Hi, Really disappointed with the sense of care that this chain in particular has. My previous order was missing the gravy and dips, but now I’ve realised I also received less chicken than ordered—only 4hot wings, 2 tenders, and 4 chicken pieces instead of 8 wings, 4 tenders, and 6 chicken literally rationing orders by half. To top it off, the food was dry and barely edible. This keeps happening with bucket orders via the app , it’s frustrating. I feel out of pocket and let down. You know things gone to hell when this is my first complaint ever, as I rarely have the sense to care or complain but this needs to be addressed immediately and promptly. Never will be ordering or visiting this place again as I had no resolution or refund!

What happened we normally get better chicken bits but we got only legs and thighs and obviously the boneless chicken

took over an hour to be delivered. one wrap had the wrong sauce, food was cold, looked like it had been thrown in the bag. honestly terrible

Forgot the hot wings. Says it on the receipt but they left it off the order. Ridiculous, didn’t order a lot either so should be easy pack. Obviously not

I pre ordered about three hours in advance and it manages to arrive LATE, with 2 missing items and the food that did arrive is cold????

Yet again in order a 4 piece meal and get 4 chicken legs. Fobbing off delivery customers with pieces that no one else wants.

It's a very nice clean atmosphere and the food is very fresh.

All good bar did not deliver BBQ BITES!!!! Considering I only ordered these plus a 6 piece bargain bucket, it was not the most difficult of orders to put together!!!!!

This is the third time this branch sends incomplete orders. It’s not difficult to match what’s on a receipt in a bag before sending it out. They’re relying customers being too far away to complain. Send what one orders. It’s as simple as that.

I ordered the burger meal and sweet chilli dipper bites instead of bites i received sweet chilly dipps. When i tried to contact them by call nobody picked the call

Took and hour and a half to arrive, rude driver

Food was lukewarm and chips were awful.

It come an 1 hour and 15 minutes late and all the food was cold will never be ordering from here again, i do expect a refund

I am a regular customer of KFC Orpington, I really love finger licking Fresh food, burgers every things, I was served by Ráfia at the till, she was so friendly. The store was clean and service was in a minute.

Update April 2025. Still my favourite place. The things mentioned below are still true..I am always welcomed as a valued client and made to feel welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed and a calm refuge to relax and enjoy a lovely time. The having of a disabled accessible toilet is a massive bonus in this part of town, along with the baby change table. The staff are lovely and very kind and take care of you. They take their lead from their lovely manager who is kind with a keen eye for detail. You can see that they are happy because they are smiling and enjoy their work. I can't praise the team and their manager highly enough. As before, it is always a pleasure to eat here. My experiences are always positive and the staff are kind and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Even if something was not up to mark, I would mention it and it would be fixed immediately. The dining areas is kept clean and well presented. (Tables kept cleaned and the bins emptied regularly).The toilets are always kept clean and well presented. The disabled toilet has a child / baby changing table which works. The staff are kind and helpful and treat me as a valued client. I could not be happier with this restaurant. Update: still top notch. Still lovely staff.

Food takes about 20 mins to actually get and watching them in the kitchen not a single person is wearing gloves and touching all the food.

Food was supposed to be delivered by 9.05pm and had not even begun cooking until 9.15pm. Very late to be delivered meaning order had been placed over an hour before it got here.

Hi I work as a delivery platform I want pick up an order ? twice I said the name on order they seems they don’t care they don’t care about the customer service and the service are very bad. I don’t know how they got this franchise over here. Whoever is running totally bad management in the Orpington area they need to change the attitude towards the customer. I’m mostly likely they need neat and clean it clean. But the management service are really bad. I recommend to the area avoid

Today I stood and watched 3 women with no orders refuse to take mine despite me standing there with cash in my hand for over 12 minutes . Two guys who had ordered at the kiosk noticed their ignorance of me too . I was about to leave when a make member of staff came and served me . The sniggering and refusal to acknowledge me as a customer was disgusting . If you don’t want to serve non Muslim women then work in Saudi not Orpington because Iam positive it was prejudice

I did not receive my order despite seeing the driver on the app driving up and down my road. I live in the only block of flats on the estate and put a note saying I live on the top floor.

Ordered the 10 piece variety bucket and they sent the 6 piece

I am never going to order KFC from Uber eats . It showed me wait of 30 minutes when I placed the order and the order came 2 hours late. And to top it , order was completely wrong . Please don't accept orders if you can't deliver orders on time. Also Uber eats apps suck big time . I couldn't see the cancel button and when I got it after going thru maze of links, chat agent just got stuck in a loop.

Best staff ever Michel and manager are amazing and the ladies are very good at their job highly recommend this store all the food is fresh and hot.

deliverd by push bike. cold drink in same part of bag reduced food temperature and it needed reheating. that reduces quality of food.

Order confirmed 17.22, arrived 18.30 from a distance less than a mile. All food was rather cold by then. Not recommended at all.

Food was stone cold. Had to heat the chips in the air fryer. The wraps had hardly anything in them and were also cold. Not worth 8.99 for a meal that’s for sure. Very disappointed at the quality from KFC

absolutely stone cold nearly a two hour wait ,if they can't cope stop taking orders , delivery driver couldn't find house ,wil not ever use again and do not recommend ,my wife came in from work and over two hours wait is truly unacceptable !

The food was about 40 minutes late. I had to call the restaurant and they said the food had been taken over 30 minutes prior and still didn’t arrive. The food is literally cold and not edible. Absolute disgrace

Friendly and quick service and clean

Driver had another drop off before us but majority of food was still hot. Only thing luke warm were the chips. If packaged differently this would not of been a problem. Delivery time did change but arrived at the later time of original estimate.

Haven't ordered from these clowns for a while. unfortunately we chose to use them today and they forgot most of the order. will never ever use kfc orpington again

Very average meal, Chips were terrible, undercooked & mushy.

The workers were so kind and the service was great. The food came out in no time and the restaurant was very clean.
