Sunshine Cafe & Yoga in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

I love this place. The staff are super friendly, the cafe is really chilled and the food is great. Hands down best avo on toast I’ve ever had and the burritos are EPIC!

Lovely friendly café with delicious vegan food. We had the dal, happy toast with mushrooms and the very tasty vegan sausage roll. Some of the best vegan food I've tried. Would definitely visit again next time we're in the area.

Great cafe with a really nice vibe, run by friendly people. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Highly recommend a visit and will be coming back again soon!

Love this cafe so much I recommend it to all my friends visiting Cornwall! The interior is gorgeous, so chilled, light and airy you never want to leave. The food is delicious - portions are huge but everything is so healthy. You need to try the homemade juices!

Lovely place. Very nice cakes and coffee. Particularly like the iced coffee and it's vegan too. Not cheap but you are paying for quality and a lovely atmosphere and staff. Outdoor seating is pleasant too.

I found this place on instagram and drove 1 hour 20 mins for brunch, the food is fabulous feel good food and the coffee is great too, the place has a lovely laid back zen feeling. I am yet to make it for a yoga class but when I do I’m sure I won’t be disappointed. The staff were smiley and welcoming and a people were in and out getting takeaways. 10/10 we will be back

Went on a busy day with a wonderful atmosphere and the staff were completely under control, friendly and smiley. Food was exceptional - just what I was after. Left the cafe feeling relaxed and knowing I will definitely return. Soon becoming my favourite place in Cornwall - I am going to try out some yoga there at some point.

The coffee and food is excellent, we are not vegan but would happily eat here often. The staff welcomed us with a cheery hello and were super friendly and helpful with making choices, so important for the overall experience. The cafe area is very relaxing with a cosy log stove for cooler days. We looked around the lovely yoga room which is well equipped with mats etc. A definate destination when we return to Penryn.

This has quickly become one of my favourite cafes in Penryn. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly and as it is also a yoga studio the place has a nice relaxed vibe. It’s also dog friendly.

Aesthetically pleasing, great concept of cafe and studio. The staff were not welcoming, service wasn’t great and to top it off food was disappointing.

Beautiful sunny spot in lovely Penryn, the food was amazing, highly recommend the sunshine breakfast bowl. Love that they do beetroot & turmeric lattes as well!
