My new favourite chinese, lush food, quick service and lovely people.

Delivery order of Satay chicken and one Crispy Shredded Beef amongst other items. Both in the bin as they tasted just wrong. Rest of the stuff , rice's and chips and assorted veg / chicken rolls were good but the mains not. I won't be back. Delivery was fast and delivery person pleasant enough, just the food was awful.

This is my favourite Chinese around. Food is lovely however, my meal last night was awful, it was cold, late, packaging all soggy and the chips tasted like they had been reheated. So disappointing 😞

Don't bother ordering. it doesn't come for over two hours, they lie about it being on the way, 50 mins later it arrives cold, and congealed. When I asked for a refund they said no. Put the phone down on me twice when I asked for a refund. Terrible service.

Really bad service, over two hours waiting for a delivery on a Wednesday! They lie when you call up. Food eventually arrived well after we had sorted something else out to eat. Refused a refund. Dreadful cold and congealed food. Really rude staff. Don't bother

We often get the share box or set meal deals and they are fantastic value for money.

Only Chinese takeaway we use never had an issue with food delivery or service food is excellently prepared for customers

Always had great food from here. Had one time where one dish from order was missing, however the order was sent out with extra.

Long wait to take order staff didn't know how to work till stopped taking order to answer phone to take an order almost 30mins for order to be taken and food wasn't the best and definitely wasn't woth the hassle it took to order. Ask for no prawns in my meal as allergic to them and one prawn in my meal I couldn't eat it very disappointing and could of been seriously ill had I not seen it.

Absolutelye shocking I had placed order early 40 minutes of them saying with delivery driver to still not deliver In the end we cancelled order Never going again and will highly recommend to everyone not to use this Chinese

Horrendous! delivery driver turned up smoking and stinking. Told to take out food from bag as he'd just had fag! Non edible as stank of smoke ice cold and sauce had spilled over it all. Hygiene issues and food quality do not go near them!!

Just 2 weeks ago gave 4 stars. But had curry tonight 2 different ones. Awful tang to them and both myself and hubby rushing to toilet several times after. Won't be back

Absolutely disgraceful I rung them to order for delivery and bought egg fried rice and bolied rice piad for them both order came one hour later with only the bolied rice phoned up straight away to say its missing only to be accused of not ordering the egg rice and the woman who I spoke to has major attudie problems said they will send one out without paying delivery but I have to pay for rice she kept arguing so I said you have lost good customers will never spend a penny here again not proffensial at all hugly disappointed

A real bad takeaway food freezing half the stuff missing and the woman trying to say we diddnt order witch we did I won't spend another penny there shocking if I diddnt have a beer I'd be going down there

Shocking will never order from here again.they never put the egg fried rice in.rung them for the woman to have a stinking attitude and said they can deliver the rice for free but we will still have to pay for the rice.ive already paid so why pay again.and no free mini spring rolls.well will never order from here again and will be telling friends not to

Lovely food, always tasty and hot, large choice on the menu, definitely' recommend.

Absolutely shocking, spent over £70 and had food missing from my order , rang to say and the young woman read back my order to find the food had beenordered but not delivered. I actually had 2 different meals, I was missing some vegetarian things I'd ordered. She apologised and said they would replace the missing meals...the delivery driver arrives some 40 mins later asking me to pay £13.50 for food I'd already paid for but was missing...I'm actually appalled by this, why would I pay again? When I rang she admitted that she had probably made the mistake. She also claimed that she told me on the phone that I'd have to pay , what a lier she was as she most definitely did not. I alway spend a lot of money here and feel very very disappointed but the reaction as the driver had to take the food back. This ruined the 80th birthday meal.. ill never order here again now ....

The vegan options are amazing and the food is the nicest I have tasted, would recommend 100%.

Amazing !! I Always ask for no veg and they always make it with no veg :) today it was boiling hot, Only disappointing thing was I paid over £60 and because I ordered online I didn’t get any free stuff, like a Bottle of coke or spring Rolls which is really unfair

First time making a order here and will be the last time, just terrible I wished I made beans on toast than waste £24 on burnt over cooked and cold food. Only nice thing in the special box was the chicken ball. The rice well was just like slush didn't enjoy what so ever

Was good, now servvice has gone to the dogs. Ordered at 6pm. the order left the shop at 7:20 and delivered to us at 8:15. Take away believed it is fine to deliver food that has been in a car for 45 minutes 1/4 mile away. Quote from the manager "we cannot keep every customer happy, many a disappointed by our delivery" After many years, last order with them

Gone down hill. Have not eaten here for a while and was looking for a change. Awful tasteless brown gunk. Egg fried rice that instead of being nice and fluffy was soaked in some sort of brown sludge. Chicken seemed to be what I beleive to be ecconomy chicken (water bloated) . Waste of £30 would have had something better from Greggs for £3.

We liive 1/4 mile aaway from the shop. Place an orderd at 18:00 and it arrived at 20:15 stone cold after being in his car for 45 mins. Take away seemed fine with this. Manager even said "many customers are disapointed with our service we cannot please everyone". After many years ordering, this is the last time

My last night in Llanelli with my son and his partner, and a night watching footy, what else could complete the deal other than a Chinese dinner. My son has not lived in the town for long, and only once before used a Chinese for home delivery, and although it was OK it wasn't highly rated. The reviews on this place looked favourable, and we were able to place the oder on line during the afternoon, and specify a delivery time (£2 surcharge....well worth it). The delivery was right on time. The food was hot, well presented and absolutlely delicious. Not one of those meals that you leaves craving for water all night. We all had various dishes and shared, and it was a brilliant choice. On that showing, I highly recommend it

Delivery was on time. The Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup was lovely, tasty and what I expected (WonTon Soup is needed) and maybe some DimSum as a starter. Roast Duck - Chinese Style: I was disappointed with this, it must have been one of the slimmest cut roast ducks I've had 😂😂 The cut was well too thin. It's meant to be cut chunky like the restaurants. There was also way too much bean sprouts and I love bean sprouts but there was no duck just sprouts. The duck was cut so thin it was hard to taste it over bean sprouts. Also it's nicer if the sauce is made thicker and in a separate tub. The Beef Chow Mein - Dry This was cooked lovely, and was so tasty 😋 some would say it was too salty but that just how it should taste that bitter salt meat taste - I loved it. Please somewhere do a good Beef Ho Fun and the old Seafood Fried noodles like they do in London 😂 Banana Fritter: The syrup was nice however this needs to be delivered differently as by the time Ingot to eating it, it was like one soggy banana, with a thick batter. Firstly this should be in a thinner batter (like Tempura) and should be crisp not soggy.... to get around this you have to put the syrup in a separate container, or take it off the menu, as if I got this in a restaurant it would have been sent straight back 🧐 All this come to approx £18 and delivery 🚚 is an extra charge on top. Overall 2 dishes out of 4. For a few more touches it would be a 5* as it goes now I was not entirely satisfied 🌺

Pathetic customer service. 47mins late. Person at shop reported it was 3-4mins away, 10mins later nothing. She then reported I would get a call from driver immediately. 10mins later nothing. Driver turned up, no apology and just left it on door step. He blaimed someone else. Useless incompetence!

Although it was 30 mins late we cant complain, quality of food was amazing and very very tasty, has to be the best Chinese we had in the llanelli area, we will be back for more in the future

welll 🤔 firstly i waited 2 hours so chased up my order and they actually delivered £70 worth of food to the wrong address.... a address i didnt even know, (ok mistakes happen) but i ask to be refunded and was told to go and get the cold food myself from this address despite explaining i do not know the address and that we a house of 10 actually self isolating advised by gp not to leave our home hence ordering a take away , and also informed them of this in before our order was made , eventually ot was agreed id get refunded but here i iim 7 days later and £70 short, nobody likes to give money away for nothing really, been a loyal customer for years, 10 unhappy people

I had originally posted a 5 star review for their service and food and because they are generous. But, I have changed it now due to something I saw yesterday which deeply disturbed me. I had walked into the establishment to make an order, the older cook had dropped a chunky cut of onion slice onto the floor in plain sight upon filling a container on the desk. He left it there and then came back to scoop it up with the spoon and wok he had been cooking with and continued to go back to cooking. I would have picked it up with a serviette and cleaned the floor. The fact that is was scooped with utensils he was cooking with and did not look to see if anyone was watching, suggested to me it is not the first time he has collected food off the floor that way. Even if he later cleaned the wok and spoon, it was not apparent. My daughter who was with me, did not know whether to order or not after what she saw. It is a shame because it gave an appalling hygiene impression and won't be going back.

Walked in at 10:40 and was refused service.

Unfortunately they now have dropped down to 1* after today's visit, phoned for delivery was told they're not doing it (fair enough) but was also closed 10:50pm on sat, Google says open till 11.30 so I went round there and seen probably 4-5 customers with food. When I mentioned about them being closed to the chap who runs it for his dad the girl behind the counter started to smirk, thinking it's funny obviously not expecting me to have turned up. I went a year without using this place after being a regular, sadly I can see that happening again after tonight. I'm ill, I just wanted feeding, not a miracle.

Absolutely terrible. I tried it once from here a couple of years ago and it was bad then. I only had it this time because my usual was closed. Awful. Food was near enough cold. The fried rice tasted as if it had been sitting starch waster and was somehow rubbery. Hardly any meat in the special chow mein and when I did find a piece of beef it was all fat as if it was brisket or stewing steak. Terrible!!

Food was ok the only problem is I found it quite greasy and the noodles had a slightly burnt taste but otherwise portion size was good and the customer service was fast, efficient and staff were very friendly and polite

Good food however terrible service. Delivery time was placed at 8.40pm only just had food at 9.50pm. I phoned at 9pm to ask where it was and told our order was being sent out next for it to arrive 50 minutes later. Staff werent helpful and quite rude stating that it's really busy so had to prioritize orders. Glad it's busy tonight, make the most of it as your bound to loose custom after this evening, what a shamble! I will never use them again. Really disappointed!

Went down to get food, placed order and then when I got home one piece of the order was wrong, phoned them and asked if they could deliver the right one I ordered they said it would take 30 mins and I would have to pay for delivery!!!! Won’t be having food from here again

Incredibly late delivery with only excuses, no apologies. When the food did finally arrive, it was absolutely awful, I tried one mouthful & it went in the bin.

Thought I,d try this place for a change it was delicious very reasonable and plenty of it,tryed a few dishes on the menu and haven't been disappointed ,there is wide variety of dishes to chose from ,the meal for one is excellent value a must .

I have literally never had an order correct from here, there is always something wrong, the order is usually late and they wait until it's too late to change your just eat collection time. Avoid

Terrible,food was late coming ..freezing cold ...rang up to explain ,was on hold for awhile could hear shouting ...then she comes back on phone an says he will give me 20%off my next order...absolutely never will eat there again ...an the duck chow mein was burned ...awful service ...An may i ad i spent 16pound ,which ain't cheap ...Awful

Lush food and I wanted a dish but didn't know the name of it I spoke to the staff and the chef made my dish exactly as i wanted it and it was stunning I've also had food delivered and it was boiling

Had a delivery on 29/03/14. Food was delivered within half an hour which was fantastic. The food itself was brilliant. Awesome noodles and the deal to also have Chicken Balls was also nice. Will definitely order from here again!
