How can I mark it was cold by the time it arrived no fault of the restaurant it was Just Eat that caused the issue by giving the driver another order from elsewhere. He was in Kemnal road for 20mins I watched him on the map. I’m not happy with Just eat response when submitting a refund I was told to take a picture of the food. How can you tell it’s cold by a picture? I’m going up high with this as just eat keeps giving their drivers other deliveries yet we pay for delivery of our own food

food tasted great as usual but it was cold this time. will definitely order again still.

I ordered deal for two: lentil ragù, with fresh basil and truffle oil wholewheat pasta for me and a pesto with chilly flakes and truffle oil, wholewheat pasta for my son, it came with 3 arancini, one rosemary bread. The pasta was delicious, not overcooked and the sauce was awesome. It’s a good healthy alternative. The only thing I would point out is giving an odd number of arancini ( 3 to share between two) and since they are quite small, I think 4 would be better in the deal. Also got only one

The food was dry the sauce was out of a jar and my pasta wasn’t even covered in it at the bottom of the pot the calamari was soggy and cold, the food has gone down hill since I last ordered from this place, I also ordered at half six I received my food at half eight awful delivery

Ordered two Ragu pots. Tiny bit of sauce and meat on top. The rest of the pot was just plain pasta. Called the restaurant for some sauce. They couldn’t supply it. Really surprised that they expect you to eat 3/4 of a tub of plain pasta with zero sauce. Very disappointed. So much for the red wine sauce. It was the same for both pots, one was cold as well.

couldn’t locate driver for an hour, called restaurant they said to cancel the order as the food has been ready for over an hour, so i asked them to cancel this they said they called just eat to cancel, but somehow 3 hours later the food has just been delivered stone cold after asking for full refund and for the order to be cancelled, i’m so disappointed i contacted the restaurant they said they were gonna contact just eat again to issue full refund but i told them they should have not given the driver the food

A pot of rapidly concealing pasta, with a smidgen of sauce at the top, just pasta 2/3 down. Never again.

The pasta arrived al dente and warm. Once it was poured in a plate and stirred, the sauce was enough for the portion.I ordered a bolognese but it is not a ragù, it’s pulled beef with tomato sauce. It was very decent though. I was pleasantly surprised, being Italian I can be very picky with my pasta, especially cooking time. I also ordered the bomboloni but I wouldn’t recommend it, they were stale and dry.

So disappointed, we use to have lovely pasta from here. But today's was bland and watery. The gluten-free pasta wasn't cooked either. Shame. Maybe under new management. Wouldn't recommend

The pasta was fab, but lacking a bit in terms of the amount of ingredients. The garlic bread was excellent. The side salad was little more than the size of a garnish. Tasty though.

Placed multiple orders here - initially great. Recently - absolutely awful. The last 5 orders have been wrong, and as they used to be so good I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time however, my item was wrong, and at the bottom was an unidentifiable jelly object - the only thing I could remotely relate it to was a chewed up fruit pastille at the bottom of my pasta pot. I feel sick. Tried to get through to the restaurant on the phone but no answer. Disgusting and I will NEVER be ordering from here again.

Paid for the food. Waited for 2 hours to be eventually told by Just Eat that food was delivered, which is incorrect. Hardest task in the world to try and talk to anyone or talk online and just subjected to a useless FAQ site on a recurring loop. Won't be using Just Eat again.

So inconsistent. Had one good order a few months back and have reordered several times since trying to recapture the magic. However each time has been worst than the last. Missing food, cancelled orders, food covered in Coca-Cola and my last order was undercooked crunchy pasta. Inedible.

Absolute slop! Don't generally leave bad reviews, it literally looks and tastes like a tesco microwave meal! Plus I didn't receive my whole order.

First time I’ve tried - AMAZING! So impressed! Defo be returning! Only I have one negative thing to say (unfortunately) the wrong dessert arrived.

The food was disgusting and I didn’t eat it. Half of the cup was filled with starchy pasta water and the meat/sauce was just carelessly slopped on top. The rosemary fries also had no rosemary in them…

I used to love this place, but it went downhill a few months back. First it was cold food and barely any sauce on the pasta, now my order wasn't even delivered to me and marked as delivered. Shame, because I used to really like their food.

Had an item missing from my order otherwise food was good as always.

If I could put zero stars I would… Terrible. This is the THIRD try with this place and yet again the order was wrong. Missing items & random items that we don’t eat. When we rang the restaurant they had the cheek to pass the blame to the delivery driver saying ‘he may have put his hand in and took stuff’ yet the bag had been sealed and how a delivery man could then create another two random pastas is a bit impossible. Don’t bother with a Grande as you’ll get a big pot of dry pasta with no meat in them and a bit dollop of sauce on top, just all round not worth it. I’ve spent a lot at this restaurant but it is poorly ran and will never be going here again.

The pasta was so disappointing, it was watery and had barely any sauce. It just tastes of nothing. The cheesy garlic bread wasn’t cheesy. It was sprinkled with something or other (couldn’t work out what but it wasn’t cheese.)

Took well over an hour to allocate a driver. And even tho it said the food wouldn’t be made til a driver was found, both the pasta and fries were freezing. And to add insult to injury, they sent the wrong drink too! First time using this branch, might be my last!

Unsure if pasta is meant to be hot or cold but arrived cold and pasta is massively under cooked. Still has a little crunch. Fries again cold but still enjoyable

Food arrived fast and was delicious. Unfortunately the roast chicken extra option was not warmed up properly and was cold inside. Not a big deal, but something the shop manager should know for future orders.

My food was absolutely delicious! The extra chilli oil and chilli flakes along with the cheese complimented my pasta so well. My mozzarella garlic bread was a great side too! Will definitely order again.

It was amazing to get one of my lunch favourites on just eat. The food was great as always and the delivery was friendly and on time. The first of many orders!
