Went for a good subway but they are doing promotions which is not clear and then the guy serving literally ate vegetables with his bare hands from the main area where all customers subways are prepared in front of me. Unhygienic

They refused to take our order and stated they only do deliveries. Subway has started to look really weird lately. McDonald's next door was great though 👍

I almost come here every second day and for the last 3 months the staff is been changing everyday as if someone is changing clothes. The food is dead here. The toilet never works here. The last time this place had 5 star review was 4 years ago when this place was under old management. I’m sorry to say the new management is so stingy when you order footlong you don’t see no meat in it. The put very less food in your sandwiches. The staff is trying to safe as much for the owner so they can get more hours in return. I’m not gonna visit this place anymore. Please do not come here. Very disappointing service.

The chicken breast that I got served gave me severe stomach aches hours later. Turns out I had food poisoning, i’m never going back and I highly recommend people to not go either.

The chicken wasn’t cooked properly which gave me and my cousin food poisoning. This is unacceptable.

This has to be the only subway in the world that wraps the sandwich in paper before they toast it. Staff are bloody clueless 😂

Got to the store at 8:50 and am told by the guy we are closed. Even though it says closes at 9:30. I ask him what time do you close he says 9:00. So when i say its not even 9:00 yet he refuses to serve and says he does not care as his time is over.

Never have enough Vegan Philly steak! Always say no when asking for the double meat option, or take it off the menu :’( Please just provide more!

I did not complain just threw it away did not complain, i have been to many Subway and this is the first time I have had off food.

I had chicken sandwich yesterday and I felt really sick and upset stomach . I believe the food is old or the hygiene is bad and it put me off big time never I will eat in subway of Wood Green shopping centre anymore . The guy who was serving me disappear for while and I think he went to toilet as he arrive without the gloves he was wearing , he come back and he carry on with the fillings of my sandwich . I have very bad wind and stomach pain . Avoid using Wood Green branch the hygiene is very bad and the food is very old.

Spanish speaking girl offers bad service, she misses out on half of the ingredients of the sandwich and when you ask she says “i cant do anything about that its how the sandwich is…..” 😐 when the description literally lists all the ingredients that should be present. Today again we gave the store another chance, hoping she wont service us, again she gave us slices without the box on just a paper… oh just how poor it looked.. Also she was saving on that sauce as if she was paying for it with her own money…. only one drop at the centre and thats all! Ridiculous. She just waits for her collegue to arrive so she can chit chat. Next time we come, we’ll ask for a different server! So disappointed😓😓

Can't review the food as I didn't have the chance to order. Rude staff completely ignored me standing there waiting to order, wouldn't even look at me. Preparing delivery orders I guess- but perhaps tell me that's what you're doing rather than acting as if I don't exist?

Uber eats experience was disappointing . I called about 5 times and no one picked up . They literally forgot to give my other half of my food. Plus the food came as if someone had a fight with it. Not ordering from here again

This place can’t even answer their phone. I called and asked for a manager, the girl literally hung the phone up in my ear.. I’ve been calling them off the hook since and no answer. Absolutely pathetic. I’m only giving one star because you can’t give ZERO stars.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. One person sometimes serves 5-6 customers in one go on their own. Which is not fair on the staff member and creates bad subs. Their card machine never works during busy periods for some odd reason. It’s as if someone doesn’t want to fix it in the staff so they don’t serve customers. As 90% of the people use card to pay in this time and age. If your use to subway, I don’t recommend this one. The quality of the service is poor for number of reasons. Firstly, during lunch hours there is only one or two types of bread out of the 6 choices. You can never get more than two types of bread from the original 6. Not even 4 types. Another reason is due to inadequate staffing. The company tries to save money by placing work experience students who are teenagers making peoples sandwiches. They make mistakes, so the workers are too busy correcting their mistakes. This leaves an unpleasant experience for the customer. Just cross your fingers and hope your sandwich turns out to be good in the end when the teenagers are there.

Today was the second time in a row I have been overcharged here. This time the girl there, who is always unfriendly, told me that it was my fault she prepared the wrong sandwich and that I should have been checking that she was adding the right meat?! Here's two tips for free - Tip 1: if you have both a "turkey and ham" and a "turkey ham" option, listen carefully to what the customer orders. Tip 2: Don't blame the customer for your error and patronisingly tell them what they should do next time. Initially refused to charge me for what I actually ordered too, and then deducted the wrong amount. She should find another career I think.

Horrible service, nasty hygiene probably the worst subway I have visited.

I’ve just had my worst Subway ever. Usually I wait till the end of the day when I get a bit of time to myself to write a review, but this experience was so bad that I had to write the review while the one star feeling is still fresh. I’ve never been a big fan of subway, but recently I found my way of enjoying a sub. It had to be very specific otherwise it would just be an average meal for me. I ordered the Italian BMT, and the lady that served me half heartedly made the sub before putting it in their toaster. There was so much bread not covered by the fillings. Then they ran out of lettuce by the time I my sub came out the toaster. It was the busiest time of the day (lunch time) and they ran out of the first thing people go for in a healthy meal. When I asked for it (expecting them to bring some out from the back) the lady turned to her colleague and told her to get it from tescos to top it up, and only sprinkled 2 or 3 pieces of lettuce and told me they ran out. I had to make do with other things to replicate the crunch of lettuce (hoping it would do it justice) which was a terrible mistake on my behalf. Then they didn’t have the crisp or drink that I like, so my whole order was messed up. She was quick to charge me full price for their issues, and also tried to charge me for a carrier bag (when I didn’t ask for one) after I witnessed her not charging the last 2 customers for a carrier bag. I don’t know if she disliked me for any reason. I could easily pull the race card but I won’t scoop down to her level. That service was enough for me to avoid that branch, just incase she might be working a shift there. I’m really disappointed.

They said they didn't participate in the voucher scheme but the list online had this branch and they didn't scan my app when I asked them too. The staff just seemed so non chalant. Definitely last time for me here

the women serving me and friend was very rude and she just dashed my food at me and kissed her teeth and when we asked for a meal she said it was too late like wth????? sorry but i’m not having it !!!! get some new workers please

Missing hand soap for decades ,very slow service !

Subway wood green shopping centre, slow service, during lunch hour only one staff and he was finding it hard to handle and his speed was slow. I have no idea why every subway staff count the salads, sauce and the meat pieces, Look at this pepperoni pizza slice how disgusting it looks

The person who served me had two sandwich done at the same time (including mine) and on the counter when I paid and left she handed me the wrong one. Now I'm at home with the wrong sandwich that I started eating (noticed after starting eating) that sandwich was my treat of the day and when I called the store they said they'll talk to the person who served me and they want this sandwich back so they can give me another one, but i don't have time to go back (i live 30min walk from there) so I am just gonna eat this one while being very upset and writing this review.

Wood Green Subway is open but nobody is serving customers😭

This subway always have no staff and never have gluten free option available but yet seem to have that the offer it but when asked why they dont have it the answer i got was because not a lot of people ask for it unacceptable

HORRIBLE FOOD! Tasted old, not fresh and it was almost cold despite the fast delivery. Tuna melt's bread was not even toasted. Chicken bites were hard and could't eat them. Nachos were messy, and looked burnt but were soggy and cheese was not even melted. Hash Browns were cold, tasted old like they were cooked yesterday and reheated. The texture was awful.

Walked in waited over 10 min with the shop empty. The employee didn’t even acknowledge me

Decent, food good and good service, but I've been there a couple of times now and not been able to use my loyalty card to claim points. What's the point of it if it t does not work, annoying.

I got served half an hour ago by a blond girl and she did one the best subway sandwich I ever had. I saw her putting all the ingredients in it with exactly the amount I would have liked without even telling her. It made my day, perfect service, thank you!

My deliveroo order was messed upon two occasions. Well on the basis of "fool me twice" I think I had better take my business elsewhere. Shame the subs are tasty.

Friendly staff and had a lovely Mexican girl explain to me how subway works. She heard me struggling to order to the other girl and she jumped right in. Would be going back more frequently

When i first entered the store, i was greeted by warm welcomes. The food was excellent and was beyond my expectations. You can really get a sense of family here. Would recommend.

Got there and had immediate prompt service, the servers are very friendly and patient, after ordering I sat down in the seating area which was exceptionally clean and tidy, there was a self service drinks area with cups provided, after eating took my rubbish to the bin very conveniently placed. On the topic of the food itself it tasted great, and ingredients in the sub were plentiful (good handfuls).

Do not like the cooking smell that comes out of English kitchens makes me feel sick

Popped in for a late lunch whilst shopping in Wood Green. The staff are very friendly and far more attentive than in another Subway I visited. Food is freshly prepared as always, I was served quite quickly and I love how the soft drinks machine has Pepsi Max Cherry. My only complaint is that some youths who were sitting on the tables next to me were chatting quite loudly and seemed to be swearing. Other than the minor gripe of the atmosphere being slightly spoilt by the youths, the staff are friendly, attentive and accommodating, the food is fresh and the soft drinks machine is very cool. 4/5.

Hi im writing a review because a girl customer walked in in need urgently to go toilet the customer said shes going to buy something but can i use the toilet first becasue i cant hold it the Subway worker: Fausto did not let the lady go toilet without buying a item first thats appauling

Really nice breakfasts very cheap with hot drink.

We paid about £15 to get lunch, sides/starters, cookie and drinks they were all not fresh at all. The fizzy drink was flat, cookies were very hard, bread was hard ingredients were awful had a bite and gave the food back staff saw we didnt eat it as it was awful. Complained and manager refused to give our money back, awful. Left and went to kervan restaurant near the mall

I ate a halal chicken sandwich at Sabway Woody Green, it's clean and delicious, I suggest you go there from time to time.

I took a subway sandwich on my way home and I've been SICK, throwing up from 11pm to 6am. Never again !!!!
