Subway in Walsall

The Oreo cake was stale, I’ve also been given stale cookies from here before. Usually I have no issues as I order from here often and it’s usually all good, however they need to start checking their foods shelf life before sending it out.

Great speed and definitely worth the price.

Appaling mannerism from the member of staff over the phone. Order was saying delivered it wasnt so i was chasing. She kept asking me for postcode & we both gave it how many times. Then order turned up & she's still insisting for our postcode.

Delivery was nearly 45 minutes late and finally came when my lunch break was over. Not happy!

Can’t even make a proper sandwich here food turned up soggy an the bread was ripped which caused the toppings to fall out

Self-ordering on screens rather than the usual way. Lost its USP You can't see the ingredients any more nor specify amount of bits and sauce. My friend made an error when ordering due to the new process and was told refunds were impossible as there was no manager in. Subway has lost is one unique selling point imo. Absolutely rushed and service too slow!!

The turkey ham wrap was delicious and I enjoyed every mouthful, the salad I normally love the salad but today I was left disappointed the reason why is there were no pickles in the salad and instead there was olives and jalapeno peppers which I didn't want in my salad and don't usually get any in the salad from Subway anyway. The cookie was absolutely delicious and mouthwatering and so gooey.

Toilets out of order, poor service, staff on mobile behind counter. Had to go else where to use toilet, no signage that it was out of order, piles of rubbish left on the floor while trying to clean up, the subway order was given onion when not chosen, the nacho meal deal was only given 2 small pieces of chicken even tho the POS clearly shows atleast 3 large chicken pieces, I complained and all I got was its a meal deal it's only £3.99. My argument was well your gonna sell it like that in the photo then it should match it. I had to go back to the counter for my cookies and drinks, twice. Absolute joke. Never using again. While eating in I noticed other customers complaining about their orders and leaving unhappy. Absolute joke.

Thanks for not forgetting my drink this time. The footlong hardly had any chicken in there and just salad. I ordered a chicken tikka footlong not a salad one. It tasted alright.

The waffle fries seemed old and reheated, went straight to the bin. But the chicken tikka was loaded and delicious. Will try again next time but without the waffle fries.

my chipotle bites were mouldy and cold growing hair and when i took it to the staff they were rude and when a number was called out they screamed at the customer and food wasn’t even ready

Great customer service , friendly staff always makes the subways perfect . Would definitely recommend. I’m this subway is halal .the staff always listen to any criticism about the food and they make the changes to offer a good service .

The workers were very rude and spray painting in open areas all you could smell is chemical fumes whilst eating

Very fast delivery, very polite courier , and food was very well made and still warm, will be ordering again.

Walked in with my sister at 07/12/24 hoping to have a great experience as usual, however we where greeted with 2 rude workers who where rushing us with our order and where very rude, one was getting confused with the offers and they said the toilet didn’t work but I saw one of the workers go In there and use it, they where speaking to each other in their own language but I couldn’t understand them which made me very uncomfortable, won’t be coming again

ordered 3 foot long with different filling, different veg selection and cheese. 2 out of three were wrong, had to come back o to check my receipt and yh completely wrong. we were so hungry we ended picking and throwing out the veg selection, even still i kept chewing into black olives till the end.

I’m actually disgusted with this service my food is an hour late , my food is stone cold , the Dorito have no cheese in , and the cookies missing , absolutely terrible service , I would like my full refund as the food as all gone in the bin

Harman was great, I forgot to add my sauce for my hash browns and she went the extra mile by phoning me to ask, she also sent a cookie for the trouble

Food wasn't as tasty as usual the breakfast sub the sausage patty tasted bland tonight and I didn't get my foot long cookie instead I got a box of 12 cookies which are nice but I was looking forward to my footlong cookie.

My food was absolutely amazing still lovely and hot and toasty and the staff at the shop even phoned me explaining because I ordered early that my order might be late so they threw in a free cookie 🍪 and they absolutely amazing service

I ordered it before my lunch break so by the time it arrives it is around my lunch. But I had to stand in cold for 30 minutes they kept telling me 2 minutes 2 minutes. So not happy with this service and I would like to get a full refund.

To my surprise food arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected time. Delivery guy had to wait and he was very patient and kind.

I ordered twice and the making of Sandwich was variable both times, first time it was overloaded with sweet corns and the second time it was so dry without having appropriate amount of sauce that it was like getting stuck in my throat 🙂
