I am surprised by the experience of dine in in Burger King WoodGreen . The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I've heard great things about their Vegan Royale. The service was great. I would definitely recommend this Burger King to anyone looking for a quick meal.

Had a great experience at Burger King! The Whopper was juicy and delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Quick service too! Highly recommend!

The burgers are good, had texture and flavour, service was quick and efficient and the manager there was kind and listened to my complaints of my previous orders however the atmosphere is outdated and can use a glow up 5/5 stars overall and will be coming back next week

I don't understand why it has bad reviews, but the food is always fresh. The place is clean and the service is good, the employees are friendly But what matters most is the food, not only is it very fresh, but it is also very juicy, very tasty, and the burger meat is very good meat, and the food prices seem very good to me.

More staff and kiosk needed but I found out avoiding rushing periods all is nice

Unfortunately I didnt get the names of the workers but the lady on the desk was very helpful sorting out my blue light card discount and the gentleman who I think was the manager was also very kind and bought over our food quickly. Food was nice and fresh.

The food is ok except the can of Fanta is missing.

Terrible service and very slow and inexperienced team!!! They ask me to order on the machine after that u wait 20mint for my number to be called. When I when to the counter to pick it up my order still wasn’t ready, they ask the team to prep the staff I sat down again and I waited another 10 mints. Finally it was ready but the meat tasted raw and the fries where cold. HORRIBLE. GO ANYWHERE LESS HERE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FOR RUBBISH FOOD.

My favourite restaurant As always !! Love the meals especially the classic whopper and royale! The service is pretty much improved so definitely will visit again! Always serve fresh hot burger and chips. I Expected Wendy’s to be great but no one can replace the classic Burger King whoppers !!! 🥳

We ordered Whopper with sides with my friend. The whoppers were really cold. We spent nesrly £20 per each with the kids but menu was terrible.

Just grabbed a bit of lunch with friends and family. Staff was very friendly and great service. Will definitely be returning. 5 star service

I have visited the store on a lunch break, lobby is full of people waiting for their food, it’s only 2 young ladies rushing to deliver the food quicker they can , took 20 min for my meal to be prepared, lobby was so crowded and no one wanted to clean for next customer, there is a lady standing next to the office door and chatting on her own mobile, looks like she in charge or team leader, even she so the busy don’t wanna come and help , when I was looked at her she went in side the office and keep looking her phone. And the packer lady handling money and without washing her hands started packing, this is all about there is no time for them or no help. Hopefully Burger King don’t damage their name in feature tacking action against this kind of shift leader running a poor shift and messing with people’s valuable time .

I want to give a shoutout to the hardworking front staff at Burger King !! It’s clear how busy they are, especially during peak times, and they’re doing an excellent job managing everything. I absolutely love Burger King and their food, and using the kiosks made it much easier and quicker to place my order, which also helps the staff focus on other important tasks. Let’s all do our part by using the kiosks when we can to make things smoother for everyone. Big thanks to the team for their dedication and for always serving up my favorite meals :)

Great service really sweet people and great food

I wouldn’t even write this place one star. They can’t even make a food order right. I ordered a double patty in my burger and they sent me a single patty. They put me onto the so-called chef that made the order and they said they made it right so either the incompetence of the chef that can’t read tickets or the incompetence of the people packing who can’t pack the right order. I’ve got a refund through the company And this restaurant manager rang me Again to say that he’s spoken to the chef and apparently the chef made it. The woman was rude to me on the phone and the manager was rude as well when I started getting angry. Do not order from here. Also I have just received a phone call from a lady saying that the manager said that they sent everything with my order and That’s a lie. I will be contacting Burger King HR to find out who this man is and I want him sacked.

Horrendous customer service, was there waiting 5 minutes to be served, all staff was in the back or handing ready made orders, no one acknowledged me so I had to say (excuse me, can someone serve me please) only to get the following reply ( you need to use the self service kiosks as we are not allowed to take orders here) I politely said that there should be a notice about that. So I proceeded to make the order on the app as at this point the only 2 kiosks they have were being used, the fact that they only have 2 kiosks is an extra reason for them to serve at the main tills. After placing my order, whilst waiting for my food, this same lady that told me that they wasn't allowed to place orders at the tills, took an order from another customer on the main tills using a card payment, exactly same method that I paid. This means she lied about not being able to take orders on the tills, when I confronted her with this she said, lady had the app, what's one thing got to do with the other, pathetic excuse, especially since I also have the Burger King app. Hate when customers are treated differently, this shows a disrespect towards customers and pure laziness from the staff as clearly she just couldn't be bothered to take the order on the tills. This lady needs to be thought to treat everyone equally and fairly. Plus all staff should acknowledge customers, rather than customers having to ask to be served.

The service here is appalling. Update on 29/05/24: That's it now, I am done with BK. I popped in today and the two self service machines had a few people wanting to use them. So I went to the counter as only one person there. The guy serving this solitary person looked at me and said "use the machine" and pointed to them. I said no thanks there are people waiting for them. He then said "use the machine please*. That's when I thought, nah, this is just rude and now I don't want to step into another BK place. A Wendy's will be opening in this mall soon so I will go there. Hopefully this place will have to shut as you cannot retain customers with that type of service. Update in Wendy's Well, well, just as hoped, better service, friendlier staff and cleaner environment. Sometimes it's not even about the food, it's about having courtesy, politeness and not being rude to customers, that alone can drive punters away. So if you want a change then pop downstairs to Wendy's. So long and thanks for the memories, when they were good.

I have just been at Burger King. I am an usual customer. Today I received a bad customer service. The service is very slow and one of the staff shouted at me because I asked for my order. I felt so embarrassed in front of all other customers. And then he gave me the wrong order. Instead of big meal deal, I got small one. I am very disappointed.

Very poor customer service. The big guy serving at the front (not sure of his name) is so rude and unhelpful. I had issues with using the screen and the guy refused to help me and dismissed me in a very cold manner. Eventually, I got help from another customer. Customers should not be doing his job. Absolutely useless.
