We used to love wagammam but recently we realised very poor service and zero quality of food, staff are rude and careless. I ordered the steak teriyaki soba, the steak was awful, I couldn't chew it, noodles was tastless too. I raised a complaint to the manager, but he ignored it, and he said I will pass your comment to our chief. Never return there anymore

Service was good, kind employees, but the food was lacking taste. Everything was bland and the provided soy sauce could not change that. The other comments were right, the soup dish was watered down, the katsu plate was quite large but with little on it and the little plates were a bit boring taste wise.. unfortunately, because in other restaurants of this branch we had only good experiences. ...and what the hell happened to the pork belly? Guys please😅 that was the most stereotypical british thing ever. The ambience was quite good for London standards.

After months, we were there for lunch. Food was excellent , portion was good, noodles was good too but chicken and prowns came with food was just not cold. Duck dumplings were not worthy at all as it over defried and tasteless. Atmosphere, service and open cooking kitchen were awesome to appreciate.

Terrible service on arrival. I waited 35 mins to be served, and still my order was not taken. I called for the waiter and he didn't acknowledge us. It was very loud and the kitchen staff where very noisy as well. Absolutely appalled with the slow service considering it wasn't even busy. We ended up leaving as we got fed up.

No se trataba solo de un gran servicio o comida deliciosa, aunque había un montón de ambos. Se trataba de la forma en que el equipo trabajaba en conjunto, alimentándose del entusiasmo de los demás por hacer que cada momento contara. After having our meal and paying the bill ( in cash , my friend and I left and as we were on the escalator, a member if staff started shouting to us . When I asked " what?" , he called out that we hadn't paid our bill. So we want back to the restaurant and I showed the man who had shouted , the member of staff we had given the money to. The man we had given the money to said " sorry , its okay , it's all done " and he had the receipt. No one apologised for embarrassing both myself and my friend outside while we were on the escalator in front of all the other shoppers . This is the 2nd time in a few months that wagamama staff , have seemed to have no manners or customer service skills ( the other occasion was the hampstead branch which I have not used since) . May I suggest that some training is undertaken at Brent Cross so that staff taking cash , make sure they put the money straight into the till !! Also , they make sure if people have , or have not paid , before embarrassing the customers!! Some kind if ' apology ' would have been nice too!

The broth in the chicken ramen at this location tasted different to other Wagamama’s, it tasted very watered down and not as rich as I’ve previously had so this was a bit of a let down. Nevertheless, the pork belly ramen was great. Service today was average but this may have been due to it being a busy Saturday.

I have never been a fan of wagamamas.....l don't think there is any atmosphere there and l have been to a few.I never find the staff particularly friendly they are very"mechanical"and don't have much of a friendly attitude. I only go there if its to treat someone who really likes it there it would never be my personal choice. I did like the new salad menu and at last could eat something l likes as it was usually just the chicken ramen soup! I think all in all very overpriced and the portions are not great....You really have to be a Wagamama nerd to really enjoy it there....This was Brent Cross Wagamamas....

I recently had a meal at Wagamama in Brent Cross and wanted to share my experience. The staff were absolutely lovely - friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The food itself was fresh and delicious, just what I expect from Wagamama. There was a minor hiccup when my first drink glass had an unpleasant odor. However, the staff were very quick to address this and replaced the glass with no fuss. Overall, a very positive experience despite the small issue.

This is ideal for a relatively quick wholesome meal and if properly seated with comfortable backing chairs which this venue has . Our waiter provided us with a sample of what was supposed to be a hot currie sauce which was milder than expected and produced a nice chicken curry Other dishes provided were fresh and tasty Excellent service getting on the pricy side but isn’t everything but nevertheless packed

Well it didn't start well took a while after being seated to get asked abiut drinks. Eventually we did drinks and food at the same time after sitting waiting for a while. One dish arrived the other didn't. For about 10 minutes before I asked to just cancel the dish. My partner was upset and didn't want to eat without me. Kath the manager intervened and basically made it impossible to turn down the offer the rectify our experience. If this chain had members of staff with the managers customer service this place would have got 5 stars

Avoid if crowded. I usually love wagamama taste but this time my experience was bad. It took a long time ~45 mins for my order to arrive, even when people who came after me and ordered a similar dish got theirs and even finished, while I was just waiting. I found the taste subpar this time, or maybe it was just my frustration. Wi-fi was also not working so I had to spend more time calling servers to pay the bill. Gonna avoid this place for now.

Very unfortunate situation with this branch… I’m a long term Wagamama fan… and although had a few hit and miss experiences at this particular branch in the past nothing compares to the complete and utter failure of the front of restaurant experience today… difficult to know where to start but waiting for even an acknowledgment of existence while waiting with family for 15mins to ask for a table, to waiting for an eternity to place an order, to waiting almost 15 mins while my food sitting on the chef ledge to be given to me despite multiple requests, to getting all drinks after finishing the meal, to having most adjacent tables uncleared for almost our entire meal… there were plenty of staff.. and although busy… not super busy… food was as usual good though… only saving grace… the people sitting next to us had chop sticks literally thrown at them by the waiter after they asked further the second or third time…. Complete and utter failure of leadership at the front… looking around completely unclear if there was even a manager working …. Real real real shame

We have been to many Wagamamas and have always had an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, our visit to the Brent Cross location began with a 20 minute wait to be served. No-one even looked in our direction until we called a server over to take our order. Then we waited for an hour for our food to arrive, which, when it finally did reach the table, was not exactly what we had ordered. We spoke to the manager Daria who went above and beyond to sort out the problem. Daria listened to our complaint and provided excellent customer service. Daria truly turned what had started out as a frustrating, unsatisfactory experience into a very pleasant one because she took time to appreciate us as customers and managed the issue with respectable professionalism. Daria is an exceptional credit to Wagamama and is the reason we are leaving a 5* review. Thank you Daria.

Food is good but when you pay £8.50 for a glass of juice you expect to seat some where nice not like you have strangers touching you because the tables are like in McDonald or kfc We order drinks starters starters main Geas what First you get the main then the starter then the drinks and when the bill comes nearly £80 for 2 people really they should be more organised I know they going to say that’s how it works because of this and because of that but for £40 ahead you can eat at top restaurants in London and have you own table and definitely you get the drinks first them starters then mains.

This will be the last time that I visit Wagamama Brent Cross. While staff were polite, drinks and food were left for a long time on the counter, till they made it to the table. I watched as staff walked aimlessly past the drinks, one girl even looked at a ticket on the tray and walked off without delivering the drinks to the table. My food was stone cold; when I notified the guy as I paid my bill, he did not say a word or make any eye contact. Do better team.

They ran out of noodles. I don’t even know what the point is in going to this Wagamama, sitting on an uncomfortable bench like I’m in secondary school, having to sit so close to people you don’t even know and being told they don’t even have noodles. You would be better of going to your local Chinese restaurant (the price for a plate would be roughly the same as well) and the service is appalling.

I came here with friends today. We were served really quickly as it wasn't busy when we arrived. I ordered a Katsu Curry and I am really disappointed in the poor quality of the chicken served and the price they are charging for it. Only I was stuck for time I would have complained. The chicken didn't taste like chicken and was really firm. Are you now serving customers poor quality chicken to make more profit ? I won't come back.

Este ha sido nuestro restaurante de lácteos kosher favorito en Londres. Tomamos el viaje subterráneo durante 40 minutos para llegar hasta allí y encontramos el restaurante cerrado. Le preguntamos a alguien en una tienda de al lado y nos dijeron que habían salido del negocio hace aproximadamente un mes. Habíamos estado viniendo a este restaurante en la ubicación anterior durante muchos años.

Mi experiencia en este restaurante fue diabólica. Experimenté un racismo claro como la luz del día hacia mí y mi familia. Fuimos a comer a este restaurante porque lo vimos en línea llegamos con tres adultos y uno para su viejo. Mientras íbamos a pedir la olla caliente para los tres adultos y pedir una comida separada para el niño nos dijeron que todos en la mesa tapetes pedir la olla caliente. Le expliqué que el niño no come carne u otras cosas en la olla caliente, así que iba a pedir su comida por separado que me dijeron que el gerente dijo que esto no es posible. Luego le pedí al gerente que viniera y le explicara que el niño no come ninguna de estas cosas en el menú de la olla caliente. Luego dijo que lo hará esta vez, pero si ve al bebé comiendo nuestra comida, nos cobrará por el hotpot de bebés. Luego miré otra mesa que creo que es asiática y vi a dos niños con sus comidas separadas y a los padres con el hotpot, sin problemas a la llegada. Luego le pregunté a la gerente por qué la otra mesa nunca tuvo problemas para pedir comidas separadas para sus hijos, y ella explicó que son habituales en el restaurante. Esto me hizo sentir como si fuera discriminada racialmente y hizo que los miembros de mi familia se sintieran tan incómodos que decidimos dejar el restaurante. No recomiendo esto como persona de color
