Had a take away, all went in the bin. The whole meal was appalling and could not be eaten, disgusting taste, hard old burnt chicken, black bean sauce just the worst taste ever, little bits of dry old Duck skin passing as crispy Duck, even the egg fried rice was awful. Avoid this place.

Some chips were over cooked and dry… as if they had been cooked 5 hours ago. Some were undercooked… if they were cheap then fair enough but S&C chips are £4.95….used these before and usually good but won’t be using them again due to the rude woman unwilling to help or a knowledge a mistake

Ordered my food over an hour and a half ago, to be EMAILED that my order is CANCELLED. I’m beyond starving and it’s 9:30 on a Sunday so everything’s CLOSED:( the lady also lied about ringing me. Shove ur 1.5* rating up yourself. Don’t recommend EVER

Ordered chicken fried rice and soya gravy to be delivered to my address. Arrived on time but quite possibly the worst tasting chines I’ve had. Chicken is “soggy” and “fatty” texture like pasta! And the sauce has a nasty tang to it took two mouthfuls and rest went in the bin. Never again what a wast of £15!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service, staff are rude and food is subpar, a lot of dubious 5 start reviews on just eat and managed to get my review deleted. Really poor, avoid at all costs!

just literally 5 minutes ago been delivered the most vile filth imaginable. check out my ‘chips’ £30 worth in the bin. disgusting vile filth doesnt come close.

We ordered through just eat last night with a £6 delivery charge which seemed a lot but this Chinese is based in Llanelli and we live in Kidwelly so accepted that it was a far distance.. upon placing our order online we were immediately contacted by phone from the store to demand that we pay another £1 delivery as we live in Kidwelly or we wouldn’t have our food !!! To which I replied that I’ve placed my order with just eat the delivery was already £6 and if you required more then it should have been stated on the just eat website and not demanded after the order was placed and if Kidwelly was such a nuisance place to deliver to then take us off as a community to deliver to. The lady’s attitude was disgusting and basically said £1 more or I don’t send your order !!!! So as you can imagine I cancelled the order on principle not over £1 extra Appalling customer service

Hi... ordered family meal most of it came ok, the satay beef had sugar in it so strong it was inedible. Phoned to let them know and they basically denied anything wrong. Avoid this place at all costs!

Absolutely awful poor food order £43 worth of food for me and my family. It was a wait for one and half to two hours which is understandable as it’s a Saturday night during lock down.. so food came after two hours absolutely freezing cold soggy and rice was under cooked the chicken balls I ordered for my son was just soggy batter no chicken in the batter at all..rang back the woman on the phone had real attitude with the situation very rude not unstable at all.. told me no way she coming to collect the food .. very unprofessional for a business! None of the food was touched all went to waste .. never ever will I order again and also tell my family and friends do not order also ...

I'm not a food snob, I hate waste and I don't have money to burn. Just emptied nearly £25 of food into my toilet........Avoid, awful. I don't post reviews generally. Just avoid.

Ordered food through justeat, accepted the order, when the order was late they adjusted the time, then cancelled the order after 2.5 HOURS with no reason stated. When I called they just said that they had too many orders. Avoid. My wife and I are both keyworkers and after an awful slogging week this is the last thing I needed.

First time we’ve ordered a Take away and also to be delivered here, through Just Eat, Menu easy to use, additional info easy to add, and although during a manic period our delivery said 18:50 we were surprised that our Hr wait turned into 30 mins, the food was placed on our doorstep, Delivery driver watching from a distance, really polite Gentleman friendly and making sure we were happy, then the best it, the food was exceptional, I have to say the best Chinese take away I’ve ever had, Sun-Moon is now my go to place without fail

Shocking service from lady behind the counter and even worse food quality. As a chef I know what food should smell and taste like. Fried rice was absolutely awful, smelt and tasted gone off. Would have been thrown out of my kitchen days ago! Contacted restaurant said they’d just changed their brand of rice. Im sorry but that does not explain a rotten smell coming from one of the most dangerous foodstuffs in the business due to bacillus cereus. Took it back into the shop because she hung up on me 3 times!!! The lady brought out more and said see it all smells that way...THATS NOT A GOOD THING! Anyway I was offered a 40p refund for the rice (generous). Then that was raised to £2.10. I politely refused and let her know I’d be freezing the rice and notifying environmental health. What’s more the, very polite and genuine delivery driver pulled up outside as I was leaving so I asked his opinion. He agreed with me and encouraged me to complain through just eat and environmental health. That says a lot doesn’t it? Avoid. Absolutely appalling.

Worst food ever.chicken was tough and the food was extremely salty, the worst Chinese I have ever had!!!

Gave it another try and won’t be in future unfortunately. Everything was so salty it wasn’t pleasant to eat . The Chowmein tastes of nothing but salt . Used to get tasty food from here in the past . Won’t be ordering in the future .

Placed an order at 7.20pm with the specific request that the delivery time was at 9.15pm nearly 2 whole hours away. Rang at 9.20 to be informed my food was late, despite having 2 hours to cook it, no explanation offered and the rude woman on the end of the phone said that if I didn't want to wait half an hour I could cancel. When the food arrived at 10pm, 45 minutes after the requested time and 2.30hrs after being order, it was luke warm at best. I will never order from here again, would advise everyone to avoid.

Food was inedible. Was like eating pure salt. Rang and offered to take uneaten food back for refund on the 1 meal which could not be eaten. Manager said that i was lying, because if i hadnt eaten it, i wouldnt have known it was salty. As i explained, i did not pay for a meal, to just eat a couple of mouthfuls. I gave them money for a meal i was able to eat without feeling sick. We were regulars of this takeaway for several years (recently taken over by someone new). I will never eat in this reataurant again. Disgusting food and even more appalling customer service.

It wasn’t bad , just not amazing either . Pretty average food . The ribs were more fatty than I would have liked and not many for the price . Chips are the usual frozen ones you find in most places . I’ve had much better Chinese food but it’s not bad either.

Ordered a delivery, food took two hours to arrive and was cold. Even if the food was warm it wouldn't have saved it, soggy and undercooked. Waste of time and money.

We always order from here for a slapup family feast,there's always extra protions in the bag when the food arrives.
