Delivery rider refused to get off his bike and bring the food to the building.

Mochi was dry and looked inedible. Prawn sushi had the shell hidden inside.

The quality is great, but they haven't delivered sushi chopsticks for 4 times. But the other thing it’s 5 stars!

Driver was completely useless and wouldn’t bother to walk around to at least try to find our door which has a clear door number. He didn’t speak a word of English and also kept his phone in the waterproof case meaning it just echoed when he tried to call for directions. He waited 30 mins on a short street with 10 doors and didn’t even think to walk around to find the correct door. So useless.

The food was a little later than we expected but the driver was lovely and apologised so we didn’t mind

I've only eaten the hot portion of my order so far. Three words: TOO MUCH SALT. The gyoza was salty - the dipping sauce helped a bit. The seafood soup was super salty. The salmon didn't taste fresh or freshly cooked. It was also overcooked.

The rice was dry. No sauce no wasabi and no chopsticks

the driver went to the wrong address and then was impolite when arrived at my address. The order didn't have chopsticks or any cutlery to be able to eat it.

Delicious and delivered quickly

Delivery was never made. Restaurant was very unhelpful with me not receiving my order and did not care. Very upsetting.

The hot food was cold. The sushi had be thrown around so was swished.

It’s only one place where I can enjoy about great sushi. But today they send me a roll with only shrimp skin! Not nice! But another food it’s tasty! 3 stars about experience not about today’s food!

Perfect everytime the sushi is always immaculate fish is always fresh and tasty good amount of ginger and wasabi love the sachets of soya sauce and the taro milk tea is one of my absolute faves the tapioca is lovely and chewy 💙

The driver was very helpful and kind . We accidentally sent him to an old address and he kindly agreed to come to the new address which is not far away from the old one .

The sushi was average, not the most flavoursome.You should say that the sushi comes with ginger, soy and wasabi, so I don’t waste money buying even more. Gyozas we’re ok, though I’m sure I got the wrong flavour provided. JustEat courier was very late, driving in the wrong direction.

The food arrived 90 minutes late. It’s a shame because it tasted so good. I loved the bubble tea and the vegetable rolls.

What a change! Used to be our go to sushi place for a few years. Now measly portions, the ‘signature’ rolls that used to be huge are now tiny. The rice is over cooked and not seasoned enough. Overall everything looks scruffy like it was made without any care. Not enough soy/ginger and the only thing that increased in amount are the prices. Time to find another place for sushi!

Disappointed as more than 45 mins late

For sushi that’s on the pricey side we were expecting much more. The mediocrity was very consistent. The rice, seaweed salad, and pretty much every little thing including the wasabi was unremarkable. Please compare what you offer to some other sushi restaurants from the area.

Sushi was old/dry and basically a rip off for the money! This is the second time I’ve ordered from Iro sushi and the quality was poor both times - definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

I only noticed that the food was late because I was hungry! I have been trying different sushi restaurants to find a favourite. I was very pleasantly surprised by the flavour and texture of my duck fried noodles. The noodles were springy and the duck was tender and tasty. The fried soft shell crab tamaki was delicious. My sushi rolls were messy in appearance but also delicious. I would definitely order from here again.

Food was tasty but some of it was cold. Turns out I got a curry sauce with my katsu which wasn’t clear from the listing.

The sushi tasted great, very fresh and my broth was really good highly recommend this! My estimated delivery time was 17.15-17.25 but arrived 17.55, but they were extremely apologetic and the delivery driver was lovely.

Got some unexpected free gyozas which was nice. Crab roll wasn't great though: slightly soggy batter and it smelt like it was the last safe day to eat it

The soft shell crab was not great. Certainly not freshly prepared. I would recommend they take it off the menu if this is their preparation technique. Also, in a world where we are conscious about plastic waste, this packaging was all plastic that cannot be recycled. I am sad.

I never received my order. Appalling service from Just Eat and I will never be using your service again.

Poke bowl and sushi was delicious but no where near as good as the Fulham branch. We order every week and this lacked seasoning in the sushi rice and toppings on poke bowl were lacking. Delivery was 25 mins late even though I'd ordered at 4pm for a 5:30pm delivery.

Poor quality Sushi. Far too much rice. Badly put together. Not worth the money. Even supermarket Sushi is better than this.

We ordered from here a lot and always loved the food. Monday night our order turned up without a main item, we called the branch and the man on the phone was so incredibly rude. Firstly he blamed the uber east driver saying they had stolen the item, even though the bag was stapled shut on delivery. He then refused to send the item, or refund it. Said we had to call uber eats to sort it as it wasn't "His problem" and then said we were taking up his time as he was too busy. Such a shame. We wont be using them again.

Good wasn’t fresh and was very bland.

It said 6.50pm to 7.10pm. At 7.12pm they used the app to make it seem like it had arrived in time - which it hadn’t. So I rang them and they lied saying the driver was 5 mins. If eventually arrived at 7.35pm.

Awful experience here with just eat. My food was an hour late and the delivery driver was very rude with no apology or explanation when it arrived. The fact I could not see where my order was sitting was very irritating, and I ended up on the phone to the restaurant 4 times, who also didn’t know where it was and why it was taking so long. I understand not the restaurants fault, and the food is nice, but definitely would like to make a complaint about the driver and lack of communication.

Ordered some sushi and they were great

Lovely food but would've liked more tuna in the Ahi Tuna Poke order. The tuna was delicious but it was more a bowl of rice and vegetables than tuna. But the by lovely service and kindness as the delivery was late but they made an effort to call me. Very nice. I will order again!

Always plentiful portions and high quality food

My delivery was late. I had to ring the restaurant to see where it was my the woman on the phone informed me the delivery person was given the wrong bag so they had to go back for it. The dumplings were Luke warm. The poke bowl was good.

i am still waiting for my food for more than 1h30m and when i tried to call them line was too busy wanted to try something new and was fooled never going to order from them again

GOOD FOOD REALLY ENJOYING THE FRESHNESS

We order quite a lot from this restaurant and it's the first time I'm giving a bad review on food quality. While most of the fish was good, it's not the first time we get pieces of tuna that taste really off. You could tell by the color and the smell, as if it was tuna that was about to go rotten. This happened to half of the tuna makis we ordered and considering that sushi is not a cheap food, it's really disappointing. We'll continue ordering from here and hope this comment reaches as criticism and not bad publicity, in hope that this doesn't happen again. Despite all this, thanks for all the hard work to this iro sushi, they've been great with communication and making it up for missing items.

Delicious! Everything was yummy, best take away sushi I've ever ordered. I'll order again!
