Subway in Huntingdonshire

Great Food & Service!!Visited one afternoon, was quiet but i was served really quickly by friendly staff who chatted to me while making my sub. Place clean and tidy. Last time I visited here over a year ago was not very clean and rude staff. This branch has maybe got a new franchise owner as was very impressed at how much better it was compared to last time!!! Well done to Subway Spaldwick!

Just like the others and convenient stop along the journey. Order was as requested and prepare in the standard manner.

We had to wait for service, the staff were out back chatting, the second time in two visits, hadn't got the full selection of foods, no meatballs. The 'wrap' of the lady in front, who also had to wait, would not seal at the ends so she was leaving a food trail behind her. When it came to my service the sandwich had been warmed in the oven when the staff started to have a chat about who was working and when. when I picked this up and asked for the manager the young bearded man told me that he was the manager and would not serve me for shouting, I was not. I am angry at his attitude and his poor customer relations 'skills'It is a basic requirement be present and serve the customers, If there is a complant deal with it, do not say to the customer if you shout at me I will refuse to serve you, I will now avoid Spaldwick Subway at all costs. I know my little contibution of a couple or three times a week is not much from your profits but I hope that others read this review. Absolutely the worst customer relations and then try to hide by giving no way to complain. You have made an unhappy customer.

The guy serving on Sunday 16th February called Ashley. He is a credit to Subway. The most helpful happy guy. Customer Care and attention was excellent and food spot on. Thankyou Ashley.

The Spaldwick Subway is a small section of the Applegreen Services but is a good franchise outlet all the same. It is clean, and the ingredients were fresh and the service pretty good. The sandwich maker on our visit was still a trainee, so some delay was involved, but he was polite and was really making an effort to get it right.

Until I tried the subway for myself, I did not truly appreciate the quality of ingredients on offer so your half or full bragrette are made freshly to your order.A great place place to stop for your quick snack or luncheon and fantastic value for money.

If your travelling on the A14 or the A1 then forget the busy services at Brampton Hut and head west on the A14 five more minutes to the quaint little village of Spaldwick where, surprisingly, you'll find this Subway, a Gregg's and a Costa Coffee. Loads of seating and a kids play area as well as public toilets. All the Subway usuals and familiar cheap eats. If your on the A14 heading East towards Huntingdon and the A1 watch out for the Spaldwick/Barham/Stow Longa turn off and turn right and cross the bridge and just head straight through Spaldwick
