I was here on Friday afternoon and felt so bad for the two staff working there. The queue was so long that it was taking 35-45 minutes on average for people to get their food. Everyone was annoyed or angry and the two staff were working so hard and being so polite and patient. They need more staff!

Went day 1, this was a pretty good Taco Bell. The staff were clearly hammered with so many delivery and takeaway orders so we had to wait a while for the food. The food was tasty and hot.

This was a great joint for lunch, with many self-service kiosks available. Chicken burrito was tasty and the fries were fresh, refillable drinks machine is ready for efficient usage too! Seating is comfortable, although service was slow as similar orders from after were given out before mine.

Did not make a purchase as the only sell sugar free drinks which contain acesulfame k or aspartame

J'étais toute contente de trouver de la nourriture mexicaine car il n'y a pas ce genre de resto par chez nous. On a pris un taco au poulet, un burrito et des nachos au fromage.... Sur l'écran notre commande était censée être prête mais arrivée au comptoir, le serveur m'a demandé ce que je voulais et a seulement commencé à préparer pour nous. Ce n'était pas mauvais mais les portions sont petites au vu du prix. Mon compagnon m'a dit que c'était meilleur quand je les préparais à la maison. Je pense que je n'y retournerai pas.

Very slow. I had to wait because the box wasn't working. The place to eat very dirty. I had to clean the table with some napkins that I ordered in a box. Just coming for a food emergency otherwise it's not worth it (the food is not cheap at all either)

Should have checked the reviews because the food was miserable. The crunch wrap was next to empty of meat, the portion size was ridiculously small, left having to find another meal. Overall wouldn't recommend this place.

Watching the worker(white scottish male btw) with holes in his glove touch trash not change his glove then handle food still with holey glove. Not acceptable hygene

The branch is equipped with the most necessary items. Nothing special. The service was moderately motivated and the orders disappeared from the display board before being delivered far too late 20 minutes later. The Takko was an imposition. Stuffed 3 grams of meat with some lettuce and cold grated cheese. That's not tasty. That's a laugh

Me and my boyfriend desperately needed the toilet so we quickly ran into taco bell toilets, we both went into the same cubicle because the others were disgusting!! As we entered we noticed it was full of smoke from the previous guy that went in, as we left one of the staff were stood right outside and noticed the smoke, we then went to order and got told to leave! Because of the smoke which wasn’t us but they kept telling us to leave so i had to speak to the manager, from there on we were waiting for the food but was getting the vibe from the other member of staff that he still thought we should have left. other than that the food was good. Will probably order the food next time.

The most disgusting pile of trash I’ve ever eaten in my life. Low IQ employees that can’t read simple orders or complete basic, rudimentary tasks. Freezing cold food. Avoid. I would rather eat nothing than order from this place again.

Delivery from here is awful. We waited nearly 2 hours and ended up cancelling the order. If this was a one off I wouldn't mind but every time we've ordered from here it takes forever and 9 out of 10 times something was missing or wrong.

The food is decent and reasonably priced. However this is the worst Taco Bell I have been to in the UK. It’s on my way home and often go here after the pub on the weekend. Recently the wait times for food have been insane. We are waited nearly an hour for two wraps and some chips. Most people were getting refunds. I feel bad for the staff. It is clearly so badly mismanaged and understaffed. Go elsewhere if you want food in less than 30mins

Can'begin to tell you how unfriendly and DIRTY the place was. We decided to use the restroom and leave.WRONG! Toliets and counters were horrible. Poop in stools, flushed toilets and filth everywhere! Eat there at your own risk!

Hi I am writing to the owner that's the workers here working is too much stupids and give very slow services please give him instructions about how to give service to customers very disscosting workers so disappointed

First and last time visiting a Taco Bell .. Over seasoned chips, couldn’t eat them.. chicken bites were cold and half weren’t even cooked correctly, some were soggy.. the “cheese covered” nachos must have had the cheese on only 2 nachos.. maybe they were short and trying to ration it.. none of the food was hot either.. all warm/cold.. Customer service was basically non existing! Only stayed for the plug to charge my phone.

Pedimos nuestra comida que estaba bien. Esperé unos 30 minutos, que esperábamos ya que estaba bastante ocupado. Nosotros y otros cuatro clientes en la tienda en ese momento tuvimos que devolver algo en nuestro pedido por estar equivocado o frío. Ordenó un taco de res, recibió un taco de pollo, sin embargo esto fue rápidamente rectificado por el personal. La quesadilla era muy pobre con muy poco relleno y principalmente solo un envoltorio vacío. El personal detrás del mostrador no parecía saber lo que estaba haciendo y no podía entender cuando un cliente estaba reportando una bebida que faltaba en su pedido.

Atrocious. Very slow service from the lad behind the counter, despite being able to see that my food was ready and waiting. The staff member looked as though he would rather be anywhere else, and treated customers poorly. The food, by the time I got it, was cold and lacked any kind of flavour. The restaurant and toilets were dirty. Very, very, disappointing.

We got two beef taco and a chicken crunch wrap, taco was almost cold, we asked for warming them up, one of staff argued with us that we started very late to eat so it is cold now, and after some excuses, finally, they changed it completely, also instead of using cheese sauce in taco, grated leister or grated cheddar cheese was used in it, overall taste of taco’s beef and spices in the beef tasted good and delicious. Also, we got fries as well was soft and almost cold but tasted good with Mexican spices.

It really is the slowest fast food place around, order on the app for collection and the wait time is usually 20 to 30 mins, doesn't matter what time of day it is, service is horribly slow, there are far better and quicker options near by

Amazing. The place blew my mind, the staff was absolutely incredible, I just got into Edinburgh landing from America, and I saw the Taco Bell on the 100 bus so I got off and popped in to see what the shabang was and wow absolutely amazing, the staff working at 1:30am, hats off to them, doing an amazing job making Graham Bell proud, I tried the chicken quesadilla and the new grilled cheese burrito with topped fries and it just blew me away, so much better than the American, the flavour exploded in my mouth and I highly recommend going to that restaurant

Wow. My experience here was everything I could have asked for. This has been my best experience for food after living in Edinburgh for 74 years. The staff working at 1am on the 13 November 2024 were so respectful and insured that the kitchen was kept clean. If you have time I would highly recommend coming in for the new grilled cheese burrito deluxe box, mmmmmhmm, my prayers have been answered thank you Graham bell for coming to Edinburgh. Remember LIVE MAS!!!

I just had loaded Fries could of days ago with my friends late and it was amazing guys. These were the best Fries I ever had in my life I highly recommend to try loaded Fries 🍟

Visited last weekend, can’t review the food as I waited so long on my order I had to leave before i got my food, this wasn’t due to them being run off their feet and more a case of lazy staff who worked at the slowest pace possible. Also the toilets were disgusting, like something out of Trainspotting! Someone really needs to start managing this shambles of a place.

we thought, we give it a chance but it wasn‘t really worth it. the tacos were alright but my seven layer burrito was missing two of the layers (beef and guacamole). also the toilets were not quite clean as the posters said (they said they are cleaned regularly).

Ordered from this restaurant a few times, a disgrace is putting it mildly!!! We always have items missing ie juice, chips etc, we call the restaurant and get some 16 yr old stating he is the manager, we explain our order is missing items, and his answer to this lol the driver could have ate them! Then he slams the phone down! This place is a shambles and do not have any customer service communication skills! It clearly should be taken off just eat! An absolute DISGUSTING place to order 👊

Comida no tengo nada especial, el personal está en los teléfonos móviles desinteresado y el lugar está sucio ni una mesa que se ha limpiado, y ni siquiera me pongas a empezar en los baños que son absolutamente asquerosos. En el inodoro encontré jugo derramado en el piso, un cubo de basura rebosante por todas partes y estaba completamente infestado de moscas. Si pudiera publicar videos aquí tendría del inodoro, pero tome mi palabra y permanezca claro.

Este lugar es una broma. Una porción de chips tenía 6. Cuando me quejé me dieron una bolsa de 11 fichas. Nunca pensé que me oiría decir que debería haber ido a Macdonalds. Nunca volveré

Abysmal. I love Taco Bell but this branch consistently fails to provide a good service. The store is always dirty with rude staff. Orders are always wrong and if they're not they're thrown into the bag, unwrapped, mixing everything together into one Taco Bell mess. Don't bother. If you were going to visit in person, walk two minutes round the corner to Taco Libre for one of the best meals you'll ever have.

The food and price are ok. However, if you need need to go to toilet and wash your hands before the meal you will have a trouble. The sinks have no water to wash the hands, and the toilets are 🤮 They must clean the toilets more often.

Just had a delivery. Food was cold and looked like it was thrown together. Wrong drink, wrong burrito. Hate complaining but it was cack.

May be the worst fast food place I’ve visited, the service was an absolute disgrace they gave my order to another customer and got my order wrong when it did arrive again, they gave me a water instead of a cherry coke and on top of that the lid for my drink which I eventually got was slightly broken so when I sat down I couldn’t put the lid on, on a positive note, the food was pretty good so I can’t fault them for that but overall it’s a 1/5 for me and I don’t recommend this place for the service but if your quite hungry and looking for a new place for the food only then it’s quite alright. - Report of The Week

As fast food goes, it's sort of slightly under par. The food itself is great, but the service is bad. Very slow staff at all times of day and around 50% of my orders have had something missing or wrong. They do correct it when you tell them but you'd need to know before you left the store otherwise you're contacting their customer service team which takes a long time. Also the self service kiosks are often out of till roll so ask for a receipt or order at the counter. However, be vigilant, patient and you get tasty quesadillas at the end of it!

I went on Monday the 23rd I me and my dad got a big meal and it made my dad forget the milk

The place is very unclean and doesn't smell nice at all. A puddle of grey water was infront of the bathrooms which was very off putting. Tables weren't clean with food all over them and not a neat shop at all. I got these offers on my mobile app however they wouldn’t work on the order machines so i went to the counter. The offers were put wrong and I had to pay extra. They also refused to give me the fries i was missing which was part of my deal, workers weren’t very understanding and welcoming, didn’t even try to help with my order at all.

I don't know who is in charge of this Taco Bell location but they should be sacked for not doing their job so many problems if that's what it's like on a Sunday night God help people very slow service looks like definitely not enough staff very dirty inside and outside the shop and definitely nothing special about the food I don't understand why you are changing so much when all the core ingredients is super cheap li don't blame the staff for anything I blame the Management for not having enough stuff and supporting your staff

We had visitors from outside Uk that wanted to try the food. The food was cold and soggy, part of the order was initially missing then rectified when I raised the issue with no apology just a ‘my bad’. The tables were dirty and sticky with bins overflowing. Toilets were smelly and filthy. Staff also didn’t care about crowds coming in for just a drink and leaping over tables etc..especially with children eating at other tables. Really not impressed
