Subway - Middlebrook Leisure Park in Bolton

It is bang average The workers are sometimes good but most of the time if you say no cheese they still put it on so you have to tell them again When I come here half the time they don’t have something that you want on your sub and when I went last time it was somehow lettuce and the onions which is quite hard to understand Overall it is decent but the main improvement they need is having all the options there instead of missing some because they have ran out of

I am a big Subway fan as it’s great when I am on the road and need to eat between work appointments. And healthier than most fast food options. This is the Middlebrook site, so usually easy to park and there’s a loo. Unfortunately, the staff were tied up with a huge order when I arrived, which nobody explained or apologised for. Some people gave up waiting and left. I did receive an apology when I was finally served but staff were still working on the order, which seems to have resulted in my toasted sandwich accidentally being blasted twice, because the bread was much drier and crustier than usual. The salad and sauce distribution was also a bit haphazard, possibly due to rushing. Everyone was working hard but I just think they forgot their waiting customers. I would come back though, as this might not be common and could be sorted through training.

I had a superlative experience in the middlebrook shop due to an amazing young man named Reece Stringer. He was very pleasant; outgoing and respectful. Never in my 5 years of frequenting different Subway franchises have i been so impressed by the quality of service! Another thing which stood out to me was how effectively he was coordinating himself and his colleague which further streamlined the experience.

Not our usual subway but we were on middlebrook, needing lunch and very much undecided so we entered. It was busy as it was lunchtime and it looked a little untidy but fair game they were soon on it without any prompting. We cued, gave in our order and received the finished article quickly without any fuss. We sat down, eat, drank and enjoyed. One tiny complaint was that the bread was a tad dry and we heard another couple mention this. We can only think that it was a problem or misuse with the oven. We’d go here again.

This subway is normally very busy, however the staff was trying to work to fast and not listening to orders correctly. I had to correct the staff member while he was putting the salad dressing onto my sandwich. I also find not just this subway not enough attention is focused on front of house cleanliness. On this particular visit the tables and floor area was left with food debris and wrappers, the bin was overflowing. I must point out have experience this often in a number of subways. I get the impression that Subway want their customers to eat purchases off premises as seating is limited. Please pay more attention to front of house cleanliness

I class this as the best ,since it has better availabilty in the sense of opening hours.The other Subway is good and would be my first choice since I can walk there.I think this is because of the footfall

Ordered 2 Salads to eat in, when we paid we were told they had no forks! When I asked how we could eat the salads, was told to get them from McDonald’s!!!

Called in for sit in lunch & take-away for later. Nice & clean, delicious sandwiches, friendly staff.

Service was terrible, asked for 2 x chicken piziola both got made without the sauce!!! How can you forget the sauce!!!

I usually visit in a morning before work, often to order some lunch. The staff have always been quick and enjoy a little small talk. The food has always been of a high standard and I have never been disappointed in anyway!

We were off to Millwall and needed breakfast so we decided to go in here. it was a very nice visit and the staffmember was very friendly even although he was on himself as 2 people never turned up for their shift. He had lots to do but still had time to speak to us and made us feel welcome. The food was nice and it set us up for a very long day a must visit

Visited this subway a number of times. Food always freshly prepared (as you would expect for subway). Always busy but avoid during school holidays if you are in a rush!

Visited on Bank Holiday Monday. Very disappointed to find that 3 varieties of the bread choice were unavailable. The sandwich toppings were up to their normal standard but some soft drinks and varieties of crisps were also unavailbale.

If you like shopping your love this leisure park.. Food outlets McDonalds. K.F.C. PIZZA HUT.. FRANKIE & BENNYS.... TEN-PIN BOWLING. NEXT. ARGOS. POUNDLAND/ POUNDWORLD. M&S... AND MORE And all within a giant car park.. Do NOT park their for a visit to the MACRON Statium behind the leisure park as you will come back with a parking ticket 2hrs parking only...

I suppose if you've been in one subway then you've been in them all because the standard is always pretty high and the choice is always there. If you want quick eats then this is the place.

I have been here several times and is to the usual high standard for subway chains. However, the staff do try to go that extra mile to please

Great food, good for healthy eating, quick sandwiches & drinks. Very good quality. Eat in or eat out. There are choice of meal dealsto suit all.
