Horrific food in horrible condition not edible and stone cold

just like to say .it took a lot longer then it should have done. the driver nearly went to the wrong house even so we gave delivery instructions. the time it took I could have drove there and back myself. as a result we were late going out

I ordered at 12:30, didn’t arrive until 2:20pm.

What can I say, a really lovely lady behind the counter, brand new ordering system and it looked clean,THEN, the window cleaner walks in climbs on the tables with his dirty boots and washes the window. Surely this isn’t a normal practice, even if they wipe it over afterwards!

I couldnt eat it as it was covered in ketchup and im diabetic. I tried scraping it out but it had completely saturated the footlong roll. It wasn't very nice, i wasnt asked if i wanted ketchup.

Ordered double cheese but hardly any cheese at all!

I made a mistake on the self service, and ended up with a salad item I didn’t want. When I realised and asked the staff to change it, all three staff members behind the till spoke at me and antagonised me for making the mistake. The loudest of the three eventually said she would change the salad but next time I would need to be more carful. Not sure what the margins are like per sandwich but I hinted that I would prefer if they could remake it for me entirely but that was quickly shut down as something they would not be willing to do. They begrudgingly picked out the red onion that I didn’t mean to select, and replaced it with the tomato I did want. I now have a sandwich that tastes of onion and a feeling of guilt for a simple mistake. Some basic customer first attitude would have cost very little in this situation and helped them gain repeat custom rather than lose it entirely.

I specifically asked for one sandwich toasted and one not toasted and I received both toasted.

I love the nachos and im also doing this bc i wanna free cookie

Very rude staff (specially that lady-probably store manager). I had an incident where she was very disrespectful while taking orders and didn’t apologised when I called her out. Also, I noticed she had arguments with several customer on the similar issues. (She was rude)

Avoid to online order from this subway. They take to much time to prepare the food even though rider said they are always been busy to chatting with their colleague instead of doing Their work. Management should observed Their stuff of this Branch. 👎👎👎👎👎

Watching on the map he kept stopping for 5/10 mins at a time and then went totally the wrong way/ long way round. Buy the time he arrived it looked as though he took an Uber?

They do not know which bread should put ? They just blindly pick up bread and make order, it’s some time great surprise to see what I ordered and what I received? Moreover they put dress only on centre and 20% of both ends of bread are empty without anything , I requested them few times to fill up all bread equally even when I personally present their in Orpington branch but they look rudely and don’t make meal as per subways instructions.

1-It’s good to see an Uber driver came for delivery was wearing Uber eat jacket, I was astonished how ordered arrived hot and quick ? Otherwise it takes ages and sometimes I need to ring subways to enquire my order? If it’s new thing to mix up with Uber riders then it’s good step atleast customers will get order warm and promptly. 2-the 2nd thing is subways belongs to food industry at least they must think about how to add cold drink bottle with hot meal? This cold bottle always makes meal cold

Dry nasty food, staff don't put sauce as requested and the bread is dry and stale... Avoid this Dump!

Avoid ordering online. Ordered subs with salads and sauce for delivery via uber eats. They sent just bits of chicken in bread saying that’s all their system showed them! Whatever the issue they need to resolve with uber eats and at minimum listen to the customer issue.

Driver got lost, didn’t read the notes to help delivery. Food was cold. Lettuce was brown, 1 slice of red onion and I couldn’t see or taste the cheese

Quality of food wasn’t good and for basically 2 sandwiches 2 drinks 2 biscuits £27 plus vastly overpriced

My baguette isn’t hot I have no mayonnaise and my steak bake don’t have steak in it honestly I’m not very happy

They did give my younger brother old bread when I went back to ask them changed to fresh bread for me black guy comes out with very rude attitude and absolutely Disrespecting me I took back old bread sandwich and checked to the bin because he said impossible to change it

Had a notification food had been delivered went outside looking for the driver found a blue car the driver had a subway package I said who I was showed him my order on the app and he still sat there looking at the receipt and my app order number why I’m waiting there for my cold food terrible service very disappointed

Rude staff and they always have some issues : either their Owen don’t work, sometime scanner does work, they never follow subway promotions and lady staff is just too over smart in charging extra somehow !! This tire should be blacklisted !!!!

Restaurant was amazing. However. My food was late for around 40 minutes with delivery driver delivering multiple other places before mine. Food came basically crushed with the drinks spilled over food.

Can't fault the food or speedy delivery. Due to the incompetence of recent restaurants this will now he my goto for a quick fix for lunch if in a rush like today.

Subway!!! Make sure you add decent pieces of tomatoe & not sub standard rotten pieces ok!!!!!! There is no excuse using rotten end pieces ok??

Cold Pepsi was packed in the same bag with hot sandwich so Pepsi was no longer cold and sandwich was no longer hot.

Cold. Not even toasted. I ordered grated mozzarella and cheddar mix. I had to look really hard to find evidence of any in my sandwich. Not melted.

Having had poor experiences with subway in the past I went in not expecting much. However this place was clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable, they double checked each step of the way with the orders we placed and served up hot fresh food. Will gladly use again.
