waffle fries Terrible, managed to be limp and hard at the same time, and cold. 'footlong' dipper 8 inches at most.

Food is cold, not warm at all even though a couple of the subs were ordered as toasted but still cold. Meatballs snack pot cold with no cheese or jalapeño. All 3 packs of crisps are walkers salt and vinegar but ordered squares salt and vinegar!

Manager mr akee was very good and kind and helpfull please give him a raise he is the best

2nd time I’ve ordered and both time the bread was hard as if toasted for too long and slightly burnt

The bread was Old, the meatballs were overcooked and the waffle chips were rock hard and cold. I will never be Ordering from here again.... abysmal.

The 'Triple-cheese' footlong contained perhaps 3 molecules of cheese. Not ordering that again, but everything else was fine.

Foot long wrap was not foot long. It was only six inches long and full of just wrap. Very disappointing.

I ordered a baller footlong and got on a baller six inch one

Sides were cold, but the rest of the food was great. Delivered on time, and was even contacted by subway staff and given another option when our chosen drink was unavailable. Great service :)

Back before the cost of everything went up, it was a alright spot to get something on the cheap, but the cost of food here is not much better than other nearby spots and their quality is notably better than subway. Bit of a lost battle.

Worst experience I’ve had, whoever made this was extremely lazy!! The sub wasn’t toasted which meant the chicken was cold, the cheese was cold as it hadn’t been melted. The sub hadn’t been cut in half and to top it off the bread was soggy!

Great Ceaser foot long sandwich is my favourite. I think Subway provides one of the best healthy dining options. Better to use the app as we can gain points and can avail items for free using the points. Overall a great experience.

I arrived at the store at 9:30 and all the lights were on, including the neon sign saying "Open", but the door was locked. There was an employee stood behind the counter sitting on his phone. He had clearly decided that he would close early and just run down his hours. When I tried to open the door he just looked at me and shaked his head. By all means, if you're not busy at that time then close early, and amend your opening hours. Very disappointing, but there are plenty of other places to go and get food at this time that will stay open to their advertised times. N.B. The answers to what I did get are solely because they are required to post this review. I didn't buy anything, but I very much intended to.

Would have been longer if I hadn’t opened the door to check. No one knocked on the door - they just left my toasted sandwiches halfway down the drive for 20 minutes. It’s cold and could have been taken, infested in that time. Abysmal delivery driver.

Food arrived exactly as ordered, no missing items and the toasted sandwich was still warm.

I always order my sub untoasted and they always toast it. And recently they've been leaving off the cheese that I order. Frustrating. I will stop ordering subway again for the next 6 months or more.

Swapped the breads for our two sandwiches. Didn't give the option to get drinks in paper cups and then charged us extra for the bottles we didn't want in the first place 👎🏾

Tut Tut Subways, I know you can do better than this. I went to visit this store on the 23 November and there was no one on the counter serving. I called out twice asking if there was anyone there to which I got no response, I was waiting for almost ten minutes and due to not being served I walked out. I went to visit this Subway a week ago and as we are in the middle of a pandemic. I believe the staff need to be wearing face marks along with the customers, I came across staff members who weren't. Being a former chef we need to abide by health and safety regulations, these staff members are not. If they got a visit from the Environmental Health Officer or Bromley council, this site risks getting fined or closed down. This store seriously needs to clean up it's act. My review is exactly the same as Sain Nelson's one who had a similar experience six days ago. I am in total agreement with you. I know the photo isn't great, but at least I got better service from the photo than I got from Subway. Not very impressed at all.

Wonderful! Sometimes when I ask for extra pickles, Subway (various locations) doesn't always give them, but I was suuuuper happy to see a tub of extra pickles today! Really really appreciated that. Perfect sandwich! :)

I went on the 18/8/22 and a bad experience. I asked for a BMT and got a BLT instead. I didn’t realised until I got into work and the bread was burnt to the point I could stab my nails in it and it would break off. I went back and what a attitude these 2 men had. They was raising there voice and went to tell me I was on the phone when I placed this order and I got my order wrong and how I went round the counter and wasn’t listening. They also told me the break isn’t burnt it’s how it is after it’s toasted. Considering I ordered a meal and round the corner is where the drinks are and crisps. This is poor service and can’t believe you have people working like this. And they speak in there language so you don’t understand what they saying. All these reviews are on point don’t know how they still in business.

Terrible customer service! tried to tell me that it was normal for their meatballs to be tough and chewy... then confrontationally stared at us when we were leaving, terrible way to run any business and I can see why you have such terrible reviews. Will never be returning to this shop again.
