First off; if you are celiac or lactose Intolerant, don't bother. However, the food looks very good and a comprehensive list of allergens is provided. Some might find it a tad expensive, especially the coffee. Many of thecoffees are about £2.50 for a small. However, a flat white will rush you a whopping £3.40 for small! Decaff is available but ata premium of 60p extra! So take your choice. I give it 4 out of5 purely on their attention to detail regarding allergens. Otherwise I would have given a 3.

After exploring the rock pools (and for some of us, patting all the dogs) on the beach close by, this wee cafe is a lovely stopping place. Our tea and coffee were excellent and the pasties tasty. Lots of vegan options too along with artworks created by local artists. Worth popping in to.

I visited this wonderful place every morning during my holiday. I am not a vegetarian but I loved everything about the place. Heidi was so friendly and helpful. The cream teas were awesome, Heidi made the scones herself and they were totally scrumptious. Cannot wait to return next year. Absolutely wonderful 10/10

We ate wraps and nachos and drank ice cream milkshakes. We were very impressed! The place is just a sort of hatch in the wall with a couple of benches outside to sit just away from the beach. They sell a variety of foods, almost all of it vegetarian/vegan and lots of gluten free options, as well as milkshakes, juices, smoothies and hot drinks. They also sell eco friendly products like toiletries, cleaning products, blankets, straws, beach stuff (buckets, beach shoes etc.) and all sorts of stuff that I can't remember now. Definitely something different and very nice to find tasty vegetarian food.

Went for a cream tea as they advertised they did gluten free scones. Ordered and the tea came but we waited ages for our scones. I was presented with 1 gluten free scone while my husband who ordered a normal one had two. I cut into mine and it was like rock at the bottom, I had to be careful when I tried to eat it. My husband scones just crumbled into bits making it very difficult to eat, he used his teaspoon at one point. Very disappointed, as they advertise they cater for many dietary needs. They definitely need to rethink and practise some more.

We walked from Seaton along the coast path and stopped here for lunch. We had a garlic mushroom and cream cheese panini and a Mediterranean burger. Very blustery, exceptionally wet, heavy and spectacular weather coming straight off the sea. How welcome and friendly then, was this slightly unexpected but wholly appropriate and satisfying cafe. Obviously fairly recently opened, slightly spare, maybe even a little austere interior but I’ve no doubt this will soften over time. Well constructed and priced fully vegetarian menu. Tasty, fair portions and hearty enough to offset the desperate weather. We will come back and recommend this place to our mates.
