Subway (Acocks Green) in Birmingham

Staff was very stubborn and would not even add nachos, yet every other Subway we went to they kindly accommodate.Subway is great, not this branch. Never again here

Sons food missing from order, also not on subways receipt but was on just eat receipt so im thinking the order system has a fault

I requested to be toasted my sub and it wasn’t so I couldn’t really enjoy it 🥺

hardly any tuna mayo and cold. soft churros...they are meant to be crisp

Usually get a free cookie from Sparkhill Subway when placing a large order.

Was quite ‘soggy’ texture … not the best

James was great he served us with a smile and he was very welcoming. Food was spot on the atmosphere was great highly recommend this subway to everyone!!

I've loved subway and have eaten from there since childhood and always had the ham. Its now been removed to make them more halal friendly? Why can't it just be seperate to the halal options? I'll no longer be able to eat here as the one thing I like from there has been unnecessarily removed.

Orderd off just eat it was a disgrace no salad sauce or Cheese on the sub (ordered philly steak) was then extremely sick for 2 days lost 2 days pay thanks for that will never order from here again staff are also unhelpful and rude

Not even sure why I ordered from here again. First time they gave me the wrong chicken and the manager phoned me asking for a photo because he said I was wrong. Never did get a reply after sending the photo! I’ve ordered again the wedges are so hard and so over cooked there was no potato left in them. You get better food when you go to the shop rather than ordering

Can't believe it order two footlong and got back to work to eat and my partners half way through eating it found a black hair which she had taken a bite and then found it she was sick 🤮 so I suggest people don't use this place Never eating from here again 😡😡😡😡

Second time I have ordered a delivery from here and the second time the order has been drastically wrong. Wasnt toasted - had a different sauce on it and on different bread. Wont be making the mistake for a third time

Ordered online - all arrived freezing cold, subway was burnt and black with barely any salad, only half of my sandwich even had sauce on it, wedges were cold, hard and undercooked - don't waste your money here.

Honestly don't normally have an issue when ordering from places but last night the dinner was abit late so our food was cold, my son also ordered bacon on his sandwich and it didn't have any on, so I paid extra for nothing. My daughter ordered the wedges for a side and there was the smallest amount of wedges I'd ever seen, honestly there was abt 10. THe nachos were horrible me, my daughter and my son couldn't eat them, they tasted funny and were just soggy and nasty 🤦‍♀️ paying £45 for 3 different meals, you'd expect it to taste nice atleast so abit of a waste if im going to be honest 🤷‍♀️

Salsa was cold. Otherwise very nice.

I ordered it didn’t arrive because the address was 56 not 46 then I ordered again and requested a refund and instead of prossesing it they sent both orders out so now I have a cold soggy subway and a fresh one for 2 people it’s way to much food and has left me £60 out of pocket the drinks was on top of the wedges making them freezing cold and wet in both orders honestly this has upset me so much as it was meant to be a treat and 30£ already is a lot of money!

Fast and faff-free, and with a delivery that was earlier than the estimated time I was a happy (and full) customer. Great service.

oh my! this place is like heaven!!! i went in to this delicious extravagant diner and i was instantly overtaken by the beautiful aroma. the man at the counter was so kind and i was so excited to order that i even did a little poo. the man was kind enough to ignore my little accident and he served me an amazing beautiful scrumdiddiliumptious fantastic 10inch sandwich. he should be promoted to the Sales Entry Manager Executive Nurturer or SEMEN for short!! oh how this store makes me so giddy in my heart and weak in the knees. im so glad i went!! i will be going again!

Got the sandwich and wrapped mixed up for which one needed toasted but food is ok

The food was good but my order was missing a bag of crisps as part of the meal deal. Rang the restaurant and they remembered adding the crisps to the order. If they included it and I didn't receive it, I wonder where it had gone ???

Why does the price vary for veggie patty foot long with other subway outlets? It is 10.39 + delivery and service charege whereas in other subway it is 7.39 + no delivery fee

My 1st visit, he mistakenly quoted me half for large portion but I almost paid double, good portion dorritos but less than half portion toppings, dry lunch hefty price.

Went in on Saturday after work for a quick bite to eat, was greeted with a smile by Penny. Been in a few times and always been satisfied with the service. Great worker!

Served by penny very polite professional even working all alone with no additional help she deserves a pay raise or I would be happy to employ her as good staff are hard to find

Ordered 4 veggie delights, received 4 veggie delights with meat pattie on them, called to ask for help. The staff was unhelpful and making me prove that there is meat on the Pattie! The order is clearly not right, waste of time ordering from this subway.

I’ve come in a few times. I always get foot long chicken tikka… I’ve been told today it’s not halal. Surprisingly alot of Muslim people come to this subway, it would be more convenient if majority of the stuff were halal. Me and my family love that subway since it’s the closest one to us. But we were very disappointed at the fact that we’ve been told it’s not halal:(

Restaurant was hard to contact tried to contact 5/6 times finally answered I asked were my food was and said it be with me shortly but had to wait another 20 minutes or so till it arrived. Food itself was cold

Phone call to the store was awful, when answering they said ‘ye’ to a point where I thought I did not ring subway, very unprofessional - delivery was made 45 minutes after original latest order - took nearly 2 hours from ordering to delivery

By the time my food got here it was cold. The sandwich was made as if there wasn’t a care in the world and as for delivery I’m in shock. I live a 2 minute drive from subway but not mobile enough to get there at the moment so why my food took over an hour to arrive after it had been made concerns me. Never again will I order from any subway but also will not be ordering from justeats again

Disgusting service received from this store. Its been an hour and a half since I ordered my food and its still not here. I have rang the store multiple of times to be told the driver was 10 mins away and advised they only have one driver which was never put on just eat otherwise i would have not placed the order. The worst thing is I live 10 mins away. Don't recommend getting food from here and when called they weren't helpful at all.

delivery driver was being very weird around my house asking about my cctv saying he couldn’t read my signs and staring at my house whilst sitting in his car .. he hardly spoke english and was trying to ask me other things but i couldn’t understand

No sauce put on my salad and missing some selections. Not going to eat a dry salad with nothing on it. Not the first time this has happened where I’m missing certain things, I’ll be picking a different store from now on
