurante japonés, platos de Corea también disponibles. El lugar está limpio, el personal es amable. Es bueno para comenzar para alguien que quiere disfrutar el sabor de Asia.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia esta noche - ¡a los niños les encantó. Sin duda volveremos. Sushi estaba muy bien - gyoza crujientes y el servicio no está mal!

I had high hopes for this place mostly because of the company it keeps in Wimbledon. There are a few other sushi joints in the area that really bring the style and taste game to new heights. Having chosen to visit this one in the hopes they were the best of all I was sorely disappointed with the taste and the value for money is also poor. I won't write them off completely but they had better get in gear quickly or it will only be a matter of time before they're evicted with at least 3 other sushi places that do it better in town. 5/10

Esta noche he visitado con un buen amigo OKI. La camarera era muy profesional y atento. Comida recién preparada y sabrosa. Este es un gran lugar para una cena entre semana. El restaurante no era particularmente ocupado, estaba limpio y acogedor.

Both our beef Teriyaki and king prawn noodles were good. One had more flavour than the other. However the main issue with the prawn dish is that it conteins some chicken which was not advertised.Lucky we are not vegetarian.We cannot say much about service because we ordered for takeaway. Portions are big and filling.

We have been regulars at Oki since their opening. We particularly go there for the bibimbap, which is served in a hot stone. Staff know us by now and often just ask: the ususal? So I can't really agree with all the *unfriendlyness* here.Saying that it is an Asian style fast food restaurant and waitresses and waitors have changed frequently here.The portions are generally on the bigger side. All dishes we tried were fresh and nicely presented.Short: our prefered Asian fast food in that part of town.

Were welcomed to eat a late meal, after being knocked back by other restaurants in the area. It was only 10.30 pm. The service was excellent. The food was lovely and there was plenty of it. Chopsticks provided, but also spoons and forks if wanted. Reasonable value, 3 meals plus drinks was just over £30.

I've been here a few times now and haven't been disappointed. The food is really fresh and flavourful, the portion sizes are good and there's plenty of vegetables in most dishes.So far everything I've tried here has been delicious, I can especially recommend the Oki dishes.The only spot of bother is that their seating isn't very comfortable and the staff is on the slow side. Other than that, it's really great!

We have dined here several times & the food is always great. Good value for what you receive & very tasty. The Chicken Katsu Udon is a favourite of ours. Service is quick & functional rather than friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We went here last night after the cinema. We were mid way through our meal when the staff seated 2 very drunk customers next to us, one of whom was so drunk, he had collapsed at the table, the staff seeing how drunk they were allowed them to order their meal but took their money first, staff could see customers concern but chose to ignore it, until one of them vomitted all over the floor inches from where we were eating, all of us customers were horrified and ruined our meals, these guys wouldn't have been allowed in a pub let alone a restaurant, and all for the sake of £20 or so, you spoiled many people's evenings, shame on you for allowing this to happen, we will never be back

I have visited oki a few times with the same group of friends and we all love the food, although the service is never really good. My friend order a crispy duck don buri (which looked disgusting and not fresh at all. She complained and asked for a new dish which they refused if both would not be paid. Understanding the regulations now I understand that this is not how restaurants should operate. But I am still in shock at the service we received after which was very dismissive.

Have been to this restaurant twice now and have to say that the sushi and the teryaki dishes are lovely.

I emailed the restaurant prior to leaving this review but received no response. My email as follows - I am writing to you prior to reviewing your restaurant on the websites I normally contribute to, in order for you to have an opportunity to respond. We visited your restaurant tonight, our party included my two year old daughter, who is fussy as most toddlers are, and in addition has an egg allergy.We asked the waitress for "plain udon noodles", "with nothing on them" specifically for my toddler, and they said they would ask the chef to see if he could oblige. As an aside, all the adults at the table had checked that what they ordered did not contain either egg or dairy. Along with our starters, instead of the requested plain noodles, we received noodles stir fried with egg, served with chili and spices. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she looked surprised and said she would speak to the chef. An exchange followed between the waitress and chefs with much shaking of heads. I suspected a language barrier might be an issue so I joined the waitress at the kitchen counter and I explained again what I had requested. I was informed by the chef that the noodles I received were plain noodles. I explained as my daughter has egg allergy she could not eat this, and asked again if they could provide plain boiled noodles. I was told at this point I should have explained an allergy was involved while ordering. I replied that was irrelevant as I had ordered plain noodles for a toddler. I asked the chef if he could oblige. Two of the chefs looked at each other and one replied that no, this was their plain noodles, and all they could offer. I asked could they not quickly boil some noodles from the packets they keep in stock. Eyes were rolled to heaven and the same chef said no. I replied that, if they were completely unable to oblige such a simple request, we would have no choice but to leave, as I could not have my hungry toddler sit and watch us eat our food. Only at that point, with bad grace, did they agree to oblige and the noodles were produced. I have never encountered such an appalling attitude and complete lack of allergy awareness before. I would like to stress I do not feel the waitress had any blame in this, beyond not recognising that we were asking for allergen free food. I look forward to your response at your earliest convenience. 

Over priced/ Poor quality of food The only good thing Was the smiley and friendly Brazilian waitress who took our order, unfortunately the Asian girl manager was a bit rude with the girl. We left disappointed as we didn't eat at all the pork ramen miso soup as it was weird and we didn't even received any reduction for it.

Lovely, efficient, honest and no thrills Japanese restaurant. We came with our three kids. Had various things from menu from sushi to cooked chicken curry. All delicious.

We went here for a quick bite before seeing a show at New Wimbledon Theatre. We had about 25 minute wait for Tempura & Seafood Noodle soup so if you are in a hurry, it might be a struggle. The place was busy as they also do take aways. In fairness the Tempura was lovely. It will be a good idea if you look for the set menu promo first as it seems to be good value for money. I just noticed the poster right after we ordered so it was too late for us to change our orders. We were not able to finish the noodle soup as we were running late for the show.

Ordered some sashimi moriawase, maki and gyoza. The fish tasted nice and fresh. Unfortunately the maki came out as uramaki and was very small more like hosomake but had a good flavour. The gyoza was shocking and tasted like frozen gyoza put in a microwave. The decor is nice and service is ok. I am happy to have tried it but it hasn't inspired me to make a return visit. Mediocre :)

Oh dear. The food in London has been improving so much over the past few years. The food revolution totally missed this place. The waitresses are passive aggressive, the say hello and goodbye, this is because they have been forced to do so. I had a sushi set. Don't bother. The salmon rolls are served with very soft seaweed suggesting they are not fresh. I finished my main and starter long before my partners main arrived. We ordered gyoza, we were expecting a steamed delight. No so. We were served old fried ones. This was not stated on the menu. My parter orders chilli seafood ramen. It was served with frozen seafood and spaghetti!! No kidding is swear! Please don't go to this place to eat. Cook at home. Go to Mc Donald's. Go on a diet. Anything please don't waste ur money here. You have been warned :)

We always go there for lunch. My children aged 12, 16 and 18 loved the Beef teriyaki and salmon teriyaki Bento there. Good portion and reasonable priced. Friendly service and prompt.

This is more a review addressed to the owners rather than to potential clients looking for advise. My purpose is to ring a bell on how huge this people could be if only they invested in their clients in a more strategic way. The food in this place is amazing. Clean, fresh and tasty. I found the place by accident one night back from Canada right after new years eve where few places where open in London. I became a regular going any day any time for the last 5 months getting one of their famous loyalty cards :). Best sushi ever!Today a big group arrived and I was literally kicked out as the table I was using was needed. I would have not minded to move or even leave if the situation would have been shared with me. I was very disappointed for the treatment considering my unconditional loyalty with their business. When talking with the manager it was argued that my consumption was not interesting if compared to the amount of people that where replacing me in that table. Agreed. They have won a random big sale today but have also lost a loyal client who have sent a number of people there who have liked it to different degrees. Yes madame, more than 20!I am in the evaluation industry and could not help to print a review to hopefully make them reflect and exploit better their business. Truly disappointing...Cheers

I have been there a few times. The food is okay. Had the the Singapore rice vermicelli on the 02/05- average. Have definitely had better. My husband had the chicken Katsu curry. The Katsu curry was very watery and lacked flavour In future I will stick to the soup noodles which taste better and nicer. Overall, the food is average, quite pricey.

Great find.We had the gyoza and ebi katsu. Chicken katsu curry and chilli king prawn noodles. Reasonably priced, great portions and great staff. Service and food was on point. Definitely will be back. So much cheaper than wagamama and tastier. Shame they don't deliver to areas other than Wimbledon.

Staff asked our 2 year old who was being as good as gold to stop banging spoon on table. He must have done it twice. Spoilt our meal.

I have visited OKI a number of times and have always been impressed. The inside is very simple, wooden tables and benches and a basic laminated menu, nothing fancy. Which is great for OKI as here it's all about the food ! There is quite a large menu range , I personally always go for the sushi options.really reasonable prices and great portion sizes and quality. So so yummy ! OKI are always consistent in the quality of food, I would recommend trying some of their hot sushi also ! I often go here with friends who have now made it a favourite also. The service is good, nothing to rave about but they are all happy to take your order and deliver the food quickly which is all you need when the food is so good.

Anytime We want a quick sushi trip.. We go there.. So yummy and decorated with love.. Always quick with service and easy access in Wimbledon..

I've been there twice and never disappointed. Sushi are quite pricey but there are fresh and tasty and look authentic. I didn't try the rest of their menu yet. The staff is efficient and friendly. As a sushi lover, I'd rather pay a little more at Oki although you have cheaper options in Wimbledon. You won't have to wait too long to get your order ready which is great.

I ordered Chilli King Prawn Yaki Soba after a loooong wait of about 20 minutes I was brought my meal which contained king prawns, BEEF and CHICKEN. As a vegetarian but ok with seafood I was gobsmacked. The menu says Chilli King Prawn Yaki Soba, which I assumed was a prawn dish. I pointed this out and the waitress took the dish away and then I had to wait another 10 minutes. You would assume that I would get a fresh dish, but all they did was take the meat out, I know this because there was still meat in the dish that they missed - which I only noticed at the bottom after eating most of it - so obviously far too late to complain again and as a vegetarian I felt disgusted and also felt cheated that they were not professional enough to know that they should cook the meal again and not trick me into eating other food that has been cooked with meat.

The food is bad and worst presentation.The service is even worse, wrong order is taken, and food is coming half, terrible long time to wait , finally food is not exact as it in the menu....Ask the owner to explain , he express that how they are, ...Definitely will not go x

We have been visiting OKI since it first opened. For various reasons, its been obvious from day 1 that there is a serious disagreement between the management and servers on tips. We visited last Sunday and without a doubt have never experienced such rude, obnoxious and pathetic service at any eating establishment ever! The food is just about ok but in Wimbledon, one has plenty of better choices. Where do I begin:1. We waited for about 10 minutes to be seated when there were tables available and no one else ahead of us waiting. 2. They completely forgot to put in one persons order. There were only 4 of us including one child- not a very large group by any standard.3. My wife asked for some additional sauce that accompanies her dish. Our server (the lady who is medium build, extremely fair, does not wear glasses, medium hair length, tied back) looked at her as if she had asked for the moon! It was going to be 50p extra. Not a problem, we want the sauce! She then proceeds to explain that it's not good for her as it has too much salt! (When the bill is later presented, we are charged for 3 portions of the sauce and not the one extra)4. Someone on our table asked for a glass of water (because obviously they didn't bother giving us all water). The response from same server was that they can't serve any more tap water because they have run out of cups. Plenty of other types of glasses but not the ones they serve water in. Fair enough....there were glasses placed on the shelf about 3 minutes later but no sign of water. 5. We almost finished our meal and hadn't even asked for the bill and the same server literally flung the bill on our table. The question of politely asking us for dessert or coffee or anything doesn't even arise. 6. After the bill was presented, the server comes running over to graciously inform us that they made a mistake and that for parties of 5 or more (we were 4 adults and one child, but fine, never mind!) they charge a 10% 'optional service charge' and not 12.5% as had been printed on our bill. The words 'optional service charge' clearly printed. We all were in agreement that we did not think we received any sort of decent service so paid just the bill in exact change. After the server counted the cash and while we were getting out coats on, she began an argument with my wife on why we hadn't left the service charge. We explained the situation. According to her the service charge is not optional! The icing on the cake was her screaming - "don't come back here again, we have you recorded on CCTV."I would never ever go back even if the last comment wasn't made. Feel free to go back if u enjoy cringeworthy service and embarrassment!

Went as a part of 4 yesterday. Told the waitress upfront we only had half an hour and to her credit she said that was fine. 40 minutes later only half our food had arrived. Frustrated called a waitress over and was told the kitchen had "forgotten" about half our order. We ended up having 2 of our party go to a show hungry without eating. Appalling service.
