Total scammers, , tried charging a young lady £5 extra to toast her sub lmao I died out of shock, these fresh mangoes think it's a joke. 🤣

Hair baked into the bread. Blames the morning staff did not wear his hat. This was a beard hair....didn't see any of the staff wearing beard nets. Now put off from subways

Got my order completely wrong, ordered a sub without tomatoes, allergic to tomatoes and the guys denying he put tomatoes in it. Refused to sort it out and blamed customer, as if I went and put tomatoes in my sub. The guy was very dismissive and rude when speaking. He made me feel like I was complaining for no reason “okay next” like I came with a long list of complaints. Disgusting behaviour. No customer service skills what so ever.

10 mins late good come cold so stingy on the toppings. It’s like i had a veggie sub also you forgot my nachos with my meal deal so well done👍

DONT COME HERE!! The service and food is still as bad as it was THREE YEARS AGO. Their subway points system has been down for SEVEN YEARS, is that even possible? Even if you were to get a sub with points it wouldn't even be edible, their meats have most definitely not been changed for at least a week or more. I decided to get a salad on the side and it was disgusting, moreover it took decades to get out of that store. Workers are slow and incompetent, as someone who's mood is always brightened by subway, today, I have never felt worse. This is the worst subway branch to exist, I should've realised since there was not a single customer in sight. The cherry on the icing was definitely the green hair that I saw whilst trying to eat my sub. It ended up in the bin, along with that yellow salad. Place needs to be shut down and before that the plump lady who served me and my daughter today needs to be fired.

disappointed with my order as something was missing from every meal deal. For the first meal deal Italian meatball - the margarita foot slice was missing. For the second meal; chicken tikka footlong, nothing was missing, but the bread did not come in hearty Italian For the third meal, the pepperoni slice and the doctor pepper was missing As I spent a lot of money,I’m disappointed so many items went missing as this has not happened before. One bag arrived sealed, whereas the second bag didn’t

Absolutely ridiculous ! Used subway thousands of times. Never experienced anything like this. Ordered two footlongs with the qr codes from two separate accounts. Which I have done several times before and had no issues. What should’ve been a 5 minute order turned into a 20/30 minute order as the person serving didn’t seem to know how the offer worked. As there was no parking outside I sent someone else to collect the food with the qr codes. This wasn’t sufficient so I went in with the same codes and still apparently problematic. To the point where another customer used their qr code for my order to go through ? The server also mocked me to the same customer. Very degrading and embarrassing. When I began to eat my footlong I realised half the bread had been removed. I later established this was so the ‘filling doesn’t fall out’. Strange ? If a customer has asked for all salads they expect all salads with the bread too - not scooped out ! Never have I ever experienced this at any other subway. Won’t be coming here again !

Their bearded salesman does not know how to behave with the customer. He left my order in the middle to serve another customer but told me to decide faster. That guy is rude, impatient, and ill mannered. This is shameful for the subway.

I scheduled my order for 20:25 and I got it at 20:49. It made me late to leave for work.

I'm so angry. What's the point in leaving instructions for the driver if he going to follow them. They can't even speak proper English enough to understand what directions I'm giving them when they phone me. My food arrived cold because the delivery guy couldn't understand what I was saying or the directions that I was giving him. Some of my items were also missing. I won't be ordering from here again. Next time I'll probably collect instead of having delivery. Can't stand these people who can't speak basic English.

food wasbt great. ordered 2 salad bowl with chicken ane there was barely any chicken in there . this was ment to be my dinner and i was eating plain salad. not good enough. wheb i rung the store they wernt helpful at all.

The Tuna Kahuna foot long was really nice. The double chocolate cookie was nice aswell. The food was delivered on time . I will order from here again soon . Thanks .

This was the most disappointing disgusting order that I’ve received from subway this branch is terrible the service is absolutely horrible the man was swearing at me on the phone they gave me the wrong order I called 12 times they ignored the call after an hour they then answered and they where very very rude they refused to give me there names they refused to deal with the complaint now I’m left with no outcome

Two chocolate chunk cookies were broken in the box and the meatball marina tasted off and this is the second time it has tasted that way.Wasn’t happy at all.

The sub was inedible, this was either toasted for way to long or the sub is stale. The wedges and cheese bites was fine.

I bought lunch on Saturday 12th August 2023 12:30pm) at Subway Small Heath for me and the family and the shop was very busy. All credit to the shop worker who was very polite and helpful, excellent service

This review is based on the hygiene of this place. Although they wear gloves they still sometimes touch their face, phones or clothing which still isn't fully clean.

Nachos aren’t how they used to be, they taste more bland and soggy.

I want a refund. I also called the subway to make sure they added extra cheese. Non was. Was delivered with no cheese. Informed store again. The hung up. Awful. I have been ripped off.

Terrible service. Almost everything about the order was wrong. The sub arrived toasted, when it wasn't supposed to be, leaving the outside burnt and the inside just a hot, gooey mess (it contained mayonnaise - who wants hot mayonnaise?!). They sent the wrong drinks. The nachos wrongly had jalapenos in (didn't order them). The only thing that was right was the margherita slices, athough these were also overcooked. Really not a good experience.

The toppings were nearly non-existent in the sub, and the tubs of meatballs only have 3 of them inside each, whereas there are usually 5-6 meatballs inside a single tub.

The food execution was terrible. There was no sauce inside the sub. Just on the outside and it was messy. The wrong bread was provided and it hardly had any veg.

Really fast delivery but the sandwich toppings were not correct on two of them. They had been swapped around... I called the store and explained and they put the phone down on me. I then called again and they did not answer. Never had this issue before.

This is an outlet opposite Small Heath park, Birmingham. This outlet is halal. Good choice of bread and fillings. My only negative comment is the price, other than that it is a nice place to eat from. There is , I think a table, or 2 , to sit at. Recommended? Yes.

Unbelievable, half of my food was here and when I called subway they said to call just eat and get my refund.

The customer service in this place is disgusting, they messed up my order, the guy on the phone could not even speak english properly, he was very rude and he got my order completley wrong and then started arguing with me on the phone and laughed when i asked him to fix my order. He then told me to come in store to fix my order, the whole point of a take away is so i dont have to come into store.This place is a joke dont order from here...

Ordered a Italian BMT footlong and a cadbury caramel muffin, the footlong was cold and was not even cut in half properly and instead of a caramel muffin I recieved a glazed donut which was not what I was looking forward to

a few times I have bath a sub from here. the bread was not fresh, it was crumbling apart like 2/3 days old bread does. the way old bread is super dry and breaks to bits. avoid. staff are great though. the owner needs to to put customers first rather than the audits of stock.

Ordered lunch here today for myself and my daughter. Staff were very patient while my 6 year old decided what she was having, happy to change the drink for another and we were both happy with our food.
