I liked Costa I enjoyed geting my hot drink

Decent coffee and friendly staff.

I had a beans and cheese toastie with 2 coffee's. The toastie wasn't cooked as much as when I've had it in other Costas. The service was very slow. It was lunchtime and only 2 staff.

This is my next google review because I haven't been to costa coffee for ages because I have trying other places out and their cafes It was good to come back to costa coffee today and for sure with my dad as well I went to costa coffee today with my dad I had macaroni and cheese and it was very tasty and yummy I really enjoyed eating my macaroni and cheese It was one of the best macaroni and cheese I have ever had You have the best macaroni and cheese in the whole wide world I had a very lovely wonderful and amazing experience today at costa coffee with my dad today The staff that work there are very kind lovely honest and caring Enjoy reading this review I'm sure your staff will like it Hopefully this will get your star ratings up in the next few days Thank you for being always so kind and welcoming when we come into costa coffee

I come here regularly with my Sister. The staff are friendly and very helpful. A great place to relax after doing some shopping. It’s unfortunate their dish washer and cash till are often not working, but that’s not the fault of the staff.

The delivery was 2 hours late and the food was cold.

Always know what you're getting with a Costa, decent coffee and decent food. Service was friendly and there was a nice atmosphere with lots of customers coming and going

Quite possibly the most shambolic shop I’ve experienced. 5 people serving but only one poor overwhelmed guy making coffee. The little plump dude managing didn’t seem to have a clue.

It's a costa. Average overpriced coffee that is convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly but found it odd to be told the seasonal drinks scattered on the menus had finished when still on menus. Alternatives were offered at least.

Coffee is good here, nice and hot. We went at 9.15 and found not many cakes, left. Cooked sandwiches etc seemed a bit overpriced. But overall good.

Store was very busy but still they are providing excellent service

I love this Costa as its well priced and has amazing food and drinks, great place!

Nice coffee, helpful staff. What I didn't like was: the airconditioning was on but the door was open....what a waste of energy! Can't do that in this time of global warming.

Staff very busy and long queues

Tables were a mess and partner had a decaf tea that tasted like compost. Normal chain experience, only went there as it was late and thought I'd try their coffee, usual and hasnt changed, insipid ,overpriced and everywhere unfortunately.

I went for the chai latte, but it tasted of cloves which was not nice. It should have tasted like cinnamon which is nothing like cloves. The person behind the counter was obviously new as she couldn't make even a coffee without someone complaining and getting someone else to do it properly. I didn't complain because my brother bought it for me and I'm just getting over my husband of 30 years dying.

Quick delivery however missing items of food.

This Costa branch used to very good, however in recent weeks the service has dropped. Drinks take too long to make even when there is nobody in the queue and the quality is variable and the coffee's not always that warm, with this being true yesterday. We only come once a week now in the hope that service will eventually pick up..

Staff did not appear confident, had to repeat my coffee order 3 times then the person who took my order had to call colleague as I was paying in cash. Will use another coffee outlet next time.

It's a Costa! Somewhere to have a coffee, reasonably clean and tidy and reasonably busy. Toilet available and fairly clean.

Ok but not the best Costa I have been in. Had a very over toasted toastie and a very dry cake.

Chaotic when we went a week Saturday. Took ages to get served. Table a bit Dirty. Mixing drinks up the wrong way. Wasn't great service. Okay.

Understaffed or undertrained and generally quite grubby looking with no cosiness/style whatsoever. Much need revamp needed at Costa at the moment. The coffee lacks a smoothness and depth of flavour with little mallow like texture to the flat white milk. Nice mango bubble tea drink though… at the third attempt…so gets two stars for that. Massive room for improvement

Very busy due to heavy downpour, but staff worked non stop to cater for everyone. Good selection of cakes etc.

Good food. Service could improve. Always enjoy a trip with my Daughter and Grandaughter.

Ordered one latte and one hazelnut latte. Ended up with two hazelnut lattes

Slow service and the food was pretty poor quality

The food and drinks are standard but as always when I come into this branch (which I try not to but town is busy and Costa relatively empty) the place is a mess. Tables left not cleared and when cleared, they aren’t cleaned. There are plenty of staff but all in the serving area.

Mum had a hot chocolate, which wasn't that nice but my chai latte was yummy.

Staff are friendly and quick with the coffee.

All I wanted was bottle of water and with 2 tills the cashier won't let me pay until I cued up even though the others in the cue said that I could go ahead.

Someone else paid, I don't do Costa anymore due to the high cost

Coffee and cake far too expensive, someone else offered me a treat and many thanks too them.

It's Costa. Drink coffee, eat a sandwich and then leave.

Staff were friendly. The only toilet was a letdown, but due to customers leaving it on a mess and the staff finding it difficult to clean as only the one toilet to use

Always useful to have a costa in town

A great place for good coffee and chatting in good company. The location right in the center of Sevenoaks. Clean and tidy inside. Very kind service. Pecommendable cafe.

Mostly pop in for an hour to have a tea and a snack

No chocolate tiffin at all! No chocolate shavings when I had requested and no ketchup on the bap!

Meets my expectations of a Costa branch. Coffee to the standard as expected. Good turnaround speed on production a variety of drinks, for customers regularly entering while I was there. Plenty of seating & reasonable layout of different size tables & chair arrangements, for individual, pairs or groups. Enough space between to pass by. Friendly & efficient staff. More than met my needs for grabbing a quick takeaway coffee while shopping, but if more time allows next time, would happily stay/sit inside for a break.

Not much to say the staff were happy friendly and quick it was a nice experience in all.

Its not very clean the single toilet is disgusting. The drinks are ok never look like Starbucks

I have found staff in some Costa's are rather offhand but the staff here were nice. the cafe is pleasantly situated & it felt quite relaxed there . I would go back

Took twice the monetary value of my order and it apparently takes up to 14 days to refund! Amazing they can misappropriate one’s money immediately but can’t refund it likewise! I will no longer be using Costa and this outlet a coffee costs as much as a pint of lager in a Whetherspooons! Avoid and use a small local cafe instead who need the income!

Nice food and drinks even though the prices are unjustified. My low rating however describes my recent experience with one of the baristas. Her attitude towards us, the customers, can only be described as rude. We were almost made to feel like we were doing her a disservice by ordering. Shouting at the customer instead of calmly interacting with them doesn't seem to be the right approach either.

I ordered a coffee and a slice of an Easter cake from Costa Coffee. When the cake arrived it was hard and stale. Very disappointed with the service from Costa Coffee

Right name wrong location . Had a great cup tea and slice cake , both fresh and tasty .

Delivery was on time but only one sandwich turned up instead of 2 that we had paid for so we had to share!! Not sure we will bother again.

Very good on price that's if you like coffee nice to go and meet friends to catch up and relax.

Very nice. We used to use Nero in Sevenoaks but that is now closed and this was our first visit. We will return the next time we go shopping in Sevenoaks.

Normal good coffee and service, however the building and fittings are looking a bit tired now and could do with a spruce up.

Tables are well spaced out, staff are very good at cleaning the tables between guests, and they swwm to be very covid compliant. They were really efficient, friendly, and offered me assistance with my coffee to my table. By them making adjustments for lesser able bodied customers like myself, this is why they have a lot of regulars- nothing is ever too much trouble, and they deliver everything with a smile. Would recommend.

The slowest service ever. Staff do not understand operation and how to deal with queue. Not sure if any senior staff is on site. Outrageous service especially that they can have a good income with only one coffee shop open. Costa should take management classes.

Felt very safe, quality as good as you would expect

The usual coffee, staff weren't very friendly or smiley, maybe due to covid. Service was a little slow but it was very busy. You cannot sit down at the moment due to the pandemic

Hard work having to shout your order to the cashier who couldn't understand English very well. Orders kept getting mixed up or shouted out wrong so lots of confusion and the customers service was pretty poor. That said I really enjoyed my sausage bap and tea!

The service here is terribly slow. For a takeaway coffee, it's quicker to drive to the Costa at the station where the staff are friendly and quick with the added bonus of free parking!

Clean, busy. In fact often crowded and difficult to find a seat

Firstly, just to clarify, the staff here are friendly and great and I'm normally a fan of Costa coffee, but this particular café is not at all baby friendly. It's impossible to navigate around the tables with a pushchair, and the toilets are always, dirty and again not parent friendly. Personally I won't be coming back here with the little one.

Completely forgot our order, we were literally "skipped", if we didn't ask them, we most likely wouldn't get our order. If you have an alternative for coffee or beverages, I highly recommend avoiding this place.
