Love the cakes here! They bake the cakes themselves and you can tell the difference, absolutely delicious, highly recommend this place.

Food was nice could be better though. Service was amazing! Hiaah was well loved and her service was amazing!

Visited this place on Sunday evening with my sister's. The desserts were delicious and the mocktails were so refreshing. We were soo impressed with the customer service especially from the waiters: Dee and Abdur they were professional, humourous but respectful and efficient. The visit was for my sister's birthday and they made it very special and accommodated our requests so thank you for that. Highly recommend this place as it never disappoints and thank you for the brilliant service as always! Can't wait to visit again in the New Year. Ps. Love the refurb too!😍

The food was wonderful, we got a custome dome and tiramisu latte on the side. A brother called Suhail served us our food and provided wonderful service. The brother who took our order was wonderful too. I would definitely recommend.

El servicio al cliente fue muy bueno. Zahid que nos sirvió fue educado, servicial y servicial. Cuando pedí el crumble de manzana no esperaba mucho pero una vez que me lo trajeron me pareció excepcionalmente delicioso el crumble de manzana estaba en su punto. No muchos lo hacen bien, pero aquí en Artisan el golpe en el clavo - bien hecho y gracias. Sin duda volveré por algunos más y lo recomendaría absolutamente.

I was highly impressed. The staff were so attentive and respectable. The dessert (peanut butter cake) was so light yet moist) with the right amount of custard and sauce. Karak chai was piping hot, just how I like it. If I had to mention anything then it would be to have less cardamom (elaichi) in the tea. I guess this is just a personal preference. I think this place has the most reasonable prices across all of ladypool road.

First time trying a chocolate dome and did not disappoint! Service from Zahid and Shahid were amazing and place is very cosy to sit in

the drinks mojito sundaes etc are a big let down and in my personal opinion i rip off i brought the strawberry sundae and what they gave it in is just pathetic they charge 9 quid for a cup thats as big as my hand and its not even full to the top. if u get a mojito its even more depressing they put a full cup of ice and a tiny bit of drink if u actually remove the ice u end up getting lile 1/2 of the cup empty which is the same cup they use for a sundae such a shame ridiculously expensive for something thats pretty basic

Not very family friendly. The atmosphere wasn’t great and it was Not very accommodating for children’s needs, won’t be coming here again unfortunately.

Very poor service and food quality

Great food, really enjoyed the waffle and the tiramisu latte. I wouldn’t get the hot chocolate again, just tastes like an instant hot chocolate. Lovely decor, nice staff.

The wife and I ate the most delicious pistachio cake here today, superb food, superb Tea, lovely ambience, exactly the type of establishment Birmingham needs - attention to detail apparent everywhere, well done! Special consideration to Hiaah who served us superbly, even showing snapshots of the cakes!

Best dessert place on ladypool road. The chocolate dome is chocolate heaven unique to this place. That with the strawberry mojito on point. Highly recommended

Order a Choco Dome, which was really amazing and tasty. Would highly recommend the Mojitos aswell. The Sensational Waffle was also nail on the head as they say.

Cookie dough in store used to be 10/10 it was the best by far BUT now it’s 1/10 it’s always raw . I’ve given them 3 chances coming back In hope it’ll be like their old Amazing cookie dough . I told them why do they undercook it now used to be perfectly cooked yet they getting it wrong again and keep giving it raw?! . Then I tried it as a takeaway too . Reason for 1 star rating is it was awful the generic cheap non homemade takeaway cookie dough you get everywhere else . Had paid in store cost as well of approx £8 and it was same as the £3-4 ones you get at any budget fast food takeaway place. It was so so bad

Stunning desserts. Massive portions and I had to share. Fresh fruit with lovely icecream flavours and not boring vanilla strawberry and chocolate. Gutted I didn't take a photo. Lovely customer service, very friendly and polite staff. The decor is beautiful but is under refurbishment, so it will be interesting to see the new look. Can't wait 💕

Got the Snickers Dome cake, really nice but a little bit on the pricey side; £10? Otherwise a decent place with good service, and polite staff.

Visited on Xmas day. We were seated quickly close to the front where they make the deserts. Upstairs was closed due to refurbishment. We ordered a strawberry cheesecake, orero waffle, and coconut gelato. Our desserts arrived and looked very tasty but they actually didn't taste good at all. The waffle was cold so I've assumed it wasn't fresh. And the strawberry cheesecake was mushy like it hadn't set properly and was served. The biscuit base was non-existent as well. The only thing that was enjoyable was the coconut gelato. So overall disappointed 😞.

Love coming here for desserts. Cute place with a good atmosphere. The service is nice and good employees. Best brownies in Birmingham in my opinion.

Price in menu was outdated and I was overcharged and was refused the menu price If you've changed the price put it in the menu or at least tell us when we order

Lovely banoffee pie and cookie dough served here and a fantastic apple pie with custard, also a very nice smarties milkshake, they know their stuff here.

We all enjoyed our desserts, we sampled the hot lava cake, brownie platter and strawberry cookie dough, came to just over £20.

Order was good enjoyed the desserts just the service needs an improvement as staff didn't really know much about what was on menu.

Service is a little slow especially if seated upstairs. Deserts are flavoursome and very reasonably priced compared to other similar places nearby

Poor quality desserts. The cake in the dome wasnt tasty at all. Too many shortcuts taken in the recipes. Never again!

Bad customer service, the food was atrocious and didn’t even taste good it might have just gave me food poisoning, I do not recommend going here, if I could I would’ve given it no starts but google forced me too.

Cookie dough is really good. Wish they served clotted cream with scones.

Don't get tricked this is one of the worst shops I have ever been in my life terrible customer service and the manager was shouting at his own workers for doing a small mistakes, it was really really bad and the food is not worth they money now I understand why the customer service is bad the managar is the main problem he is bullying his own workers

A very cosy and welcoming little desert shop with absolutely amazing deserts. Portions are perfect and fulfilling.

overall great, been here multiple times and my favourite is the unicorn tart, it has lovely colours, flavours, and is presented in a super cute way. had a couple of issues tho: once we were served coconut ice cream instead of white chocolate. this could've been lethal for someone who's allergic so they need to be careful with this. i also asked for a mocktail with no mint and was told they can be made without, but it still had it in. overall great tho!

We ordered strawberry waffle and strawberry milk shake which came very quickly. It was very tasty, however once we finished I had to ask two, three times for the bill even getting up and asking all in all was waiting over 15 mins just to pay the bill other than that everything was good. Staff was friendly as well

Terrible customer service. Asked if the desi tea was authentic or powder based, the little hijabi girl responded with "I don't know , I don't work in the back". Seeing other comments, this little hijabi girl is consistently rude. The food itself was over dramatised and underflavored. The premises were overly humid, and no ventilation was noticed. I've found more oxygen on top of Everest. Typical fake flower wall/ceiling establishment. Nothing new. Jog on.

Delicious desserts, great interior. Highly recommend the rose cake, delicious, comes with a side of pistachio ice cream, crumble, and rose petals.

Got the Freero Dome didn't really like it, my friends liked their deserts.

Really nice place to get cute pictures but unlike other dessert places they didn't compromise on quality. We ordered crepes and I got the rainbow jenga mocktail. Service was amazing too, would like to visit again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GO HERE if I could put negative stars I would😡😡😡 My entire family got terrible diarrhea and vomiting from this food. This waitress named Lameez was showing a lot of attitude and was very rude. The small hijabi girl was incredibly rude as well and so dismissive. The bathrooms were so disgusting and dirty I felt like I was in a truck stop bathroom. The cookie dough was raw and had to be sent back multiple times and it was still raw. The strawberries were bad and causes many stomach issues. Absolutely no AC or ventilation, we were sweating and some of us got lightheaded from that.

Very average place pink tea was not nice at all ordered Victoria sponge cake and it was stale and old tastes off served in broken chiped plate. Service and atmosphere was ok.

Very busy but for a reason- desserts were delicious!

Great staff, there was a particular Somali person that made my day and tipped him because of his great behaviour towards costumers. The food was a 15/10, especially the white chocolate waffles; in my opinion they were the best food on the menu so far.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any shop in the whole of the planet. Shop deserves to get closed down after the short woman in the hijab was very rude and unwelcoming. She rolled her eyes at me and my friends which then made us want to leave the shop. As we were leaving the shop she gave cheeky comments like ‘leave if you want to then’. Overall terrible experience in a very short space of time. Don’t recommend anyone to visit here.

Great desserts, but also a good selection of sorbets and lower calorie ice creams for those who are more health conscious. Great ambience and setting, with quick service from polite staff. Great for families and for couples.

Dessert was nice. The indoor interior looked great. However, customer service I wasn't that impressed with. I went in with my baby and was asked to put the pushchair aside and they will get a highchair. Baby is only 5 months so can't even sit up yet. The way it was said to me, like the pushchair would be an obstruction. Yet there were no other customers in there at the time. Then we ordered dome with custard. The custard wasn't that hot as it took long for the dome to melt and it just didn't taste as nice as the custard then became cold with the ice cream. So then we asked if we could get more hot custard. Instead of making the customer happy, we got the someone who looked like she was in charge come over and tell us that the dome melted, so it was hot. Then she asked us what we wanted her to do. Please can you get all employees to work on customer service skills. Unfortunately it's sad to say but it was the only 2 women working there that customer service skills were lacking. The man who was serving us was kind. I don't think I would go back because of the vibe I got. 2 star demoted for customer service. 3 star for food and aesthetic.

Great service and quality deserts in the heart of the Asian quarters in Birmingham. The restaurant was busy when visiting however did not have to wait long to be seated. Waitress came over and took our order and was very quick to serve our food too. The deserts were well cooked and not rushed even though it was a very busy restaurant that evening - both deserts were made with good quality items and not a quick cheap product. - Snickers Waffle & Caramel Ice Cream - Chocolate Cookie Dough & vanilla Ice Cream I would give this an overall score of 8/10

Me and my sisters were served cold waffles that tasted old. Spoke to the manager who seemed disinterested but did give me another to takeaway. I will probably never come here again.

Always my go to place for dessert in Birmingham. Usually order the chocolate dome & cookie dough here. It always been a great experience here apart from last couple of times as it was bit cold but hoping for the same good standard next time.

Customer service could be better as server tried his best but had not much idea about the menu as he was very new to the job and kitchen clearly didn't brief him with unavailable items. They no longer had items on menu and told only after taking the order which happened twice so had to keep changing order. Other than that the food was amazing and tasted great.

Nice dessert. Friendly staff. We had a lot of privacy upstairs. Most things tasted good. The apple pie didn't.

The desserts came raw despite it being quiet. My cookie dough tasted like a bunch of eggs and my crepe was white. Absolutely awful, along with the customer service.

Just popped in for a quick coffee after looking at the menu I was sold. So ended up ordering the strawberry cheesecake bake with cafe latte, in general coffee was great, dessert was nice but not the best, due to taste. Staff were friendly, customer service was good, place did seem alittle tight we sat upstairs on the first floor. Overall great experience would love to come back and try something different

So yummy!! They offer tap water too which is really nice. The waiters are lovely too. However, quite overpriced.

I love dessert shops and always visit them wherever i can and wherever i am .. I ordered the ferrero rocher waffle. It took ages to arrive and what a disappointment when it did (with no apology for the delay). . it had one ferrero Rocher broken in a few pieces strategically placed on the whole waffle and some chocolate sauce which was a bit hit and miss. the gelato scoop and biscuit crumb was nice. The product looks nothing like any pictures. When i was asked how dessert was ,when paying ,i mentioned the lack of content. The reply i received was ' normally we put 2 on there !' So be warned , I know times are hard but please don't belittle your customers by short changing them . the girl sat next to me, a stranger, was shocked and said to me "for that price you would think there would be at least 4 of them". The worse thing is, they didn't really care about their customer comments. once they take your money. Needless to say I diidn't have a great experience which is such a shame.

In the picture is the Hazelnut Heaven cake and the white chocolate heaven cake. And a standard cream cake. All these items were delicious and amazing. The service at this place is always on point and I have been coming here for the last few years. No complaints 👌🏻👌🏻

Belgian waffle was delicious and didn't take too long after ordering.
