Unhelpful, unfriendly patronizing staff who got the order wrong and refused to refund the missing part of the order because we didn’t order online! Will never order from here again.

This is mega meat. Headingley office I'll have a wore tomorrow and if not sorted will contact head office any my bank and never buy from pizza hut again if not sorted

Unbelievably good pizza. Really fresh ingredients and incredibly tasty.

I can’t understand why the delivery driver can’t just bring the pizza to the door. Every time we order there’s a phone call from some bloke lurking in the street somewhere. If I’ve paid the thick end of £30 for two pizzas and also paid for delivery then I’d rather not have to get my shoes on and meet the driver on the pavement. Is this all domino’s or just Headingley?

This is the best taco I ever had espresso Was okay think they we’re trying to rip me off with the cup half empty tho, they better not keep trying that on people’s cos they will get a comeback not from me but the universe has its way of dealing with these things it will create negative vibrations too forcefully for anyone to stop! pizza is fine but the delivery drivers have no chill- ordered to student accom, guy called me at gate i said i would be 2 minutes and he has already drove off as i was taking too long when the walk from my flat to gate is 2 minutes he has no patience and came back later and got impatient with me when i took 2 minutes to walk to the gate

Beyond a joke pizza was terrible, I had Two Young Lads who were hungry I asked how was the pizza.......There words, Rubbish don't go there again Dad.

Awful Service. According to the tracker the pizza was delivered at 19:10 didn’t arrive till 19:45. During that time rang the store a total of 19 times and they never picked up. Don’t order from here.

Ordered a garlic pizza bread. Arrived with a beard hair on. Sent out a replacement. Second pizza had a hair on. So eventually got refunded. Gross hygiene do not order from here

Brilliant store good friendly staff

We’ve eaten at Sukhothai numerous times over the last ten years and always enjoyed it. We ordered a takeaway but were very disappointed. The Thai crackers were stale and we were given the wrong food (two chicken red Thai curry’s instead of gang panaeng) normally this wouldn’t be an issue but the curry’s were very watery and lacked any flavour. The restaurant wasn’t busy when my husband collected so I’m not sure why these mistakes were made. I emailed the restaurant but never received a response. We will probably return to Sukhothai as I’m hoping this was just a once off but will avoid the Headingley restaurant.

Excellent takeaway with family, just six of us. We had a wide selection from the menu, starters and mains. The prawn starter was super. Highly recommended will use them again

¡Muy bien otra vez! Salí a comer mi primera comida desde el comienzo de la pandemia. Maitre nos pidió que usáramos desinfectante de manos y verificamos la temperatura con un termómetro de muñeca. Disfrutamos de la cerveza embotellada Chang y compartimos el menú fijo C. Tres platos limpios y no queda nada en las bandejas.Será difícil ir a cualquier otro lugar cuando regrese a Headingley.

Aparecí para una reserva a las 7 pm para 3 personas esta noche y tuve que hacer cola en la acera con al menos otras 3 reservas frente a nosotros. A las 7. 15 pm no había ningún personal para vernos ni a las personas que estaban frente a nosotros, así que decidimos irnos. El restaurante parecía muy concurrido y tal vez se requirió más personal para atender a las personas para mejorar el servicio al cliente. Estaba ocupado y era difícil ver si se seguían al 100% las regulaciones de COVID-19. Decepcionante ya que estábamos ansiosos por asistir al restaurante y disfrutar de la comida tailandesa.

Visité aquí como un grupo de 5. Tuve suerte y me dieron un stand que es la mejor zona de asientos. Por lo general, el servicio es deficiente aquí, ya que siempre está muy ocupado, pero esta vez fueron realmente buenos. ¡La comida también salió rápido a pesar de la casa llena! La camarera fue muy servicial con nuestra niña que estaba con nosotros; muy amigable. Comida bellamente presentada y excelente hospitalidad. El pad thai es agradable (no te molestes en conseguir el langostino mariposa y el tofu más caro, ya que no vale la pena el dinero extra, creo que era apenas 14). Raciones y comida y entrantes geniales. ¡El menú es abrumadoramente enorme! ! Este es un buen lugar tailandés, pero los precios son altos para la comida tailandesa, así que este es un lugar para mí que es un regalo especial. Since I bought pizza from this branch, I am receiving 4-5 spam call a day from outside of UK. How do I know ? Because during COVID-19 I have no one to call me, all my calls are through Whats app, I have never received calls from people that I don't know. But, since they have my number in their system, I am receiving several spams from outside of UK with different numbers, it is really annoying and my phone can not block them all as they are from outside. Their system is not secure.

Cuando llegamos allí, la dama japonesa nos rechazó porque no había reserva a pesar de que recibimos una confirmación por correo electrónico; nos dijeron que había un problema con el sitio web, o algo así; la dama hablaba muy en voz baja, por lo que a veces no podía entender lo que decía. Para nuestra decepción, nos fuimos, pero pedimos volver a reservarlo para el lunes (último día del programa Eat Out Help Out).Cuando asistimos de nuevo, estaba muy ocupado, así que tuvimos que esperar unos minutos antes de que nos acompañaran a nuestra mesa. La dama japonesa se acordó de nosotros y nos dio una botella de vino gratis como disculpa por el problema que tuvimos con la reserva la primera vez.A pesar de la noche ocupada (debido a que es un día festivo), nos sirvieron bien; Tuve que esperar años para el plato principal, que supongo que está bien, ya que los entrantes nos habían llenado. Asistí a almorzar. Nos sentamos 40 minutos antes de que alguien viniera a tomar nuestra orden de bebidas o comida. Las bebidas y la comida llegaron después de haber estado esperando más de una hora. Los entrantes eran normales. Los platos principales eran encantadores y esa es la razón por la que le doy 3 estrellas. El servicio era muy normalito. No estaba contento con el distanciamiento social, mi esposo estaba espalda con espalda con la persona en la mesa de al lado.

Reservamos para las 8:45 pm pero tenía una cola de 12 a 15 esperando con un distanciamiento social no existente esperando para entrar. No hay una gestión de colas efectiva. Restaurante abarrotado con una separación mínima de mesas. Profundamente decepcionado, se fue a otro lado. Si le preocupa Covid, ¡no vaya aquí! !

Vine aquí con mi amiga bastante tarde para cenar y celebrar su cumpleaños. El restaurante se ve elegante, tiene buenas medidas para su seguridad, como gel de manos en la puerta y personal para controlar su temperatura.Pedimos pato asado que fue una excelente elección. No diría que es auténtica comida tailandesa, pero fue una fusión bien equilibrada entre las cocinas británica y tailandesa. Estábamos encantados con nuestras elecciones.¡Defo volvió! ! !

No social distancing. Government guidelines state windows and doors must be open to create a free flow of air. Not in this place, warm stuffy and you’re sat on top of each other. They say tables have been removed, I can’t see where from! Service was slow, and I’ve walked away thinking it’s overpriced. Will not be returning and definitely would not recommend.

I will never eat in this restaurant again the arrangements for eat out to help out were shambolic.We had booked a table for five at 7:30 We arrived in the pouring rain at 720 to find eight groups of people waiting outside who had booked before us. Inside the restaurant the tables were much closer together than the previous time we’ve been and most of the people were still waiting to be served. There was no arrangement for queueing people were crowding together outside And inside the door way with no attention to social distancing including some elderly people crowded in with people they Did not know.There is no excuse for such bad organisation they had all phone numbers they could’ve been honest enough to ring and say that over Booked and warn us not to come. Needless to say we left as there was no chance of eating in a timely manner and in any event it’s important to feel safe. Our group were fit healthy people but £10 off the meal is not enough to take that kind of risk and have that level of inconvenience.I’ve been kept waiting in this restaurant before even one booked but this was the worst ever.

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming, very comfortable environment, the best Thai food in Leeds. Possibly my favourite restaurant in Leeds, if not, then it’s definitely one!

When we saw the restaurant from the street it looked rammed and we were hesitant about going in. We agreed with each other that if we were asked to sit closer than a meter to other people we’d refuse and go home. Our table was right at the back and well spaced so we stayed, but to get in and get out again we were very close, like 20-30cm from other people once chairs were pulled out. I’d say just too many people for that space, a lot too much breathing, droplets etc. In a smallish room. I won’t go back again. The food was ok but wasn’t up to the usual standard but we normally go to chapel Allerton so that may be the reason. Service was quick, we were out in one hour and the staff were friendly and wearing masks. Our temperature was checked but not everybody who is contagious will have a temperature. I’m sure Sukhothai would try to justify the numbers of bookings but I’d say it’s an abuse of eat out to help out, hence the one star.

Decent staff and fresh pizzas at a good price... Can't go wrong

visited last night for my birthday booking for 8.00pm I was quite shocked at how fully booked the restaurant was. We were covid checked on arrival temp check and sanitised. Nice to see all wearing face masks except one server who let it hang of 1 ear most of the night. 30 minutes for drinks to arrive 1 bottle water 1 beer.. 30 minutes starters 30 minutes main course. In all we were there just short of 2 hours. The noise level was so loud at times it was difficult to hold a conversation. Noodles and beansprouts, clearly ran out of beansprouts so subbed with raw carrot, not a pleasant taste.

A lovely Thai restaurant in Headingley. Lovely surroundings. The food was served promptly and all to a very high standard. Good range of vegetarian dishes and they served me the noodle dish I wanted as a vegetarian option. Also have the option to have tofu or mixed vegetables. Large menu with lots of choice so something for everyone. Lovely desserts as well! Will definitely be going back.

The food here was superb. However, we had to wait 45 minutes for our booked table, and then we had to ask to have our order taken. It was an hour and a half after our booked time that we received our starters, the drinks came after the starters.Very disappointed that we had such a wait. The restaurant was obviously overbooked, and in this time of Covid, it is not acceptable to be queueing with many other customers waiting for tables. I was meeting my sons partner for the first time and this was not how the first 45 minutes should have been.

Wrist Experience Ever. Wrong Order and Over an Hour Late and Then You've To Deal with Staff Who Says "WHAT DO YOU WANT" when I tried to explain. Paid nearly £30 and you get totally opposite of what I ordered. My friends had to leave so We Ended Up Eating but Honestly It Just Wasn't Worth It. Website Said Delivered 40 Mins Ago but In Reality We're Chasing The Store Over The Phone.

Went here for a takeaway on a Saturday evening before making a 3 hour journey back home to Cheltenham. Very good system due to the coronavirus pandemic and we quickly received food before making our way back home. Once we were home, we warmed the food and ate. The dishes ranged from Thai green curry to tofu and pork with lots more different dishes. The food was very good, even though it had been sitting in a car for a few hours and portion sizes were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Sukhothai for anyone looking for authentic Thai Cuisine.

Order took over an hour and a half, had to call multiple times and every time was told the order was '7 minutes away'. When food arrived it was undercooked and cold.

Very welcoming and food was presented well. Flavours reasonable to good, far better than the average you tend to find but perhaps not the best.

Decided to give this place a try after reading the good reviews. The place is Muslim friendly as their duck and beef are halal. The decoration and ambience are good, you can feel that you are in Bangkok instead of Leeds!I ordered tom yum poh tek, 4 season duck and som tum with jasmine rice.Food taste - The duck was nicely roasted, juicy and tender. The gravy that came along goes along well with the ducks. Som tum was good but not spicy at all though i asked for it to be spicy. Tom tum was average, nothing special.Food portion - A bit small for the price, but just nice to give you a good taste. If you are hungry, then you might want to give it a second thought.Service - Friendly and fast. Overall, price is on the north with small portion, the kind you expect for a fine and proper place. Recommended for a special occasion.

Wow what can i say, this resturant was unbelievable. From the decor, to the food everything was amazing. And very reasonably priced! Can not wait to next be up in leeds, new favorite thai!

I had a very pleasant meal here with some colleagues. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. I had the £28 set menu which was delicious. They very kindly served a milder chicken dish than the one on the menu which was really tasty. There was also a lovely beef curry with cashew nuts and rice. The starters were also really nice especially the spring rolls and the spicy duck salad. I really enjoyed the food and thought it was very well presented and served and was good value for money. I would definitely come again.

We had a simple evening meal here but it was excellently presented by very friendly staff. Good value for money and a VAST choice of dishes to suit (we think) the expert as well as the novice to Thai food. WE WILL BE BACK

Staying overnight nearby and chose to eat here - so pleased we did! The staff were lovely, polite & attentive providing excellent service even wiping tables between courses. The atmosphere was a mix of relaxed, modern furnishings with traditional figures & wall art. The food was delicious - generous portions well presented on piping hot plates, and the flavours were fabulous! We shared chicken satay skewers and Thai fish cakes with sweet chilli sauce to start, then I had a tender lamb shank in massaman curry with jasmine rice and my daughter had huge prawns with accompanying vege and rice. Just wish we lived nearer.

Fue una suerte que hayamos reservado (un viernes por la noche) ya que estaba ocupado. . siempre es una buena señal! Compartimos entrantes mixtos: ¡muchos, pero cada parte estaba deliciosa! El servicio fue excelente y la mesa siempre se limpió. Tenía gambas massman curry como mi principal y fue uno de los mejores que he tenido. Sólo una patada de especias tentadora! Todos disfrutamos las diversas elecciones que habíamos hecho. ¡Sin duda me alegraría volver la próxima vez que esté en Leeds!

Visité Sukhothai con un amigo después de ver buenas críticas en línea y no me decepcionó. El servicio fue excelente, la comida llegó a tiempo y el personal realmente hizo un esfuerzo adicional limpiando la mesa entre los cursos, etc. Un poco más caro que algunos otros restaurantes tailandeses, pero definitivamente vale la pena por la comida de alta calidad y el encantador restaurante. Tanto el pad Thai como el curry rojo tailandés fueron excelentes, también recomendaría el pollo satay como entrante. Definitivamente volveremos.

The restaurant is child friendly, the staff are great, always a friendly greeting from Yoko. The food is great and they will alter dishes if requested.

We were staying in Headingley for a family wedding but had not booked anywhere to eat for the Friday evening. Eight of us arrived and asked if they could accommodate us and after being told about a 10 min wait they rearranged all the tables to seat us. The service was very good and the food was excellent. The restaurant was really buzzing with a lovely atmosphere and obviously very popular with locals. Only sorry it is so far away from us as it would definitely be a regular place on our to visit list.

Came here with 4 other friends all enjoyed it so so much. Brilliant desert cocktails with lemon sorbet. Really recommend it, a little pricey but worth it for a special occasion. Best Italian food in Leeds, very authentic!!

We didn't have a reservation but the hostess very politely asked us to wait and found us a table. Seafood soup was so good! Spring roll was very tasty. Beef and pork dish was excellent. Will certainly go back there when in Leeds.

Vibrant buzz about the place and very welcoming hostess. Tables are if anything a little on the small side for fitting everything on but the choice is wide and the quality is good. There are various set menu options as well as quite a large wine list to choose from. The starter was nice to share as a two person dish with the main pad Thai and beef curry to share. If anything the curry is dominated by lemongrass but everything cooked well and a full dining room on a Tuesday night, worth a visit

Took my family with our graduated son for dinner. As a gift from the restaurant for our graduate we had a bottle of proccesco, it was very nice and a great touch adding to our day of celebration.

My family and I went to this restaurant after a long day of watching a cricket game at the Headingley Stadium and the food was absolutely delicious. It was not too spicy or mild and bland. The food tasted as it was advertised in the menu and was fast in coming out after ordering. The waiters were also knowledgeable and able to make recommendations when asked. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This Thai Restaurant is amazing. From the warm welcome and fast service to the incredible food. Admittedly I only had pad thai and tamarind duck but the flavours were on point. The portions are far better than any take away so I was stuffed and almost rolled out. Thank you Sukhothai.

Booked in for a table for 6 people at 8 o’clock. Turned up and at least 3 other groups already waiting of about 12 people all of which have reservations. Restaurant already full and so the choice was wait at least 30 minutes or try to find somewhere else - slim chance on Saturday night at 8.00.

Reservation for 8.30. At 8.50 we still hadn’t even had a drinks order taken. Restaurant was busy but at least one waiter was looking around for things to do but didn’t seem keen to serve us. Don’t know what we did to annoy them but cut our losses at that point and left.

If, for any reason you are one of just a few that wonder what all the fuss is about when talking Thai, you must visit. The food and service here is notably better than others I have visited in the area. Even better (by far) than others that are part of this chain. You can eat from the same menu as the others and get a totally different experience because of the level of skill demonstrated by all who work here. People of Headingley, rejoice in the fact you are among greatness in the form of Sukhothai, Headingley.

A friend and I popped in for a pre-cinema meal on a Friday evening. Although we had booked, it took a little while to be seated because the staff were too busy running around like headless chickens to actually greet guests at the door! No one came to take our drink order and I had to catch the attention of a waiter to order the food and drinks........not an encouraging start.

The food is freshly made and delicious!!! There are a lot of great Thai restaurants in Leeds but this is the best! It’s much less greasy than other places and it’s great for an occasion or celebration!

Last minute visit, very close to Headingly Premier Inn. Clean & neat, good atmosphere, food has great flavours, good selection, decent price too. Staff attentive and helpful. Happy to recommend to colleagues and friends. Pic is my starter: chicken satay gai £6.25, plenty, good value.

We had a table booked for 8pm at around 8.30 we got seated! We were seated near the entrance and it looked like the restaurant had overbooked it was a little annoying having people crowded around the top of the table. We were left with the menus no one asked if we wanted to order drinks we managed to get a waiters attention to order some after around 15 mins. We were then left again for a long time. At around 9.15 we finally got our food order in, after seeking a waiters attention again. We waited a long time then one of our party complained about the wait and we were offered a round of drinks on the house. When the food came out most of us were happy with the starters, my sister and mum had the scallops they said they were a little under done but we're nice (although they smelt very fishy, I haven't had them smell like this before). Me and my husband had a shared platter for starter it was lovely. The mains were okay except they didn't place the meals in the right place and because it was so noisey and some of the meals had unusual names the mains were given to the wrong people. I think when it's a big party the waiting staff sound have it mapped out so they can give out the meals to the correct person. Also they brought out a main that we didn't order so one of us had to wait a little longer for the correct meal to come out. Some of us really enjoyed the mains mine and my sister's were average. I got the garlic stir fry, I have made better myself at home. It was just garlic and soy sauce. This is obviously a very popular spot but they over book! I personally wouldn't return.

Dinner for 4 people. We had a great food and service. Food was so tasty I had a lamb shank with vegetables it was the best lamb ever. Thank you so much. Also we had squids in Thai sauce Devine dish .

Had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. Had the set menu which came out quickly and was extremely tasty. Service was impeccable without being intrusive. As a first trip to Leeds this was a real gem to find. Would recommend to anyone

My boyfriend and I regular customers as Suhkothai Headingley is one of our go-to food places in Leeds!! The food and drinks are fantastic, and service is fantastic. Really wish there was a branch in London!

Having just spent last summer in Thailand, I can say this place is authentic. It takes me back to the great times I spent in summer with the amazing flavours. For food It's a five star. But the slow service for drinks let it down.
