Couldn't be on time to their own funeral evidently XD Two orders, on separate dates, both over 30 mins past the delivery time stated.

Over 90 minutes to deliver despite original estimation being 15-20 minutes. When I called they said there was only one driver on and it would be a little longer. When it arrives, inevitably the warm items were cold and the bread had hardened. Frustrating.

Absolute disgrace!! My food was cold and was very late delivering!! The driver had dropped my food off eventually and said to me do you like cherry coke knowing I ordered a normal full fat coke!! He came to hand my order and said he had forgotten the right bottle!! I then proceeded to open the bag to absolutely no drink in there!! Fuming isn’t the word!! Absolute disgraceful place I highly recommend no one goes there or orders from there! I’ve called the store 11 times and each call got ignored!

Absolutely awful service waited over 2 hours for food that was cold as had been sat there for hours. Rang twice and was offered a free cookie as compensation and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and would not listen to anything I was trying to say. Absolutely awful customer service, definitely avoid.

Awful service, still waiting after 2 hours and 15 mins. Made 5 phone calls to be told we had ordered too much (4 sandwiches) that’s why it was so long. I believe it was delivered to the wrong address and then re made. Food was cold. Hardly any filling. Very disappointed for £25.00.

2 hour wait just kept postponing, we called they said they would deliver by a certain time, then called to say another 20 minutes by this time we no longer wanted so we cancelled the order

Missing items from my sandwich all pilled on in the kiddle jotging at the ends just a complete utter mess not toasted and no cheese missing crisps waste of money

Absolutely disgusting service and even worse attitudes. Ordered off Uber eats selected no salad or sauce, food come 1 hour 15 later full of salad and sauce. Called to say order was wrong , they apologised and said the correct order would be sent out. 1 hour later called to see where food was to be told it was my mistake and they won’t be sending a sandwich. Woman got arsey on the phone when I explained it was a problem with Uber eats and wasn’t interested in making right there mistakes. Shocking service and rest assured we won’t be returning. Jokers

Although the wrong order got delivered, the restaurant made sure to fix the problem and deliver the correct order. They were very kind and understanding over the phone so I have nothing negative to say.

I haven't been to subway for a while but due to working over the holiday period I haven't had chance to get to the supermarket and it's closed today (New Year's day) so I popped in for a sandwich for my lunch. The girls who were on were both busy preparing a big delivery order when I got there but one of them stopped for a moment to sort my order out. Despite working on a holiday she was cheerful and polite and had a great positive energy about her. She is a real credit to the store and I very much appreciated service with a smile.

the driver arrive at my address and didn't listen to simple instructions, he just walk off back to his car. told his manager he ask for a code to get into our building....we don't have a code it's a buzzer. and he said we wasn't answering the door how can we answer the door if he's in his car? was told to contact just eat for a refunded and they gave me lousy £2.91. what a joke! no food and lost out on money because driver didn't understand simple English. the door on right by bin shed.

This is the second time I have ordered from this subway and both times I have not been able to eat the food as it is poor quality not like the usual subway I use that is always fresh this one the first time I ordered was a breakfast item so I thought it may just be that it’s breakfast and that can be hit and miss but the sandwich and meatballs I have just received were the same just not nice at all
