Super Kebab in Hackney

Average kebab considering the high price — a small kebab wrap is £10 and a large is £12. I would have hoped for more vegetables and salad in the wrap, too. They take card and service is friendly though.

The small portion of Donner is generous. Absolutely fantastic place to get your Donner meal. Nice and simple and importantly on the point. It's no wonder it's so busy.

Compared to its location and food portion, the price is still a bit expensive, but the taste is okay.

The kebabs and the portions were good, the price was a little high but that's inflation. It was very busy and no place to sit when we got there.

Staff smoking in the shop. I'm eating my lamb doner and in comes fumes and clouds of smoke, a very strong chemical hotbox cigarette smell and clouds. I was disgusted. Moved tables but it was still an issue. At this point I was inhaling thousands of cigarette chemicals and nicotine. My brain receptors were getting hijacked by drug smoke so I had to finish my food quick and leave. As I'm leaving, I tell one of them, how can they be smoking in a restaurant. He's like "they're smoking, what can I do". What a foolish rude little male. Grow a pair boy. So they have this back room where they keep the doners. The door stays open or a little and they were smoking in there. I went in there because they let me wash my hands. So the doner is contaminated with cigarette smoke. Another issue. They have absolutely rude behaviour and attitude. The only people they're friendly with is half naked females, they call the females "yes my baby" etc. Specifically the large belly old man. If you're not turkish or a pipsqueak gangster that will give them a little fright, you'll be treated like dirt. Also they're extremely stingy with the chilli and garlic sauce and will back bite you for asking for it. They give you both in one pot or nothing sometimes. All of them are like this. They just stare at you too. I have stopped attending this business.

One of Stoke Newington superb Turkish take away/eat in restaurants.the service is quick,friendly,great quality & potions without fuss.the take away queuing area is narrow but friendly.

The food was generally good, but greasy (kebab wrap leaked oil) and not as flavoursome as other well known establishments close by.

Went again today, was very good. Friendly guys. This time got meat and chips and salad on the side. Sauces were available on the side. —— Doner kebab wrap was full of flavour. Definitely recommend this place if you’re feeling a good doner kebab and a quick bite to eat.

This place never gets old. Although prices are going crazy here. Always nice here and there, there was a time when I would have this every 2 days

it's nice, but £10 for regular meat and chips is mad lol why am i paying £10 for some chips (max £2 worth) with a few doner pieces (£5 max) and some sauce and salad (£1). it should be £8. not £10. £10 should be the large one.

If you go early into the evening food is bang average but if it’s freshly cut donar you’ll love it as it’ll be juicy

Love the Iskender kebab. But very expensive. I paid £17.50 with the chips. Hopefully the price comes down for more people can enjoy with affordable price.

Hubby and I popped in here to get a quick bite after visiting the Japanese Christmas Market nearby. This place was highly rated and we were very satisfied with our choice! We shared the regular meat and chips, which was £10; we got the lamb doner meat. The meat was piled high and tasted very good, as expected. The chips were hot and crispy. The garlic sauce and pickled cabbage were great additions. We would come back to Dalston for this place!

Got a lamb kebab from here last night , very dry and not seasoned enough, the garlic sauce was really nice however there’s nothing super about this kebab it’s bang average,but the smile the wrap was made with made the experience amicable

Staff are lovely but sadly my dining experience didn’t match up. My Adana kebab was very fatty with bits of gristle. Spice and flavour is good but the quality of meat doesn’t seem up to scratch

I have ordered online and it arrived so quick like in 25-30 mins. Packaging was good, only some.of the boxes were covered with oil. And the food was great. As a Turkish person, it's hard to find a tasty döner in the UK like in Turkey. It was delicious :) I can't say the same thing for sarma though.

We love this restaurant! Lamb shank is a must! Cheese Nan is loved by kids. They have the most fresh salad! Great eat out place.

We have been ordering atleast once a week since it has opened and quality is always 100% very nice polite staff my husband knows the owners personally and won't eat any other doner because of quality never lives up to super kebab.

Super kebab is definitely super i usually order shish from kebabs but my children wanted to try doner. This doner was really fresh and lovely it did not disappoint. Thankyou for a lovely meal!

Ordered chicken wraps on the website. Delivered in 8 minutes (I don’t know how they did it as the drive is already 8 minutes) it was absolutely delicious. Definitely best Kebab Shop I've been to

I’ve been eating here for many years Ive ask several times for my doner to be well done when I phone up for delivery if I’ve ordered 10 times 8 times it’s came not well done it’s like there do it on purpose this time the doner came not even cooked for forget about being well done I had to leave this review because this hasn’t happened one s or twice many times maybe next time there cook my doner the way I like it sorry guys

Ordered meat and chips here, has never let me down here. Service was great, as soon as they take your order they sit you down and serve you your sauces (chilli sauce and garlic sauce) and food not too long after. They lay a paper sheet on the table so don’t need to worry about sticky and dirty tables. Atmosphere is good as it’s not loud so you can talk to each other and there’s plenty of space.

This place really does produce super kebabs. Atmosphere is good but the food is outstanding. One of the best kebabs I’ve ever had.

The online order system got my order completely wrong I ordered Lamb Doner Kebab and a Falafel and Haloumi wrap I received Chicken doner meat and chips and a mixed meat wrap when I emailed them to let them know - no one replied so probably better to go to the shop in person

Despite friendly & fast service, chicken kebab was too dry with a few hard chunks. Wrap is average quality, although meat serving is generous even for the small one.

We ordered chicken shish, lamb doner and lamb kofta and chips also came with their very nice bread everything tasted amazing seating area is adequate for the price and portion size is good taste and service is 10/10. Will definitely visit again 👍🏼

We thought Super Kebab was excellent for the following reasons: 1. The 5 star hygiene rating was very impressive from the outset. This is not often seen at your regular kebab outlet. 2. What appeared at first glance to be quite chaotic was in fact a well-oiled and efficient operation. We did not wait very long for our kebab to be ready. 3. The falafels had a good amount of crunch on the exterior surface, with a good falafel consistency in the middle. 4. We also thought the wrapping was very tight, and appropriate for the task at hand. Particularly when one is slightly shaky due to intoxication from a few too many beverages from VFD several doors down. I would have liked to have witnessed firsthand the robot slicer. My friends did mention this to me afterwards and they said they were quite impressed. Overall, a five star rating - well deserved. We will be back.

I heard a lot of great things about Super Kebab, so I was excited to try it out. I ordered the lamb doner kebab, which is supposed to be their signature dish. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The kebab was dry and tasteless, and the price was too high. The only good thing about the experience was that they allowed us to keep our bikes in the back. Maybe the other dishes like the Sish is better.

Food was excellent prices matched and service was brilliant thank u had a great time 👌

I don't often review kebab shops. But I'll review this one. Super Kebab isn't your ordinary doner. This is doner they make themselves with real meat so it's a lot healthier, less processed, and has a far more "meatier" taste. It's open late, so you get a few drunks stumbling in having no idea how good this place is. Day or night, it's always a good time for a super! Doner meat is thinly sliced by machine, giving you even cuts all the time. The picture I posted is the £12.50 large meat and chips. Their chilli sauce is home made, and the garlic mayo is a very good quality Salad is fresh, and I always make the effort to visit here when I'm back in London. Next time I'm here, I'll he trying the wrap!

To my understanding this place tends to have clean and halal meat. A lot of Imams tend to come hear, comparison to Super Kebab, Limited seating area available. If looking for free parking go after 6.30pm.

They feed the local rats. This image is not sick. It's the food left out for the pigeons and rats (the size of cats) which I've seen running around near their kitchen back door. How cute of them to feed the local wildlife. Hope they washed their hands. :p

Got this place recommended by a friend and wasn't disappointed, new favourite kebab joint in East London! I ordered a lamb shish wrap and oh boi, juiciest meat and best sauces! Couldn't believe how good it was! Now I wish I'd gone for a large, can't wait to go back! The staff is super friendly and welcoming as well, thank you!

I've been to a few kebab restaurant in North London, super kebab has one of the best kebabs in North London with a friendly staff.

Super Kebabs, Super staffs, Super enjoyed. 10/10 Doner Kebab, also tried Iskendar kebab and can't fault it. Bread they give is also unique, thin n crispy and has a masala spread to it. Amazing good food. And my new No1 doner kebab. Pictures added.

This is prob the best kebab shop in UK!!!.. Lads are always smiling and courteous, honest recommendations! They have few seating inside, can take the family and enjoy a good meal. But they mainly concentrate on takeaway. But saying that they would always host you. So that's a big + Chef special is a generous size. And the wraps are good too.

Undisputed king of lamb Donner. Unbelievably good! The best meat and chips in England, hands down. Staff are friendly, they're not stingy with the chilli sauce either. The quality of the lamb, so good! It's a ritual for me and family and friends to eat at least twice a month.

Firstly, the customer service was brilliant - the staff were very polite and the food was given to our table in a short period of time. I ordered Chicken and Lamb doner along with chips. The food was fresh, juicy and I certainly wasn’t too disappointed ! Although the meat was nice, it would have been better if more flavour and spice was added to it. Nonetheless, really good food. I would just like to highlight that this restaurant is HMC Certified - Halal. Would definitely recommend.
