Subway Swanley in Sevenoaks

Hygiene levels at this shop are revolting. They lay in your sub while they lean across to get fillings. I asked them twice to stop doing it before I walked out. The front of both servers t-shirts were stained and greasy from doing this all day. The toilets were nasty when open and now they pretend they are broken to avoid cleaning them. I will never go back to this shop.

I went to this subway only a few days ago and it was great. The remodel was updated and looked nice, The seats and table were cleaned, The staff were friendly and got the order right and The sub Looked and tasted fantastic. I love a subway and this is definitely one of them Sub was amazing

This subway has been my local for years now and tbh nothing has really changed, only thing change was rebranding the store, but in my opinion I liked the old store better, but what can I say great food, no mixed orders, seating and nothing disappoints just like any subway!

I am a regular subway customer and travel for work, this is by far the worse subway that there is. The filling sin the sandwiches are short portions, they dont even fill the subs to the edge, I did point this out then the staff get stroppy. This isnt a one off either, every visit I have I think im not coming back as its just so different to other subways.

Once again the fillings you get in here seem to be the bare minimum. And don’t even cover the edge of the subs. Just so frustrating that we pay good money to get short changed on how much filling you get.

Truly depends who serves you to what amount of filling you get. Staff don’t talk they just serve so not a welcoming place. Go only here as I have to.

I called into Swanley and with little in the way of eateries locally to choose from called in here. My order was quickly and politely taken and the meal and drink quickly prepared. No complaints at all.

Good for a quick lunch ! Quite good value and service - spoilt unfortunately by the amount of litter both inside and outside premises .

Went in with my 2 kids, on several occasions and have been met with arguing staff, threatening each other and sweating in front of customers. The brown haired tall boys are the worst for it and the slightly larger forgein looking lad. The food is average generally apart from when they don't have the food I want but I do not expect to be met with poor customer service, especially that sort of behaviour upfront of my kids! It's always the weekends, they act like their drunken hooligans. It's not every time but about 60% of the time. I don't think their store is very hygienic either, their toilet when it is working is poorly kept with a dodge handle and the other Saturday I went in and there was rubbish all over the floor from painting they were doing, it took over Nealy 2 tables, in the end I took my kids some where else. I mean, could he not have don't the painting and drilling just before close, or was it really that crucial? I don't think I'll be going back there for a while and will be strongly NOT recommending them to anyone!!

nothing too flashy, it lives up to the same standard to every other decent subway. decent and clean interiors and staff we receptive and polite

My son and I love this place, great fresh food and helpful staff, place is always clean and price isn't too bad either, I would only advise that staff be more attentative to providing clean tables for new customers although I realise some people needlessly eat like chimpanzees creating an enormous mess

This subway is rubbish. They constantly have no toilet as it's always out of order. Staff are miserable and don't give a dam about customer service! They under top subs & moan when you ask for more. If I can give any advice it would be DRIVE TO SIDCUP

I love the freshness of their salads and delicious rolls. Always friendly service. If you go often, watch out for the specials.

Staff efficient, food as advertised, could be better on cleanliness, but I think this is down to staff being busy and there not always being enough of them. Its average food for a cheap price and is useful when you are in a rush

As expected good subway with the usual choices of subs and fillings. Served quickly and pleasant people.

Just what you expect from Subway, fresh, well dressed sandwiches. Which is exactly what I got. Service with a smile which is always good and the staff were friendly.
