Super Food in Glasgow City

I waited 1and half hr for delivery, when I did turn up it wasn't a full portion of food, it was Luke warm at best and had obviously been lying around, with large lumps of rice, I have noticed few times that unless you pick up your self, you dont get same standard of food I really liked this shop but after I've just paid £10 to put in bin, it will be my last delivery.

Love this wee takeaway food is always freshly cooked . Never had a bad curry and the staff are always polite.

Got to be the number 1 for takeaway in East end can't anywhere beat it *****

Got our order wrong twice chicken fried rice was not chicken fried rice and chicken wings was all veg 😡

Got 2 meals today and both were tasteless and bland.really disappointed.will not be back.

Always fresh and delicious, fried rice never disappoints. Missed a star because the curry sauce can be too spicy at times. But that's personal preference.

Food is fine if you actually get it. They tell you a 50 minute wait for a collection then they don't start making the food until you're there. This means you'll be waiting another 50 minutes once you're there. Wouldn't go back.

Can't fault the service however the food was awful despite its popularity in the area. The rice literally crumbled or was stuck together in clumps and clearly was not fresh. The curry sauce was just standard bland and watery sauce which is supposed to be its specialty. Very dissapointing.

This place was recommended! I was told this place was the best for curry’s sauce. The sauce was orange yes orange taste less . The standard of chicken curry’s have went right down hill. The prices have went up hill . Anyway I would not recommend your shop .

We have been eating out of super food for 25 years and still order food 3 times a week including tonight! The staff, delivery driver’s and everyone associated with super food are just top top people! We are calling at 16:30 and waiting 2 hours for a delivery….the delivery and food has went right downhill and the curry has turned into a salty rancid flavour….shocking

Best takeaway Chinese place in the East end of glasgow. Can't beat the curry sauce they serve here. Also the beef in black bean sauce is a favourite of mine.

Munchie box was good. Honey garlic chicken was alright. Have to pay with cash.

Got a chicken curry from here and was not good at all. Tasted very strong and powdery, very disappointed. Delivery was efficient enough although not far away from restaurant.

Best chinese takeaway I've been to. Travel from uddingston as none of them here come close to super food

Great food fast service especially during the week, longer wait at weekends as its a busy wee place. Would highlight recommend been going here for about 17 years now.

Food amazing phoned 2nd January said it was closed till 2nd January still not opened

2 and a half hours im still waiting so can't say if its good or not . im only 5 mins away from shop . doesn't matter now how it tastes its been ruined for me. appalling service never again . there's no option for minus stars or it would be minus 5. update----- sorry I was snappy at driver not his fault, I was just so annoyed. if I see him in main street I'll give him good tip sorry mate

First time using Super Food and won't be the last. Food was delicious! We had a 2 hour wait for delivery, but food was worth the wait.

Been going here for years foods always amazing only down fall is that it's very popular so can wait a bit for food but never had any food come cold

Absolutely disgusting! Crispy shredded beef was like charcoal in sauce, salt & chilli chips had far too much garlic and no salt! Plus had to wait half an hour after being told be ready in 10-15 mins. Rice was too hard wasn't edible in the slightest! And it's more expensive than most other places.

nice food but worst service and the owner uncaring about the service she provides! 2 weeks in a row ive waited almost 2 hours and to be told they put my order at the bottom of the pile and then my delivery hadn't even been made yet (1 hour and 30mins after i phoned)

Not even worth a rating waited nearly 2hrs for delivery food was really cold which isn't surprising, I've used this before but never had such terrible service NEVER AGAIN SUPER FOODS

Best chinese food takeaway in the whole area, the best salt and pepper chips chips in Glasgow I would bet on.

Curry is lovely. Chicken breast is fresh and tender, melt in the mouth. Not my favourite Chinese takeaway but my fav curry.
