Subway in West Lothian

Very nice made sure we knew all the options available and served us quickly. Food always decent and tasty.

ordered a steak and cheese, which arrived with no cheese and was cold ordered a tuna roll with all the salad, it arrived with a tiny bit of tuna and cheese On both of the above neither of the rolls were fresh. Absolutely disgusting and will never use again!

Ordered two flaming hot nachos and a sub of the day. The nachos were made with salted tortilla chips not hot ones as described. When the server was making them he literally threw them in the box. Had to ask for jalapeños. Got the second nachos made and again it was just thrown together. Salsa dumped in the middle. Cheese dumbed in the middle and again had to ask for jalapeños. The server was rude and wasn't happy with my request. When paying for the items I had to ask the server for my change. Again I was looked up and down and could tell it was a inconvenience. All in all it was a terrible visit. I am a regular at subway so no this is not his it should have been.. Pictures show the pathetic looking nachos we got.

If I could’ve awarded -10 I would have! Due to Covid we ordered lunch from this Subway. The order was a hot bacon salad, Italian BMT and a Marinara. When the order arrived it was stone cold (we live 5 mins from the restaurant !) It all looked like it had been haphazardly thrown together. My Marinara was a disgusting mess (I wouldn’t have fed it to my 3 year old German Shepherd, in fear of a fourth coming VET BILL!) see photo below. Tried calling this crowd. They do not answer the phone for obvious reasons! Had to call back just eat to get a refund. Disgraceful way of handling food for their customers to consume. Looks like total disregard for Food Safety Hygiene. Will be contacting Food standards agency and environmental Health to get this restaurant checked out otherwise someone is going to fall seriously ill!! Needless to say the Marinara below went straight into the BIN much to the relief of my German Shepherd!! Check out the reviews for this Subway before you order anything from them, it’s an eye opener!! Wish we had! WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Totally gross!!

Great choice of bread & fillings. Good to be able to choose exactly what I want. Reasonable prices. Friendly helpful staff.

subways is one of my fav places and this one in livingston is busy at times staf great the fillings of your choce in sled fillings are great can sitting or take out

Went to my local subway and normaly i get garlic spread on my steak sub with cheese. Sadly the one in livingston center has taken it off the till and can no longer get it but in the new center you can. Its off the till But its as a snack option which we point out could that not just charge it as a extra snack (more profit), staff replied well its a different portion so no (surely u just charge twice). also staff need to listen what actually ordered, my girlfriend order a salad and does not like spicy food so asked for no jalapenos but there was nothing but jalapenos peppers. She did point this out which was met with the staff picking 3 out but then when started to eat it through all the salad. So she had to get it remade.

I visited today and firstly witnessed 3 members of staff chatting while customers waiting. Turns out one of them was making his own lunch so he lifted the meat with gloved hands then put it in the sub. When he removed it from the oven with the same gloved hands he then contaminated the whole of the salad bar by taking the salad with same meat contaminated gloves. Suffice to say I refused to order anything at this point. I thought this might have been a one off but no the same thing happened about 10 mins later with another member of staff. I won't be back and I would suggest any other vegetarians or vegans do the same as you have no idea what has been contaminated.

Staff are they most rude people I ever found in a Subway restaurant, I didn’t receive what I asked for and they refused to change it...

A more disorganized place I have never visited. It feels as if the entire shop is run by nose picking teenagers who couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery. My girlfriend ordered a salad, what she received was a pile of lettuce, three (yes three) pieces of sweetcorn and a poor attitude from the staff. After struggling with the Chinese puzzle that is the salad box the order was passed down the line from nose picker to mouth breather none of them knowing which order was ours, when this was deduced, using complex science and mathematics by the lady serving proceeded to throw cutlery at us and gave a disgusting look as I mentioned what poor quality my girlfriends order was. 1/5 because I couldn't give a 0.

good food at a great price and service always good - both subways are great one is in the designer outlet and the other is in the old centre next to burger king

Food was good as usual. Customer Service .... atrocious. The servers were too busy talking to family members/friends and we were made to feel a bother. Won't be back.

Just had a lovely sandwich at this Subway. Wanted to say a special thanks to Steven who took extra care helping me choose a sub. I am a vegetarian with a diary allergy and so despite the queue he when out of his way to ensure I had a suitable sandwich. Many thanks!

This subway has terrible service they give you bread that is falling apart, tried to give me gerkins when i asked for peppers, the food is always soggy, they dont wrap the sandwich properly so they fall out and they put too much filling in that it all falls out the ends Would not recommend

Was in for some lunch and the attitude on the servers was atrocious. Would recommend going to another place that treats its customers with respect!!!

Have SUBWAY at least twice a week, the new wraps are simply fantastic. Tasty and reasonable price but most of all filling. Quick and fresh and always tastes good,

Stopped off and got a six inch and foot long sun with water. Staff were quick if not overly cheerful.

Great value if you are not fussy as you can have as much salad as you want on your baguette along with your filling. My favourite is the pizza one, which is salami in a pizza sauce, I get it toasted with cheese and have all the salad on it, finished with chipotle sauce to give it spice, but also mayo so it’s not too spicy.

We all love going to the subway when we go down the shopping centre we love the subway Italian or other types of breads with lots to choose from with all fresh ingredients for your choice of fillings like chicken ham pepperoni etc and cheese toasted with your own choice of salad what ever you fancy also you can have a subway salad so healthy and you can pick up a subway points card and collect points every time you visit and you can save them for a free subway baugett highly recommend and staff friendly and polite and so much value for money

We were shopping in Livingston and popped in to the Subway to get Subway salads to take away. Served quickly and staff friendly. Tuna salad and footlong steak and cheese ordered. Served to usual high standard and food was great. Very fresh .

I was in Subway in Livingston this morning with my husband and I was served by the most unpleasant.rude, no manners woman you could ever meet I believe her name was Claire although her name badge was blurry;If she is not happy in her work leave and let someone who wants the job takeover.I am only sorry I did not walk out the shop.

Served buffet style by staff, raw veg and prepared meat/fish on Large/Small Sub rolls. Soft drinks/coffee, never saw any Tea, Condiments, plastic cutlery, available

It's great to get a made to order sandwich for such a reasonable price. They had run out of salad bowls though, which was disappointing to the person I was with. Overall quick service and good food.

Same selection of sub rolls and numerous fillings as found in any other branch of Subway. The main difference between this and every other branch I've visited was the complete lack of interest in customers shown by the staff. It really seemed to be too much trouble to engage with customers, particularly if they had any questions or if they didn't know the Subway system.

I love subway the sandwiches are great value and breakfast is enjoyable too. Always find the staff are brilliant here no there job well and u can have a good banter with them A very loyal customer For Steve the manager

Normal Subway sandwiches but have found the difference is The Centre outlet has better and more trained staff. Good deals and loyalty card is available.

I have been here many many times before over the past few years, however I don't understand why the prices have gone up. I ordered my usual turkey breast and ham 6 inch subway and decided to order cheesey nachos, despite being a ten pence jump from what they have been for years and came with hardly any cheese.Needless to say puts me off ordering that particular item again as I don't see the point in paying ten pence extra for less cheese.

My family love to eat here now and again but for me once is quite enough, not a fan of fake bread, salty processed fillings and dressings.

Lovely fresh ingredients made to order and top value. It's no wonder it's always busy. A great choice of salads for the healthy eater too. Always a safe choice.

I like the idea that you choose your roll and fillings, always fresh, always good and always wants me to go back again and again, the sub can be toasted which is good, healthy and good for you,

Get elevator up a level and enter into the food concourse well nestled there is the wonderful Subways.The staff are very friendly and very efficient at theyre job.There are loads of seat in the eating area which is extremely clean and staff are on hand for any mishaps.Good experience and have used several times and will continue to do so.
