It's worst service ever. Always waiting time is15-25 min. Please change staff

there were supposed to be 3 rainbow cookies but somebody wrote on the packet there wasn't any left but when i had a bite of a cookie it was nuts and it was not clarified anywhere that the cookies were changed to nuts and somebody in my household had an allergic reaction to it and had to use an epi pen. this was a horrible experience!!

Food was ice cold, they didn’t bother toasting it. First time eating ice cold soft bread at subway

The time kept changing when the Oder arrived there was more filling in the cardboard insert than in the sub what was in the sun fell out and the bread just sort of disintegrated very poor

One of a few fast food outlets that have GF rolls,vegan cheese as well as other vegan options. The friendliness of the staff at this particular outlet is such an added bonus and they soon get to know their regulars and greet you with smiling faces.

Items missing. Hash brown burnt. No filling to sub. Waste of money.

I love the steak, with onion, cheese & mayo. My husbands favourite is Tuna, mayo & salad.

Driver was sat waiting for the order for over an hour. When the food arrived, we were missing half our items. On an item we had cheese on, the melted cheese was cold as if it had been sat there for ages. Absolutely poor service.

Delivery time kept changing and no contact from the shop to explain the extreme delay. Wasn’t a big order either. Then the hot food and cold drinks got put in the same small bag together, so my food was cold when it got here. Horrible service

Hot food was packed in with cold bottled drinks. Condensation from that caused bread to be soggy and fall apart. Cheese bites were stone cold and undercooked! Nachos had very few toppings and cheese was rock hard too! £32 and absolutely shocking inedible food (if you can call it that)

Not the best. Service is very slow as there is, most of the time just one attendant. Bad service from the owner.

Upon entry, the Subway counter is immediately to your left, making it very accessible and easy to locate for a smooth pickup. This efficient setup allows for a quick in-and-out, ensuring that the food remains fresh for delivery and that I can maintain a punctual service. What truly set this visit apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by an employee - the girl with tattoos. Her presence behind the counter was impossible to miss. Her energy was infectious; she was dynamic, and her positive attitude seemed to light up the space. It's not just her energetic vibe but also her professionalism that impressed me. She was adept at handling the rush, maintaining composure, and ensuring that every order, including mine, was prepared with care and attention to detail. Her communication skills were top-notch. She acknowledged my arrival promptly, confirmed the details of the order with precision, and provided me with all the necessary information without me having to ask. This level of attentiveness is not something I encounter every day, and it speeds up the process considerably. In the service industry, the human element can make all the difference. Interactions with personnel like this young lady are what make my job enjoyable. It's not just about picking up and dropping off; it's about the positive exchanges that occur in between. She radiated such positivity that it carried with me throughout my day, making the usual routine feel a little less mundane. In conclusion, my experience at Subway, Herlington Centre, was significantly enhanced by the outstanding service provided by the girl working that day. Not only was the pickup smooth and the location convenient, but the interaction with such a spirited and efficient staff member made for an excellent visit. It's encounters like these that remind me why I love what I do. I look forward to returning and hope that her exemplary service is recognized as it truly sets the standard for others in the industry.

2 foot long subway meals, both requested with double meat and extra cheese. Also requested not toasted. Both turned up without the extras, and toasted. Only gave us 1 cookie, which was a chocolate chip that we didn’t ask for. We asked for 2 Cherry Bakewell. Absolutely awful experience, will be unlikely to come back here again.

Ordered a foot long sub (confirmed by receipt) and was only given a 6”. Food also arrived 20 minutes after latest delivery time.

If you're gonna order subway, pick a different store. No matter how many times I have had to call up, they bag your food and drink in the same bat. Making my sub thats supposed to be warm and toasted into cold and sometimes damp. They have not yet learned and this review is because I've simply had enough and given enough chances.

Burnt nachos, no cookie, a 500ml drink when it said 1.5l. Not happy

Even though it was “on time” I ordered it over an hour before it arrived. When it arrived food was just about warm. The delivery driver was a nice guy.

I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady today at 3pm. She made the best chicken breast salad I've ever had! It looked and tasted amazing. The service was the best I've ever experienced at Subway!

I went here a few weeks ago and had the worst service I've had in any subway ever. The staff acted like they were being held there against their will, they were so miserable, and the lady who served me had no understanding of food hygiene. First, she coughed into her hand and then proceeded to make my sandwich with her coughed on fingers instead of washing them. Then, I asked for marinara sauce and she took a spoonful out of the meatballs instead of walking down to where there was a tub of marinara sauce without meatballs in it - I'm allergic to beef so this would have been a massive problem. I then told her to use the other tub of sauce, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Clearly the working environment is unpleasant for the staff, as they're miserable, and more training needs to be done on food hygiene. It was an appalling experience.

Food on the menu that was unavailable - when the restaurant called us to inform us we have to change the order we were told 'to hurry up because they have other orders to make'. The food was completely wrong. No subs were correct. Overall the staff member we spoke to was rude, the food was wrong. We are an office that order food regularly elsewhere and never have this problem. Embarrassing really for the branch.
