Subway in Walsall

nachos were abit burnt but everything else was lovely. As a pickle lover please when someone orders pickles please but more than 10 on the sub please! We want at least 40/50!

This is the second time I have ordered from this subway and both times I have not been able to eat the food as it is poor quality not like the usual subway I use that is always fresh this one the first time I ordered was a breakfast item so I thought it may just be that it’s breakfast and that can be hit and miss but the sandwich and meatballs I have just received were the same just not nice at all

the driver arrive at my address and didn't listen to simple instructions, he just walk off back to his car. told his manager he ask for a code to get into our building....we don't have a code it's a buzzer. and he said we wasn't answering the door how can we answer the door if he's in his car? was told to contact just eat for a refunded and they gave me lousy £2.91. what a joke! no food and lost out on money because driver didn't understand simple English. the door on right by bin shed.

On time after the order delivery time was adjusted.

Ordered through Just Eat. Added a note for no cheese. Called as I suspected their incompetence. Mentioned that I wanted no cheese twice and guess what? Cheese. Absolute idiots. Don't go here, eat something off the floor instead.

The was delivered on time but they ignored my request to remove some ingredients.

I placed a note to say the salad that I would like. they completely got it wrong and added cucumber when I can't stand it and wouldn't ever ask for this. also they put some kind of sause on the sub that wasn't on the list or what I ask for.

There was hardly any filling and it was awful

There was so little salad in the box we could see the box bottom through the sparce lettuce! There was one slice of tomato! The bread was stale on the foot long sub. They said they were too busy to fill the salad boxes and blames the stale bread on being toasted which it was not. No refund given! Do not go there! Too expensive for a couple of lettuce leaves!

The delivery guy likes to take a piss outside ur house after delivering, the manger came back with to clean it up afterwards.. safe to say won't be ordering again

They were SUPER kind, they were running a little late which you know i didn't mind but to make up for it they sent me a Free Cookie!! I didn't mind waiting a little longer if I got my food. Everything was delicious and the Cookie being free made it even better lol!!

Delivery driver confirmed delivery 10 mins before even arriving and then half of the food order was missing! Will not be ordering again!

Ordered from here many times so I’m use to it being late. It’s gotten worse!!! Except over an hour delivery as a standard and it will be freezing cold as couriers never use thermal bags. Restaurant doesn’t care so don’t bother complaining… you have been warned…

I ordered my food at 13:25 and its still not here at 15:10, I have called the restaurant twice now to be told the driver is 5 minutes away yet im still waiting 20min after the last call. Never ordering again from here again if I knew it was going to be this late I would have ordered elsewhere

Order was fine. Not too impressed at the fact I walked into the Subway branch and ordered the cookie dough, to be told there was none left (along with a nervous laugh by the server). Walked out unconvinced, and took a chance, and ordered it online from the branch I'd just walked into, and lo and behold, it turned up within 10 minutes, after being told they had none in stock.

Ordered through Dilveroo, order came but was missing an item. Tried to dispute the issue by calling Subway, customer service was awful, super unhelpful and promised to call back once the lady had resolved the issue. No call back, I phoned back again to ask for an update and the lady promised the delivery driver would come back to re-delivery the missing item. It has been an hour now. No call back No apology No delivery driving No refund. Be careful to check your order is all there before their delivery man leaves. Won't be ordering again.

although delivery was late twice the service was great by the staff they even threw me some extr cookies to apologize. first time ever had a delivery issue. bur sorted quickly

As I work in an office our break times are set. I was notified twice of the delays with my order (after break) to then finically receive mine and my colleagues food which was freezing. Also both sandwich’s stated toasted but arrived not toasted.

We often visit the Subway store in Brownhills high street for lunch and it’s always a pleasant experience. All the staff are great with us, very friendly and polite, and certainly serve up a nice sub. Highly recommended Subway.

i used to love subway and was really excited for my order. to my disgust, everything tasted really off and was cold anyways. they forgot my cookies and didn’t even put cheese on my subs! so disappointed

After our ordered was delayed the one sub was the wrong bread, we ordered the breakwich and neither had hash brown on them like advertised and then the portions of extra hash browns were not right.... Only had 5 in one and they were cold! I wouldnt waste your money ordering.

Didn’t ask for cheese and onion crisps with my foot long but got them and my hashbrowns tasted horrible and cold. Please give me a refund

Disappointed. It Didn’t arrive until 1 hour 30 minutes after my order was accepted. If you’re busy, notify the customer it will take longer as I would of cancelled. Please don’t accept orders saying it will be 15-30 then make them wait 1 hour 30 for a now stale ( from being warmed up & gone cold ) sandwich / and other items in my order. Waste of money last time we have a subway!

food was freezing cold, took 45 mins from being told it was on its way to be delivered and i live a 5 min drive away. rang to ask where it was lady hung up on me.

Normally quality is better than today

The veggie delight was absolutely soaked with mayonnaise which made it soggy. There was about 4 pieces of cucumber 6 pieces of sweetcorn and 2 red onions the rest was like they had poured a whole bottle of mayonnaise on. It was all cold when it got here too

delivery guy defo nailed the delivery apart as stated dog will bark and the guy knew what to do! food was delicious and even the dog loved it! (the meatball) would defo order again!
