Many items missing. Cery disappointing.

Surprisingly fast delivery, also good packaging

We ordered .. 1 x Fillet Box Meal with one piece of chicken and 1 x Tower Fillet Box Meal with one piece of chicken. Unfortunately the Tower Fillet Box meal came without the hash brown potato inside. Disappointed.

Driver clearly took on more than one delivery on opposite sides of the restaurant. When tracking started, the driver was far from both the restaurant and our house, in the opposite direction to our house. Obviously, he was delivering somewhere else which was not even on the way to our house. As a result, our food was late, cold and soggy.

shocking order....burgers were cold and flat in box....fries just piled in bag and just looked awful......Kids were looking forward to eating from KFC and what a let down.....Avoid if you want your food to look nice and hit when it arrives

My order was missing an item - Kansas chicken bites

Proper garbage, the amount of sauce in the burgers was hideous and food was cold. The delivery driver was brilliant, the standard of the food is nothing to do with him, the shop needs to get a grip.

Food should have been hot but it was just warm. Dampened the experience of eating my favorite take out meal

First and last time ordering delivery from kfc in orpington, food was so COLD. My kids didn't even eat their fries. delivery guy didn't have a thermal bag. don't do it waste of money was not enjoyable at all.

I ordered a party bucket from kfc.My daughter chicken popcorn was missing.I requested a refund to which I've been refused.This is theft of my money as I didn't recieve the popcorn.I will stop using justeat as this is wrong not refunding customers.KFC you are disgraceful not putting my daughters chicken popcorn in the bag.

All happened within about half an hour, arrived hot and driver was friendly

They cook the food as soon as you order and then leave it until the courier comes. Today we ordered at 18:07 and it came 19:25ish. It's our second bad experience having complained before.

beans were overcooked looked like they had been reheated several times. chips were stone cold and chicken was so greasy and also looked like it had been sitting out half the day. not impressed.

This was the first time i used a delivery service. Unfortunately a couple of items were missing. Not great when you’re hungry and paid have for it.

Mini fillet that arrived with order was the size of a chicken nugget and fries were stale.

Delivery driver left KFC with my order, went in the opposite direction to where I live. Took huge roundabout route. My food arrived stone cold. Very very unhappy. The driver gave no reason for this. I regret adding a tip to order.

Delivery was quick but the chicken was really over cooked. The chicken fillet burger was over cooked and lacked chicken. Get much better quality and quantity from Morley’s.

Missing items again!! Every time we order there are items not included. Really disappointing when you get the delivery and one person only has half a meal. Delivery times are fine but the meal packing in store isn’t fantastic. Meals come loose in the bottom of the bag and we have to re package them before dishing up. Won’t be ordering from this branch again.

I would mark is zero stars if I could. Ordered on Uber eats. After an hour and a half and being designated 3 drivers, still nothing. So I drove down there and it was absolute chaos. Around 7 Uber drivers all trying to pick up their orders and people who were dining in - one told me they were waiting for 25 minutes for food. I spoke to cashier after waiting for a further 10 minutes who called a manger over who said they are preparing my order now (please note by this point I was waiting an hour and 40 minutes since the point of order). The food then arrived to which they said they can’t give me the food as they have to give it to a driver. I told them I wasn’t leaving without my food so if they could cancel the order I would pay at the till and they refused. I asked them to the pass it to a driver and they could give it to me at the counter. This took a further ten minutes. When they passed me my food they got my order completely wrong. In the end I gave the food back as I was beyond fuming at this point. I understand that it was a Saturday night, but if you cannot handle the influx of customers you need to: get new management, hire new staff or take less orders. I will never order from this store again. Disappointing is an understatement. They should consider new management, more staff or shutting all together.

I am heartily fed up with KFC Orpington. I have ordered from them several times and have reported missing items or wrong items on FIVE occasions. I have given them enough chances, but enough is enough. I will not order from them again.

The KFC coating from here is bland, it's like they are skimping on the secret herbs and spices on all their chicken. At least it's cooked and hot, but otherwise disappointing tastewise.

They spat in my drink and there are too many irresponsible young people roaming around bad place bad environment with lots of delinquents

Always a pleasure to eat here. My experiences are always positive and the staff are kind and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Even if something was not up to mark, I would mention it and it would be fixed immediately. The dining areas is kept clean and well presented. (Tables kept cleaned and the bins emptied regularly).The toilets are always kept clean and well presented. The staff are kind and helpful and treat me as a valued client. I could not be happier with this restaurant. Update: still top notch. Still lovely staff. Always proactive in offering help and the food is fresh and delicious. Don’t waste your time ordering. Ordered at 7:30pm it’s now nearly 10pm and it still preparing. I can’t get through on the phone and the support is abysmal.

Wings and burger looked and tasted as though they were stale.

The time shifted for delivery 3 times so what started off as 15-20 mins ended up being an hour from when I ordered the food.

Didn’t send the full order it was delivered incomplete. Ruined the meals.

We had our food delivered however a whole meal was missing! There is nothing more angering when you have food delivered and it’s not right or food is missing because it means you have to go without or a whole rigmarole to correct the issue meaning you are now left no longer hungry because your so frustrated. This is by far not the first time this has happened and we haven’t ordered from here in a long time because it kept happening. I can assure you I will no longer order from this store again! I got my money back through Uber however my issue was not with them but the incompetent staff you have working for you!

Good delivery but missing two items.

Just rubbish and lazy, a bag full of legs - I order chicken, specifically requested avoidance of legs. Or I would have ordered chicken wings. Entire meal wasted

Everytime I come to eat in here they never disappoint chicken is always crispy and succulent and service is quick, atmosphere is quiet atleast 1 or 2 people inside when I go. I always bring my bird here

Don’t bother Just get Morley’s they are cheaper you get more and the food tastes better. Left waiting 1hr 30mins for our order. Places needs shutting down. Franchisee doesn’t give a toss.
