Domino's Pizza - London - Tottenham in Haringey

They didnt understand what i ordered and we needed to pay twice

I usually order from Domino’s but this branch is terrible, with very poor customer service. I received cold pizza after waiting 1hr 30mins and when I called they were rude and dismissive.

My pizza comes destroyed, destroyed and in disarray, I am a customer of this store and I feel bad about the order they have given me, I think the delivery man dropped it because it came destroyed at the checkout, I called and a woman did not accept that minorden is wrong

I live local and this is my main dominos, in 17 years I've never had anything go wrong with this place. Great food and service.

I recently visited Domino's and ordered a customized Italian-style pizza. It was amazing! The store itself has a nice and clean atmosphere, which added to the overall experience. The service was polite and professional, something I appreciated the most. A memorable moment during my visit was when a customer who didn’t speak English came in to order. The staff handled the situation perfectly by using pictures to explain the menu items, ensuring the customer had a clear understanding of their options. It was impressive to see such dedication to customer service. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this Domino's location and highly recommend it.

Please please think before you visit. Tottenham is loaded with lovely places for pizza. If you want a high street place papa John is just around the corner. I made a massive mistake to visit!

Just ordered of Uber eats a disgrace drive brings food to my door drops the whole sauce on my front door had to wash my door in the nights infront of him not a single but of help offered disgrace on top of that the cookies burt from my order

If I could give no stars I would. I went in there asking for one cheese pizza. I waited 30 minutes while 2 people have been served after me. When I asked for a free pizza they refused. And started arguing with me. Horrible customer service. Waiting 30 minutes for nothing. I left without any food.

The food is so bad . The pizza was so dry Pizza Hut is better

I had called at 10:40pm for a food delivery . I called back to let them know to call me when outside . It had been an hour and still nothing . I called back and they said my food had been delivered . However i did not receive anything . Very upset. Will not be ordering delivery from here again .

First of all I’m a Dominos customer I order every week today I went to the shop ordered cookies please tell me why it was burnt I realised this when I opened it later it wasn’t even edible because all you can taste is the burnt parts I had to throw it away I went to the shop to tell the woman that what she gave me was burnt and not edible and I want a refund or any type of compensation she told me that she can’t give me a refund or anything I should talk to her manager I asked to talk to the manager and she said he’s not there DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD BURNT service is so appalling never ordering from here again .

The driver did not have change for my food I told him to wait so I could get some change upstairs but he did not wait and he left I had to call them twice to get the guy to come back they did not care the first time that's when I told them i can go there personally tomorrow the second time thats when they asked for my address so they can send the guy

Four times my pizza was wrong. Most importantly, the night was exactly 37 minutes until the closure when I arrived at the shop of a few friends in front of a female worker's shop with another girl who spoke her country and then said that I would not take her saffa and rudely told us to go out. one day 2 Topping had forgotten. At the pizza shop,When delivering the food at the same time, she came to me and Mrs. And she delivered for rushing the move, I have a spicy food allergy, and the tub of pepper food is plentiful, until the next day, all the skin on my hands and face is red, swollen Wikidoor.

the worst customer service ever i order a pizza and they decide to put sweetcorn on there one and even though u telk them not to discussing communication over the phone and end the call in your face and when u call then and dont want to give refund

Disappointing. Be prepared when you've ordered online for delivery or over the phone, that they will make 3 or 4 other delivery stops along with yours. Absolutely terrible service. Considering you pay for the delivery and yet you're sat waiting. Gone down hill massively.

I called to find out why my delivery order was an hour and a half late. First, they said it would be at mine in another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, I called back. Then they said they had never gotten my order and hung up!

Great dominoes....but you have a £30 limit if you order for delivery and pay cash...

Ordered tow pizzas today , never had such poor quality from dominos until now, very dry and low on tops ,on-top of that it came semi cold….. very disappointed …….

These people are absolutely horrible, staff aren't interested in the service, they don't pay attention to the order details/requests at all. Pizza's quality was shocking and totally lowest standards! Do not use them, better use local high street places as they will definitely value your custom. Staff not interested in making customers experience better, they rather let them go, customer service should be first priority in these days and time but they don't care!

If I had to describe the taste wouldn't be possible as we love different ones. I'll keep buying my pizza here

We ordered online pizza but quality of pizza very bad. They were replaced old pizza but was same quality. less cheesy , not mentioned pizza quality. Never order again on this branch.

Fresh pizzas as always. There is a option to eat in, they have a few tables and chairs.

They took extremely long to answer the phone! And when the phone was answered the women was unsure about the deals that was on the website .. so she cut the phone! Ridiculous

Very good service and great food

1st visit I was left sit there for collection for 25mins and after 3mins walk home the pizza was cold. 2nd visit I was left sit there for 25mins and my pizza still wasn't ready yet they had 6 staff behind the counter and only two making pizza. I got my money back and won't be visiting again. Oh and they tried over charge me twice. Order somewhere else is my advice.

Very bad attitude to clients! When you order from the app it says 25-30 minutes and once ordered the call you and tell you one hour and 10 minutes! Staff, there is disgusting been there a couple of times and they don't respect you!

I paid for my whole order but my garlic bread never show up and I email them and also I left the comment on the application and they never reply so I will never buy from that place again.

Pizza was brilliant as per usual. My favourite is chicken feast with pineapple and dominos herbs.

i ordered my pizza from my phone and had great service, made an order quickly. on top of that, i was promised i would get my pizza delivered in 15-20 minutes. im rating the one star due to me waiting about 30minutes so i call back to ask about my pizza and got attitude back from a woman saying 'i never had an order'. please fix your system, next time ill call your manager and order instead.

I’m very annoyed that I’m keep writing them in the message “PLEASE CALL DONT KNOCK” I even leave them my number but the drivers are so ignorant that they constantly knocking on the door when I clearly tell them in the message not to do it so .FOR 4bloody times t happened and the driver was rude . I remember one time I ordered a puzza with 15mins before closing and the delivery got at my place in 1h or so ,I tried to keep call them they were hanging up the phone while I was asking about my order IM SORRY BUT THE SERVICE IN THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE

Worst service waiting 50mins for a pizza called them up said cancel my order can't wait till midnight for a pizza

Waited over an hour, called them asking where our pizza was an was told that the delivery guy did not know our address despite it being 10 minutes away. Was told our pizza would be remade and sent out again, over half an hour later still waiting.

Do not use Domino's Pizza delivery service if you live within their franchise at N17 8ER, because they have a 2 hour delivery time policy. Domino Pizza's website tells you nothing about that delivery time policy! They only advise you of this if you phone them! Totally unprofessional franchised business!

Terrible rude service. totally ruined the reputation.
