KFC Orpington - High Street in Bromley

They spat in my drink and there are too many irresponsible young people roaming around bad place bad environment with lots of delinquents

Always a pleasure to eat here. My experiences are always positive and the staff are kind and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Even if something was not up to mark, I would mention it and it would be fixed immediately. The dining areas is kept clean and well presented. (Tables kept cleaned and the bins emptied regularly).The toilets are always kept clean and well presented. The staff are kind and helpful and treat me as a valued client. I could not be happier with this restaurant. Update: still top notch. Still lovely staff. Always proactive in offering help and the food is fresh and delicious. Clean premises and kept in great condition. Update: still top notch. Still agree with what was said above. Lovely staff and management who are proactive in offering help and kind. Well kept premises with great facilities. Food was hot and delicious. I have nothing but praise for them and wishing them all the success they richly deserve. Couldn't be happier

Second time I’ve gone in to order and they’ve got the order wrong when I get home to unbox it.

The food was never delivered. It’s was much more then over and hour. This is a shocking company just eat is a joke. Terrible service from start to when ever the food does not arrive. Couldn’t be any worse. As bad a review as I could give

This is the fourth consecutive time I have something missing from my order. It's really tedious. I don't see why I should over order just in case something is missing!

Don’t waste your time ordering. Ordered at 7:30pm it’s now nearly 10pm and it still preparing. I can’t get through on the phone and the support is abysmal.

The time shifted for delivery 3 times so what started off as 15-20 mins ended up being an hour from when I ordered the food.

Wings and burger looked and tasted as though they were stale.

Didn’t send the full order it was delivered incomplete. Ruined the meals.

We had our food delivered however a whole meal was missing! There is nothing more angering when you have food delivered and it’s not right or food is missing because it means you have to go without or a whole rigmarole to correct the issue meaning you are now left no longer hungry because your so frustrated. This is by far not the first time this has happened and we haven’t ordered from here in a long time because it kept happening. I can assure you I will no longer order from this store again! I got my money back through Uber however my issue was not with them but the incompetent staff you have working for you!

Good delivery but missing two items.

Just rubbish and lazy, a bag full of legs - I order chicken, specifically requested avoidance of legs. Or I would have ordered chicken wings. Entire meal wasted

Everytime I come to eat in here they never disappoint chicken is always crispy and succulent and service is quick, atmosphere is quiet atleast 1 or 2 people inside when I go. I always bring my bird here

Don’t bother Just get Morley’s they are cheaper you get more and the food tastes better. Left waiting 1hr 30mins for our order. Places needs shutting down. Franchisee doesn’t give a toss.

Every time I order from this KFC I am given ALL chicken legs which they are clearly doing deliberately - to palm them off on delivery customers who are less likely to complain. So - unless you like All chicken legs and no breast / thigh meat, don’t order from here.

Consistently gets orders wrong. Be careful with big orders and make sure you check in detail you have everything so you don't get cheated.

The packaging was ripped and soaking wet. I would have refused it but after waiting so long for food I was starving hungry. A earlier McDonalds delivery was delivered to the wrong address. Food delivery service is getting worse.

the delivery time kep lt getting later and later, no good for me as I have to take pils 15 minutes before food. also the box was put into the bag upside down and both the bag and box were soaking wet meaning the food was very soggy and cold

Honestly. I'm very annoyed. I went into store ordered a party bucket, 2 separate medium meals. I checked the separate meals before leaving and didn't not want to open the box up. I asked staff, everything there? She said yes. Took the food home to Sevenoaks. Opened up at nephews birthday dinner after a long day out doing activities. NO CHIPS.... they missed 6 regular chips out! We had to put chips in the oven.... kfc I spent £50 you owe me money... I should contact Headoffice in fact. I will. Disgusting. Slow down and get orders right!!!!

We ordered a Zinger meal and a promo of 2 Zinger and sides - total of 3 Zinger burgers but only 2 burgers were delivered

They forgot to put half my food in the bag!!! I went without food so the kids could eat. Absolutely crazy. A family of 4 and somehow going to get everyone full from 7 chicken strips, and a handful of popcorn chicken.

One of the worst KFC's I have ever been to. The food was below average. They stop letting you eat in an hour before they actually close. They don't tell you when they have ran out of something and instead just give you extra fries that are dry and bland and done even have any seasoning on. Wasn't a great experience and I'd never go back.

Been ignored 5 minutes by the cashier, she was taking care of the Uber eats driver who whole came after me, she wouldn't take my order when I was the only customer, she keeps repeating just 1 minute Sir, three or four times. Then someone cam out of the kitchen to take my order, but she stopped him and told him to carry on in the kitchen, she repeated to me another time, just 1 minutes Sir, three minutes later she was still ignoring me so I left 🤷‍♂️

These Orpington KFC is gone down to dust honestly. Giving us fries that are probably day old mixing with fresh ones. Don’t you think we won’t notice. They are hard as a stick. This is ridiculous honestly. Cheating people like this!!!!

Bit dissapointed really. Came in after work to eat before driving home to Dagenham, after ordering and waiting for the food was told it was takeaway only even though they was still open for over an hour Was a bit annoying but then my rice was replaced with chips, and extra chips ontop of that but non of them had any of the signature seasoning either. The gravy didnt have any flavour however the chicken pieces and zinger burger was average but wrap was very dry. Staff were pleasant enough i guess they wasnt rude or anything but wish id have been told about the rice as id have picked corn or something instead.

When I’m in the store I see drivers taking 1 delivery only yet whenever I order they make 2 or 3 stops before getting to me. Always cold because it’s driven all around Orpington before arriving!

Shocking the staff are rude, and the uber drivers try to barge past everyone without even apologising, waited half hour for a box meal because I kept getting uber drivers being made a priority ended up getting my money back and went to mcds
