Ordered 2x Footlong and the Furious Chicken was incorrect size and was nothing but salad that got thrown away due to how nasty it tasted. If you can't be bothered do it correctly should of just left it off the order.

Yesterday I visited in Stoke beach near railway station subway and staff were very disappointed and very bad behaviour I just also ask for extra sauce because I like spicy and they rejected and tell me you are not allowed next time in subway what is this rubbish ? I general think, customer service skills can be improved for the young ladies who work behind subway. Also one young ladies went on there phones and after did not wash there hands which was disgusting. Which in my eyes it would be called Food safety Pratices and handling with care.

I had an awful experience at this Subway . The server, Mani, was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked about a 50% off offer on a footlong, he told me to download the app. After downloading, I asked for help navigating the app but he ignored me twice, prioritizing cleaning tasks despite there being 45 minutes until closing and no other customers. When I asked for help again, he rudely told me he was busy and to just order if I couldn't find the offer. He then insulted me, questioning if it was my first time at Subway and why I didn't know how to use the app, which was incredibly embarrassing. When I inquired if he was having a bad day, he admitted he was covering someone else's shift. To make matters worse, he made my order with minimal chicken and sauces, resulting in a dry, unappetizing sandwich. Avoid this location at all costs.

Bread was stale, meatballs were freezing cold but the rest of the sub was warm, not sure how? Lettuce was extremely soggy and limp. Garlic cheese bread had no garlic on, and the tiniest sprinkle of cheese on and again it was stale. Seen a better sandwich made by a 5 year old which is impressive because as soon as the wrapping came off everything fell out. Never ordering from this store again!

Had a chicken teriyaki from here which gave me a touch of food poisoning, not surprised looking at the place its not the greatest in cleanliness but when you're in a rush needs must, when getting served the lad on the till was quite alright, but the girl serving was a nightmare she was so rude and obnoxious, I asked what drink I could have with the meal deal and she said any cup drink or water, so I said it doesn't matter I wanted a robinsons and the girl in a very rude manner said "I just said that", she clearly didn't as the lad on the till rolled his eyes and said she's having a bad day..not my problem I'm afraid, you took the job so try doing it properly..I will not be visiting this subway again after this experience!

Quite like the subs here. Like the ham with cheese and poached egg. Tried the gravy for the first time and thought it had a peculiar taste so wouldn’t buy again. Also tried the pigs in blankets and they were ok. Edit/ just received a bad sub. Not using this place again. Whoever made this doesn’t care. Much worse than the others Despite saying I wouldn’t go back, I did! 8 months later. Haha. 6/10. Ok.

i come here a lot. the food is subway so you can’t really complain about it , the staff are usually very friendly. but today was awful , i ordered my sandwich and it was a set sandwich , i then asked for a few salad items to be swapped which clearly isn’t difficult but the staff member decided to say “could’ve just said that” when repeating what salads i wanted. i then went to pay and i asked to scan my subcard and the woman proceeded to say to her colleague “could’ve just said before hand” and then left me to pay without saying thanks or anything. i don’t know their names but they are twins i think , they’re so rude and impolite everytime i come here. they make me not want to come anymore.

Everytime I order from here they always get my order wrong, today orderd a tuna sub and they put bbq sauce all over it and killed the sub absolutely disgusting why they would do that idk was told to request a refund and reorder but refunds take upto 5 days.... The food was horrendous. The wrap was toasted - however, supposed to be toasted without the salad on. The lettuce, tomato and cucumber were really hot - as you can imagine it was horrible and I had to throw it away. The salad box my colleague had, was horrible the lettuce and spinach was wilted and was just not enjoyable, half of this was thrown away.

I'm not really bothered too much about the late delivery time it was the lack of respect that I received from the driver. He could not find my address so kept driving around my street, I ended up going outside in the snow to find him to which he started yelling at me and blaming me for him not finding my house. He did not attempt to call me and I was in shock as to how he treated me, I will be very cautious to order from here again if this is the behaviour of the drivers.

Good location, not much else about. Reasonably friendly staff. I think they changed the layout and the queueing area feels very claustrophobic and narrow. The drink machine was out of order so I had to pay extra for a bottle, that's not right. When I got the bottle it was warm, and I asked for a different bottle, but it too was warm. They may be trying to save on electricity but it's just annoying for customers and leaves them with a bad taste.

The delivery driver gave us our food, but when we opened the bag some items were missing. The driver drove away before we could ask. We phoned the restaurant but they said they couldn't do anything and told us that we had to contact Just Eat not them, despite them being the ones who made the food. When contacting just eat for our problem, all we could do was email them and not phone them, and were told we would get a response in 2 to 3 days. How is that going to help when the food is delivered today? Despite the food being nice, we didnt get all the items we paid for, and the overall service to amend our problem has been poor.

It’s a subway so you get what you get nice food but my review is 2 stars because of the obnoxiously rude worker who, when I was deciding what to have, made me feel like she was rushing me because she can’t be bothered to do her job let alone put on a smile. Dark hair, didn’t get her name but not a good look for customers, actually sped ate my food just to get away from her, think she even muttered something about me to her colleague which I didn’t catch.

Terrible Customer Service – Zero Compassion or Communication! I booked a stay at the Beaufort Hotel through Booking.com but was unable to attend due to my partner unexpectedly going into labor. Obviously, this was an urgent and unforeseen situation. We contacted the hotel immediately to explain and request either a refund or to reschedule our stay, fully understanding that these things happen. However, the hotel's response has been utterly disappointing. Despite calling numerous times, we were constantly promised that someone would "call us back" — yet no one ever did. It’s now been weeks, and not a single follow-up. They have completely ignored multiple emails and requests through Booking.com as well. The complete lack of communication and empathy is appalling, especially considering the situation. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — just some basic customer service and decency. Clearly, they’re only interested in taking your money, and once they have it, don’t expect any help if something goes wrong. I strongly advise against booking with the Beaufort Hotel. Their customer service is non-existent, and they have shown zero compassion in handling our situation. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid!

Had Sunday lunch here, very tough, fatty beef, and the side order of cauliflower cheese was ridiculously hard. Then for dessert I ordered a fruit crumble, and to my disappointment the topping was just a crushed biscuit which was hard , and in no way resembled a traditional crumble. When I complained to the manager, he insisted that it ‘was a crumble’. I think he should revise what a crumble consists of before adding it to the menu.

Due to stay here after a gig in the castle on the 17th of August. The day before, had a message to say that our room we were due to stay in had been flooded, and no other rooms were available. This had been booked since January, so why it was specifically “our”designated room I have no idea. Multiple attempts at contacting them by phone have failed. No other hotel rooms available in Chepstow at such short notice, and has resulted in us having to book a hotel out of the area and booking taxis there and back, so a lot of extra expense. Highly suspicious and extremely poor customer service. Think twice before booking here folks
