You got my order wrong I want a refund.

Wrong chicken in the sub. Kinda thrown together and not sure everything else was correct either. Weird, mildly unpleasant and disappointing. Too hungry and busy to arrange a replacement. At least it was edible.

Honestly the amount of times this shop keep making the wrong thing is astonishing. It’s more hassle than it’s worth. Go elsewhere.

Cucumbers are green and tomatoes are red yet the worker at subway couldn’t work it out

Doesn't open when it says and often closes early. Opens after 10:30am and will close 10-20 minutes early

Sandwich was great , fresh, bread toasted, all ingredients asked for was granted, delivery was good. Delicious had an enjoyable meal.

My food came cold and all the filling came out of the roll

I had meatballs and nachos. That Abab guy is fantastic. He made a clean and nice sub.

Absolutely rubbish, hard half cooked cookie dough and couldnt even give a bit of ice-cream and drink was half full but quick enough to take your money

Order was on time but missing half my order and I didn’t order much! Just a meal deal and footlong cookie and only go the sub from my meal deal and no cookie!

Not hot enough, delivery driver was delivering other orders 2 in a different area further away from my address and food was cold

Second time (in a row as well) they’ve messed my order up and both times its arrived 30mins late. Cold, missing items & the first order had the wrong items completely & was still missing items off of the other persons order I received. Ridiculous service. Dont bother wasting your money.

I couldn’t change my review from today so I went to a past one there is either hard plastic or a tooth in my food and I am so disgusted.

Late and cold. Told me my order was on the way and then detoured for an extra 15 mins to another order. By the time the order has come back to me it’s freezing

The app informed me that my order was being delivered. However, I could see the rider waited 10 minutes before leaving as he was waiting for 2 other orders. These were delivered before my order. The food arrived cold.

I have sent a request for a refund still not heard nithing

Unfortunately I have food poisoning from a meatball foot long. These things happen sometimes. I just hope the branch ensure food safety is it's highest priority. Now I'm off work been 2 days so far.. very expensive footlong that was

Bread was a little stale, but other than that the food was great and it was delivered on time.

Asked for no cheese as I hate cheese and its come with cheese alot of money wasted on something I now can not eat. Happens all the time so stopped ordering for a while thought give another go and no nothing changed they don't read order properly to busy rushing hopefully will get refund as alot of money now for subway to just throw away.

Wow 2 bits of onion and 3 x 1 cm of lettuce. Everything else is missing.

Driver had the delivery for 20 mins and food was cold. Shrugged when I said it was cold at the door.

On time and friendly delivery. Nacho Chicken Bites were freezing cold, as if just taken from fridge - wraps hadn't been toasted either. First time Subway has been sub standard for me.

This branch has never got my delivery order right. My last order will be exactly that - my last, I won’t be ordering again as it’s ridiculous that two meal deals (a foot-long and a six-inch) have that many issues when I’m paying 30 quid for the ‘privilege’. This time, both drinks were missing entirely (ones that I paid and extra pound supplement for), sauces were missing and fillings were missing from both subs (that were not complicated orders - the breakfast sub with nothing added/taken out and a chicken sub with added salami and sweetcorn). Delivery has been fine and the delivery man is lovely and cheery but it doesn’t really make up for the other issues. Absolutely not worth the money.

Unfortunately my last 3 orders have been incorrect.

Rahi provided excellent customer service. Went over and beyond to make our experience a one to remember.

Extra cookies ordered were missing, have contacted just eat for a refund. Wrong crisps sent with both meals and the cookies we did get were rock hard, nice if that’s how you like them but not for us.

Order was not followed correctly. Subs not toasted. Nachos were abysmal, very little salsa, maybe a pinch of cheese that had been disintegrated, and the Doritos tasted like stale cardboard.

driver stole my food. marked the order as delivered despite them being three minutes away from my property. tried to call the restuarant three times but was ignored. will be seeking a refund

Missing food, it is the second time this is happening, that food was for a child.. who is now very unhappy as the rest of the kids are eating!! Atrocious!!!!

Mark down on the food. As the bread is half as wide as it use to be.

The delivery was fine but the sandwich was one of the worst I’ve had at subway…stale bread and not hardly enough filling except for the sauce which was drenched in it. Haven’t had a subway for a while and doubt I will have another one anytime soon .
