Food is terrible. Burnt. Service was fine.

Service was good, kind employees, but the food was lacking taste. Everything was bland and the provided soy sauce could not change that. The other comments were right, the soup dish was watered down, the katsu plate was quite large but with little on it and the little plates were a bit boring taste wise.. unfortunately, because in other restaurants of this branch we had only good experiences. ...and what the hell happened to the pork belly? Guys please😅 that was the most stereotypical british thing ever. The ambience was quite good for London standards.

After months, we were there for lunch. Food was excellent , portion was good, noodles was good too but chicken and prowns came with food was just not cold. Duck dumplings were not worthy at all as it over defried and tasteless. Atmosphere, service and open cooking kitchen were awesome to appreciate.

Taylor has been amazing! Great customer service, and personality. Definitely made the atmosphere worth coming back.

I had the pleasure of visiting wagamama. I met the manager, Michael, who was expertly leading the team that evening. It felt like a nirvana of continuous perfection – everything was seamless, from the warm welcome to the impeccable timing of the service.

Terrible service on arrival. I waited 35 mins to be served, and still my order was not taken. I called for the waiter and he didn't acknowledge us. It was very loud and the kitchen staff where very noisy as well. Absolutely appalled with the slow service considering it wasn't even busy. We ended up leaving as we got fed up.

I’m incredibly grateful for a wonderful evening at Wagamama. From start to finish, I can't help but give a big thanks to Michael and the entire team for making my visit truly special. They’ve set the bar sky-high, and it was an evening that left me buzzing with energy and excitement, and there’s no other feeling like it! It wasn’t just about great service or delicious food – though there was plenty of both. It was about the way the team worked together, feeding off each other’s enthusiasm to making every single moment count. A special thanks goes to the manager, Michael, who truly deserves all the recognition. He is holding the team to the highest standards. It radiates throughout the entire place, and it lingers with you long after you’ve left.

Brilliant place to dine for everyone. Lovely set menus for kids so no wasting. Wide variety of sumptuous culinary dishes taking into consideration dietary requirements. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and food is served fresh and hot.

Just received an incredible service from one of the managers, Daria. It was so great that I had to pause shopping just to jump on here and write this review. Daria was extremely professional and made our experience delightful. Congratulations Wagamama on recruiting Daria, she is an asset to the company. We will both be back.

Food was pretty basic, nothing special. Service was slow, chaotic.

I ordered tofu fire cracker. It was disappointing. The food was cold and looked like old tofu and rice were used. The peas were chewy and old red chillies ( see on the photo). Not fresh. Waste of money! Will not be ordering again.

I cannot thank Daria (the manager) enough she was very attentive, after a small hiccup with our order, Daria stepped in and swiftly put things right, I would definitely revisit the restaurant because Daria ensured that we had a good customer experience.

Not able to order as most of waiters standing ,talking between them , and table does not exist to do the order online .

The restaurant has had a refurb since I last came, and there are booths alongside one wall - great if you want some privacy. Food was good, and worth the wait (everything is cooked to order)

After having our meal and paying the bill ( in cash , my friend and I left and as we were on the escalator, a member if staff started shouting to us . When I asked " what?" , he called out that we hadn't paid our bill. So we want back to the restaurant and I showed the man who had shouted , the member of staff we had given the money to. The man we had given the money to said " sorry , its okay , it's all done " and he had the receipt. No one apologised for embarrassing both myself and my friend outside while we were on the escalator in front of all the other shoppers . This is the 2nd time in a few months that wagamama staff , have seemed to have no manners or customer service skills ( the other occasion was the hampstead branch which I have not used since) . May I suggest that some training is undertaken at Brent Cross so that staff taking cash , make sure they put the money straight into the till !! Also , they make sure if people have , or have not paid , before embarrassing the customers!! Some kind if ' apology ' would have been nice too!

Beef Bao bun was very badly made. Not sure due to their chef or they are cutting cost. It was very thin on fillings and the bun wasn't look appetising as well.

Had a lovely meal here today, especially loved the wok fried greens, they were amazing! The broth in the chicken ramen at this location tasted different to other Wagamama’s, it tasted very watered down and not as rich as I’ve previously had so this was a bit of a let down. Nevertheless, the pork belly ramen was great. Service today was average but this may have been due to it being a busy Saturday.

Well, this is how I'll put it... I had Wagamama for lunch yesterday with my kids to celebrate Father's Day. And I'm back today. And I'm eating exactly the same as I had yesterday because it was so good.

3rd meal in a row there now that has been unsatisfactory. Luke warm rice and poor quality Chili squid. This branch has gone downhill

The food was awful but the waitress ( Daria P) at the Brent Cross wagamama restaurant was amazing she was really attentive considering how busy it was . Would come back only because of the service she provided

I have never been a fan of wagamamas.....l don't think there is any atmosphere there and l have been to a few.I never find the staff particularly friendly they are very"mechanical"and don't have much of a friendly attitude. I only go there if its to treat someone who really likes it there it would never be my personal choice. I did like the new salad menu and at last could eat something l likes as it was usually just the chicken ramen soup! I think all in all very overpriced and the portions are not great....You really have to be a Wagamama nerd to really enjoy it there....This was Brent Cross Wagamamas....

Lovely food and a great selection to choose from. The Ginger No-jito is gorgeous! We were seated and served quickly, and the staff were all pleasant and polite.

Very busy, I do understand the staff were working hard specially in a busy time, but no understanding after been waiting 45 minutes for our food the food arrived with poor filling after the price we paid.

I recently had a meal at Wagamama in Brent Cross and wanted to share my experience. The staff were absolutely lovely - friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The food itself was fresh and delicious, just what I expect from Wagamama. There was a minor hiccup when my first drink glass had an unpleasant odor. However, the staff were very quick to address this and replaced the glass with no fuss. Overall, a very positive experience despite the small issue.

This is ideal for a relatively quick wholesome meal and if properly seated with comfortable backing chairs which this venue has . Our waiter provided us with a sample of what was supposed to be a hot currie sauce which was milder than expected and produced a nice chicken curry Other dishes provided were fresh and tasty Excellent service getting on the pricy side but isn’t everything but nevertheless packed

Dola our Server, was a really awesome and Happy Go lucky person, we were a bit sceptical, as it was our first time. But Dora really helped us select the dish and we really enjoyed the Dish and it was very Delicious. Thank you Dora & Wagamama

Well it didn't start well took a while after being seated to get asked abiut drinks. Eventually we did drinks and food at the same time after sitting waiting for a while. One dish arrived the other didn't. For about 10 minutes before I asked to just cancel the dish. My partner was upset and didn't want to eat without me. Kath the manager intervened and basically made it impossible to turn down the offer the rectify our experience. If this chain had members of staff with the managers customer service this place would have got 5 stars

Great food for good prices! Quick service. Big portions.

Avoid if crowded. I usually love wagamama taste but this time my experience was bad. It took a long time ~45 mins for my order to arrive, even when people who came after me and ordered a similar dish got theirs and even finished, while I was just waiting. I found the taste subpar this time, or maybe it was just my frustration. Wi-fi was also not working so I had to spend more time calling servers to pay the bill. Gonna avoid this place for now.

We ordered fire crackers and a chicken hot pot and k dog vegan it was tasteless and raw Calamari was alright but the rest of the dishes was awful. The hygiene of the restaurant was bad rubbish on the floor and people who worked there staring at you all the time. The worst dining experience I've had in years. Other branches are fine. Dreadful experience

Tasty food. Avoid busy times for better service.

I really had a bad experience.today. I’ve been waiting nearly 20 minutes nobody hasn’t take the order, ( it’s not busy at all) But they have taken other customers older who come after me. I believe they treated me so bad because of my skin colour. I spoke to the manager, her name is Aga and she never had any interest to take my order or stopping us getting out . Never gonna go back again.

Very unfortunate situation with this branch… I’m a long term Wagamama fan… and although had a few hit and miss experiences at this particular branch in the past nothing compares to the complete and utter failure of the front of restaurant experience today… difficult to know where to start but waiting for even an acknowledgment of existence while waiting with family for 15mins to ask for a table, to waiting for an eternity to place an order, to waiting almost 15 mins while my food sitting on the chef ledge to be given to me despite multiple requests, to getting all drinks after finishing the meal, to having most adjacent tables uncleared for almost our entire meal… there were plenty of staff.. and although busy… not super busy… food was as usual good though… only saving grace… the people sitting next to us had chop sticks literally thrown at them by the waiter after they asked further the second or third time…. Complete and utter failure of leadership at the front… looking around completely unclear if there was even a manager working …. Real real real shame

We have been to many Wagamamas and have always had an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, our visit to the Brent Cross location began with a 20 minute wait to be served. No-one even looked in our direction until we called a server over to take our order. Then we waited for an hour for our food to arrive, which, when it finally did reach the table, was not exactly what we had ordered. We spoke to the manager Daria who went above and beyond to sort out the problem. Daria listened to our complaint and provided excellent customer service. Daria truly turned what had started out as a frustrating, unsatisfactory experience into a very pleasant one because she took time to appreciate us as customers and managed the issue with respectable professionalism. Daria is an exceptional credit to Wagamama and is the reason we are leaving a 5* review. Thank you Daria.

The food and fresh green juices were absolutely fantastic but it was slightly let down by the mixed service and relatively high prices compared to what I remember. £66.50 for a quick lunch for 2 isn't cheap but we'd definitely go back because of the high quality and consistency of the food and super friendly waitresses.

I love the food at that chain but my last visit was disappointing because 2 dishes had hair in it and the salad leafs were not well washed. 😪

Food is good but when you pay £8.50 for a glass of juice you expect to seat some where nice not like you have strangers touching you because the tables are like in McDonald or kfc We order drinks starters starters main Geas what First you get the main then the starter then the drinks and when the bill comes nearly £80 for 2 people really they should be more organised I know they going to say that’s how it works because of this and because of that but for £40 ahead you can eat at top restaurants in London and have you own table and definitely you get the drinks first them starters then mains.

This will be the last time that I visit Wagamama Brent Cross. While staff were polite, drinks and food were left for a long time on the counter, till they made it to the table. I watched as staff walked aimlessly past the drinks, one girl even looked at a ticket on the tray and walked off without delivering the drinks to the table. My food was stone cold; when I notified the guy as I paid my bill, he did not say a word or make any eye contact. Do better team.

They ran out of noodles. I don’t even know what the point is in going to this Wagamama, sitting on an uncomfortable bench like I’m in secondary school, having to sit so close to people you don’t even know and being told they don’t even have noodles. You would be better of going to your local Chinese restaurant (the price for a plate would be roughly the same as well) and the service is appalling.

I love the freshness of the food but missing the carrot juice. Very quick and friendly service.

Quite quiet on a Monday evening. Food was good. Service OK.

I came here with friends today. We were served really quickly as it wasn't busy when we arrived. I ordered a Katsu Curry and I am really disappointed in the poor quality of the chicken served and the price they are charging for it. Only I was stuck for time I would have complained. The chicken didn't taste like chicken and was really firm. Are you now serving customers poor quality chicken to make more profit ? I won't come back.

Food was delicious but customer service could be better. Took us forever to grab someone’s attention just so we could order.. Most of the staff do not seem happy working here. Overall the food is delicious, well done to the chefs!

Quality has gone down substantially.. we ordered a prawn roll, it looked days old.. salad next to the katsu was almost rotten, gyoza over cooked.. I used to love this place, not sure what has happened.. prices have also gone up substantially. Atleast 30-40%>

The waiter we had, had a very bad attitude, she was not helpful in any way which is a shame as it put us off the whole experience, the food was ok but all came a different times so betime one had nearly finished, one was only just being served, I will not rush back to that one but will go to better ones in different locations.

Nori roll was not great it was chewy and unpalatable.

Great prices for big portions, tasted great. The chilli squid is a must and I got the shirodashi pork belly ramen which has become my regular. Quick service and welcoming staff, recommend to everyone.

Busy Saturday lunchtime at Brent Cross shopping centre. Staff coped well with the hungry hordes pouring through the door. I enjoyed all my meals except the bao bun which seemed to have been made in a hurry.

My wife and I got food poisoning. The chicken was off (on reflection we should have complained straight away as my wife tasted that it wasn't right and left it). The service was a bit sluggish too.

Tasteless, no flavour whatsoever. Not sure what’s going on but gone way down hill. Never been amazing but always been a consistent brand but it’s gone to the dogs. Have had it a couple of times over the past few months. Awful
