KFC Orpington - High Street in Bromley

Today I stood and watched 3 women with no orders refuse to take mine despite me standing there with cash in my hand for over 12 minutes . Two guys who had ordered at the kiosk noticed their ignorance of me too . I was about to leave when a make member of staff came and served me . The sniggering and refusal to acknowledge me as a customer was disgusting . If you don’t want to serve non Muslim women then work in Saudi not Orpington because Iam positive it was prejudice

I did not receive my order despite seeing the driver on the app driving up and down my road. I live in the only block of flats on the estate and put a note saying I live on the top floor.

I am never going to order KFC from Uber eats . It showed me wait of 30 minutes when I placed the order and the order came 2 hours late. And to top it , order was completely wrong . Please don't accept orders if you can't deliver orders on time. Also Uber eats apps suck big time . I couldn't see the cancel button and when I got it after going thru maze of links, chat agent just got stuck in a loop.

Best staff ever Michel and manager are amazing and the ladies are very good at their job highly recommend this store all the food is fresh and hot.

deliverd by push bike. cold drink in same part of bag reduced food temperature and it needed reheating. that reduces quality of food.

Order confirmed 17.22, arrived 18.30 from a distance less than a mile. All food was rather cold by then. Not recommended at all.

The staff were amazing we loved the experience, Tasmine at the till was exceptional and provided an amazing experience, we loved this night and will be returning multiple times. Micho was also great, we loved him.

The food was about 40 minutes late. I had to call the restaurant and they said the food had been taken over 30 minutes prior and still didn’t arrive. The food is literally cold and not edible. Absolute disgrace

My order was not delivered to me at all. Got delivered to a different house I have no food

Driver had another drop off before us but majority of food was still hot. Only thing luke warm were the chips. If packaged differently this would not of been a problem. Delivery time did change but arrived at the later time of original estimate.

Haven't ordered from these clowns for a while. unfortunately we chose to use them today and they forgot most of the order. will never ever use kfc orpington again

Very average meal, Chips were terrible, undercooked & mushy.

The workers were so kind and the service was great. The food came out in no time and the restaurant was very clean.

Came with wrong order he then left and went back to the last delivery address and picked up my order. Driver never came back after an hour wait. This is really not on I’m going to head to the store as have tried 7 times to call and no answer!!’ I want my tip back and any compensation as this is the second time kfc have got it wrong!!!

Surprisingly fast delivery, also good packaging

Driver clearly took on more than one delivery on opposite sides of the restaurant. When tracking started, the driver was far from both the restaurant and our house, in the opposite direction to our house. Obviously, he was delivering somewhere else which was not even on the way to our house. As a result, our food was late, cold and soggy.

We ordered .. 1 x Fillet Box Meal with one piece of chicken and 1 x Tower Fillet Box Meal with one piece of chicken. Unfortunately the Tower Fillet Box meal came without the hash brown potato inside. Disappointed.

Update January 2025. Always a pleasure to eat here. My experiences are always positive and the staff are kind and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Even if something was not up to mark, I would mention it and it would be fixed immediately. The dining areas is kept clean and well presented. (Tables kept cleaned and the bins emptied regularly).The toilets are always kept clean and well presented. The disabled toilet has a child / baby changing table which works. The staff are kind and helpful and treat me as a valued client. I could not be happier with this restaurant. Update: still top notch. Still lovely staff. Always proactive in offering help and the food is fresh and delicious. Clean premises and kept in great condition. Update: still top notch. Still agree with what was said above. shocking order....burgers were cold and flat in box....fries just piled in bag and just looked awful......Kids were looking forward to eating from KFC and what a let down.....Avoid if you want your food to look nice and hit when it arrives

Proper garbage, the amount of sauce in the burgers was hideous and food was cold. The delivery driver was brilliant, the standard of the food is nothing to do with him, the shop needs to get a grip.

First and last time ordering delivery from kfc in orpington, food was so COLD. My kids didn't even eat their fries. delivery guy didn't have a thermal bag. don't do it waste of money was not enjoyable at all.

I ordered a party bucket from kfc.My daughter chicken popcorn was missing.I requested a refund to which I've been refused.This is theft of my money as I didn't recieve the popcorn.I will stop using justeat as this is wrong not refunding customers.KFC you are disgraceful not putting my daughters chicken popcorn in the bag.

They cook the food as soon as you order and then leave it until the courier comes. Today we ordered at 18:07 and it came 19:25ish. It's our second bad experience having complained before.

beans were overcooked looked like they had been reheated several times. chips were stone cold and chicken was so greasy and also looked like it had been sitting out half the day. not impressed.

This was the first time i used a delivery service. Unfortunately a couple of items were missing. Not great when you’re hungry and paid have for it.

Mini fillet that arrived with order was the size of a chicken nugget and fries were stale.

Delivery driver left KFC with my order, went in the opposite direction to where I live. Took huge roundabout route. My food arrived stone cold. Very very unhappy. The driver gave no reason for this. I regret adding a tip to order.

Delivery was quick but the chicken was really over cooked. The chicken fillet burger was over cooked and lacked chicken. Get much better quality and quantity from Morley’s.
